Do I have to store baked zucchini fries in the fridge?

I made Budget Bytes Baked Zucchini Fries. I'm a single guy and I don't want to eat them all tonight (although I could...).
I know this type of thing goes soggy in the fridge - would it be bad to store them in an airtight container in the cupboard? If there was fish, meat, or significant cheese I wouldn't even ask, but can this stuff go bad after a day or two in the cupboard?
Other than that, I'm wondering if reheating them from the fridge in the oven would restore crispiness compared to microwave which is basically steaming (I'd rather eat them cold).
