I mean, come on! I just can't help but break down laughing every time he starts speaking. (Can I teka orda prea?)
I just recently got my first wok, and while I've been cooking with it for the last couple of weeks, I've found that I often run into the same issue of food burning onto the bottom of the wok- is this an issue of not using enough oil when frying, or is it perhaps that I'm using it improperly? I use it at medium to medium-high heat- I've seen that maybe I should be frying at a high temp with woks, but does this effect the material burning onto the bottom?
Thank you in advance! I'm just concerned that constantly having food burn onto the bottom may damage the wok over time!
It’s tough times for small businesses these days with the pandemic so I’m going out of my way to try some new places. I had the Spicy Peanut noodles at Sula Wok the other day and they were amazing, would highly recommend! Also looked like it was a family business, so more of a reason to check them out.
EDIT: Seems like I'm a bit late to the party and everyone already knows about this gem
Thank you for starting a conversation with me and reminding me what it's like to just be able to talk freely with a stranger who is also waiting for pick-up.
I feel like covid has taught me to be wary of people and social situations, but it was so nice to just have a random conversation with a sweet stranger. It has been so long since I've just been social to be social that when we parted ways, I cried.
Thank you for the human interaction.
