My fiance (M) and I (F) have decided on a CF life together. I was the one who originally broached the topic of remaining CF and he didn't care either way, so I've had underlying worry that he is just trying to appease me.

Tonight I overheard him talking with his friends over Xbox. He was telling them about how he's not having kids and will have animals instead. He sounded genuinely excited.

Can commands be given telepathically with Inelocutable Shackles of Volition? Does "Physical commands" imply that the commands need to be executed physically (As in, with normal speech, hand motions, and related), or can the mage magically direct orders from a distance?

Motivation is described as committing to a goal and is said to be a product of the desire to achieve it and belief that you can achieve it^(1).

Volition, "entails subsequently willing oneself to take action toward their [a goal's] realization." ^(2)

However, these definitions don't seem satisfactory.

• Self control is essentially just, "willing oneself to take action towards goal realization" in circumstances where you are tempted not to. So I see no clear distinction between volition and self-control.
• Describing motivation in this way doesn't seem right either. My desire and self belief might be constant, but sometimes I feel more motivated than others simply because I am more tired.

So, due to some circumstances, I've had to read about German Civil Code articles regarding limited term apartment , and section 575 posed an interesting question for me. So, if none of the conditions are true (apartment will not be majorly renovated, landlord is not intending to move in and he won't rent it to someone providing services), then, from what I understand, rent can be limited, since the agreement is not to detriment of the tenant (see (4)). However, if tenant conditions change in a way that moving out will negatively impact him, then he may decide to not move out and he will be in full legal rights to not move out (since the agreement will be to his detriment). Am I getting it right, or I'm missing something? BTW, it's not for legal matter - it's just pure curiosity.
