The Taal Volcano Erupting
What is the difference between the 14km and 17km danger zone around Taal Volcano?
I understand that the possible danger of an explosive eruption and even more volcanic ash in the immediate 14km zone. But what about the 15-17km designated danger zone? What are the reason for it to be separated from the 14km zone? Is it less prone to molten rocks being spewed out or is less affected by ash fall?
Many residents still live in the 15-17km zone because there is no forced evacuation and they(not all) have access to water and electricity. As a precaution I have told everyone I know around the area to have their things ready and to be prepared to leave immediately in case the situation gets worse.

Taal Volcano continues to spew deadly ash on the archipelago, and face masks' stocks dwindle down. Others take advantage by increasing prices, but this guy is handing them out for free especially to those who cannot afford to buy one.

Why is the depressurization of Taal Volcano a bad thing?
The local authority in the Philippines says that the ground fissures from quakes are concerning because they suggest there will be an explosive eruption. However, to an ignorant fool like me, depressurization sounds like a good thing. It seems to me if there is less pressure then there would be a less forceful eruption. But it seems like I'm wrong and I would like to learn why.
The volcano set in You Only Live Twice (1967) cost $1 million. ($7 million when adjusted for inflation). This was equal to the entire budget of the first Bond movie, Dr No (1962). It needed 711 tons of steel. 50 plasterers and 60 riggers worked day and night to bring it to life.

Picked up an induction heater, not touched my volcano/mighty since.
I had a mighty and a volcano. Thought I was at end game.
Saw all the dynavap hype. For the low price, I thought it'd be worth the punt.
I was impressed with the results at first. The flavour/efficiency of the dynavap was alot better than my vapes, and it felt weird getting such effects of such a little amount of bud. I liked how you could push your bud alot closer to combustion than you could with my S&B vapes. However it was so fiddly to use, loading it every 2/3 hits. Lighting it, listening for the click, spinning it. My other vapes still got prioritised just out of convenience.
Picking up an induction heater and debowler completely changed this.
It almost feels like sitting there with a spliff and ash tray, with minimal work involved in getting your hits. I'm using half the amount I would with my other vapes and flavour is so much better.
With my IH I can still clear a bowl in 3 hits, just heat 2 full seconds past the click. First hit is full of flavour, 2nd hit is tas
