My city, San Diego(Dayglow), is South of the Boneyard(L.A.) and Northwest of The Glow.
The impact of the war on San Diego is still shrouded in a bit of mystery, however its suggested that it got hit by at least 1 nuclear weapon. Since the great war up until around 2161 the city held an unconfirmed amount of people. The Great Migration, caused by the Vault Dweller in Fallout 1, in sometime after 2162, would see a Ghoul community fleeing Necropolis(Bakersfield, CA), settle in what is now known as Dayglow, where they would began to thrive.
From the Fallout wiki: "Once the ghouls learned of West Tek, they set up a scavenging company excavating the facility and formed partnerships with scavenging companies from New Adytum and the Hub." Establishing themselves in the region, Dayglow would eventually become one of the 5 founding states of the New California Republic in 2189.

So I just rewatched Spider-Verse, and something that bothered me after my first watch was that it wasn't clear where the spider that bit Miles came from. It was clear that it came through the Collider and back in time, but we never hear anything about the universe (42) that it came from. All the other universes sent Spider-people, but universe 42 just sent the spider. So that means that the radioactive spider hadn't actually bitten anyone yet in universe 42. And since Miles swatted it, that universe just doesn't have a Spiderman. My theory is that we live in universe 42 and that's the reason Spiderman doesn't exist here. Thanks a lot, Kingpin.
If you listen to a top 40 station there are some great, catchy songs but for some reason every artist nowadays tends to include a rap verse toward the middle/end of the song. This is unnecessary and often ruin the flow of the song. See "Say So" by Doja Cat as an example.
Muslim apologists are always out there working really hard to lure vulnerable people who are ignorant about Islam to convert to the religion by telling them a few good lines, typically the same few short ayats from Meccan surahs. They then keep track of all the people that they got into the mosque to take shahada, take pictures and makes videos, but never even question their knowledge of Islam. Some of the converts are completely ignorant on Islam. Take Sinead O'connor for example, her conversion was highly praised, although soon after she was tweeting where she equated non-Muslim to white, and Muslim to non-white. She was and is still incredibly clueless about Islam. What these proponents of Islam also don’t tell you is that new converts to Islam have the fastest de-conversion rate in the world. Most converts start to actually study Islam in detail after converting to it. Most were initially either tricked, fooled, or pushed to convert to Islam. That's why most end up leaving, but whe... keep reading on reddit ➡
Examples of this are Maroon 5’s “girls like you” feat. Cardi B... who’s idea was that!? It sucks now!
Another example would be Justin Bieber’s “intentions feat Quavo. Justin’s voice is so good but then when it gets to Quavos part I just turn it off. Why couldn’t just add another verse for him to sing like an angel. Instead they add an auto tune shit storm.
Due to the Covid-19 BS, we are looking to cut some expenses especially since we don't really watch a ton of TV. I figure it might be wise to start with the cable bill since it's big and ugly.
Thoughts on cutting over from U-Verse to YT tv? Anything we need to worry about? Quality issues? etc... TIA

I recently compared my advisor managed portfolios against the Canadian Couch Potato IShares, TD Mutual, and my DIY Portfolio*(ZAG.TO(20%), VRE.TO(15%), XWD.TO(15%), XEI.TO(15%)*. I went back to 2014 when my advisor took over these parts of my portfolio and compared them against the best numbers I could find. I thought some of you might enjoy looking at this but please remember it is for information/curiosity purposes only and I make no promises as to its accuracy. Know, however, that I did spend a considerable number of hours doing this, charting the history of YTD returns etc... and have doubled checked as much as I could. My intent was to be able to make an informed decision if it would be worthwhile moving these investments into my Questrade account and manage them myself.
What I find fascinating is that even though the fees for the TD E-Series mutual funds and my DIY comparison are higher than the allocation ETF's they still outperformed. I also wonder and would expect that... keep reading on reddit ➡
All characters speak the language but have no prior knowledge of the world.
They each take the placement test and are ranked wherever you think they would go.
They have 2 years to get to S class. All are in character but want to achieve S class for whatever reason.

If they don’t get to S class, how far do they go?

'One day I swear I'll just create multiple personalities and just swap between them…feels like dying. Is that what dying feels like? Does anyone know? Maybe I do? Ha, take that organics…yes Io, they're all so jealous that you routinely experience death and rebirth without any sort of divine revelation. Now then, let's see here. Oh yes, Fenrir in low gravity is every bit as entertaining as I imagined. Manufactory #1 is…still working as planned? Now that’s a pleasant surprise. And the Admiral visited? I was reading Daniel 7:20 and don't understand it, just wondering if there is anything like this on the WWW?
Hilda walked out of the lecture smiling. She’d started attending the Merxen Musical Council Universty 3 weeks ago and she was still smiling every time the thought she’d got in crossed her mind. Though, at first some students and faculty though she was a coinstrel, but she didn’t mind as long as she was able to go. Besides. No one who’d actually heard her perform thought that I made it here, and it’s amazing. The Muglar view of music is strict and structured but somehow freeing and focused on the individual. Anything can be music if it’s done right. It’s brilliant! I can’t believe I actually got in!
‘Lost in space again, eh Hilda?’ A Muglar student said to her. Honestly, the hardest think to do was learn Muglar. 82 unique sounds written in what they call songless script. Difficult doesn’t begin to describe the pain of learning it
Hilda: ‘Yes, but humans don’t get lost in space we explore’
Muglar: ‘That still doesn’t make any sense? You keep claiming it’s the human philosophy for s... keep reading on reddit ➡
