Now I can have a place to save my money without worrying to spend it asap before it drops 5% next morning.
Merry Christmas, to all of you. Wash your satoshi-staking hands.
Edit: Thanks to all of you who are offering satoshis on DM, but I would not feel 100% alright accepting them (I prefer to work for them). As long as I have got my family, a hot meal and internet access I will be okey. God Bless you.

I heard that some parties can't participate, other parties boycotted the elections, and some analysts says the abstention rate is at 70% (Folha de SΓ£o Paulo, in portuguese. ClarΓn says something like 60%). So, venezuelans of the sub, what are your thoughts on your election today?
Hereβs a reminder to watch and support Kryptonate if u got nothing else to do. The fight will happen tomorrow on November 28th around 10 pm ET on pay per view or just stream online. I hope Nate can come out of there with a victory
I found the article discussing it here: https://elpais.com/internacional/2020-12-23/avalancha-de-criticas-al-gobierno-colombiano-por-la-exclusion-de-la-vacuna-de-casi-un-millon-de-venezolanos.html
Article is in spanish, I have yet to figure out how to get english translations from this site without switching to a completely different set of articles or using google translate.
To me, this just seems malicious and stupid, but I know very little about central and south America and am still trying to learn. In the US you can get the vaccine if you either pay or have health insurance although it can be difficult to get vaccinated without a medical record, or if you don't trust the local government because of decades of bullshit. I don't know how Duque saying this sort of thing will affect Venezuelans in Columbia beyond the last part, though.
Thanks in advance and I hope this isn't a rude or dumb question.
Hi, guys remember I'm Venezuelan living here updating this week numbers.
We are very far from the 500 BTC weekly we were trading months ago. We are around 300 BTC weekly.
The reason (I think) is the value traded in LocalBitcoin is fixed to USD, so as the BTC price goes up the volume gets down.
The trade volume is constant at around 4,500,000 USD weekly. When we were trading around 500 BTC, price was hovering around 10k. That is why.
Remember, this is only measured by LocalBitcoin (For sure the biggest exchange here).
I'm Venezuelan "living" here, crypto entusiast. A lot of redditors have helped me somehow! I got several moons but sadly had to cash them out.
You can ask me anything!

Hi everybody, as a Colombian, i have seen a lot of refugees since 2016 and every few months some public official talk about a military intervention, even from Colombia or the Group of Lima, in the news many people talk about that but I have not seen anybody asking if Venezuelans inside or outside of the country would accept that. I am writing a fiction short history about a hipotetical war in Venezuela, but i would really lik to know what the average Venezuelan believe. So my questions are four.
- ΒΏWould you support a foreign intervention? and if you do ΒΏWould you prefer an American or a Colombian/Lima Group intervention?
- ΒΏWhat do you think most Venezuelans think about this situation? ΒΏThe majority is in favor or against? ΒΏThe migrants are more in favor or against it?
- ΒΏIf an intervention happens today for example, would you participate in the army (of other country, or a rebel group) to overthrown Maduro or would you choose the officialist side to expel the invaders? ΒΏWhat would be needed for you to change sides?
- If Maduro and the PSUV were overthrown ΒΏWould you prefer that the new elections were organized by a foreign government, like what happened in Japan and the US or would you prefer that the opposition take charge of that?
I am not trying to generate polemics or push any agendas, any opinion is welcomed, just be kind with each other.
