A hard reset does not work, it keeps booting to Linux. Anyone has used this and how to restore to the original palmos. Thanks in advance.
I just snagged my first Glock (27 Gen 5) & curious if anyone here runs dry lube since I’ve heard all types of cleaning/maintenance suggestions. I was in the aviation industry and have a bottle of WS2 (Tungsten Disulfide) laying around. Ive had great results using it on mechanical equipment but can’t find much info otherwise for firearms use. More interested in longevity/dirt buildup vs CLP or other conventional lubes. Thanks in advance
TRM Atom c+ SV $270 includes both Micarta and Wing Black G10 Scales
TRM Atom, snappier detent than the other Atom that I handled. Has both micarta and "Wing" 3d Milled black G10 scales. Comes with extra screws.
Micarta scales look brown to me.
Note, there are slight scratches on the blade. I can see them up very close under proper lighting, but cannot capture them easily on camera. Knife has cut but has not been abused, and is no longer hair popping sharp. I think I've stropped it a couple of times.
Found original post was listed as a B but also as sharpened. Dropping rating to c+ per rules but job looks good and it cuts per well.
Paid 290. Original post. https://www.reddit.com/r/Knife_Swap/comments/jxe1kl/wts_para_3_sprints_native_m4_ace_biblio_james/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Benchmade Mini Grip DOAT/Glow C+ , SV $198
This mini grip has DOAT scales and a brand spanking new 20CV blade and omega springs. Will come with deep carry clip, but can also throw in a bugout clip. I no longer have the stock 20CV scales, but I have a benchmade grey repair box, original blue pouch.
Great action, great feel, just a little small for what I prefer. Scales are a black micarta of some sort over red liners (liners might be G10, not sure).
Sandrin Knives TCK 2.0, $200, [B]
Cedric and Ada review : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbgdbpRAkSU
Cut some but no significant signs of wear. No longer hair popping sharp, but easily cuts paper with a blade that will probably cut for as long as you could ever need. Comes with box and all original accessories.
Note, sold this and it was returned for being "Gritty". While this isn't the smoothest slipjoint it's far from the worst. It doesn't have a lot of wear in as it hasn't been a fidget toy. I assume but can't promise that this knife will smooth out/wear in like every other knife I've handled with use/fidget.
