After doing some research Iβve decided to get the Landyachtz tugboat bc it pretty much hits every one of my requirements- a good cruiser board to use as a smooth, stable commute and a fun ride that can handle various terrains. Even though I only plan on using it as a cruiser for now, one of the main appeals is how versatile the board is for basic tricks/ramps despite its size because I do want to try that in the future.
There seem to be two types of tugboat: some have 60mm hawgs and some have 63mm hawgs. My priority is having a stable ride that is more tolerant of uneven surfaces so Iβm more inclined towards the boards with the bigger wheels, but would that make using the board for tricks/at the skatepark too difficult? How much of a difference am I likely to feel?
I thought they were going install a new playground in the spring last year (2019) after Tugger was removed.
I'm thinking about getting a new cruiser pretty soon and wanted to get a Landyachtz board. The problem is that I am stuck between getting either a Dinghy or a Tugboat. I am used to a nine inch wide deck but I also would like something a litle bit smaller with more control I would really like to know what board would be better for streets, rough pavement, and slides. Which one should I choose?
