Hi I'm new and I live with my Mom (66f) who is the hoarder. Her "solution" is to take all the stuff she buys and put it into storage totes. They are piled all around the outside of our house. I lost count. They also break easily since they aren't made to be outside so the stuff inside is ruined by water or sun. We throw away broken totes and that just means room for more.
I told her no more damn totes and she just sent me a message crying and begging for 3 more totes. I want to cry myself.
I'm so frustrated right now but finding this group makes me feel a bit better. This is my first and only resource for people like myself so far.

First contacted Rita via WhatsApp in August 2019 asking if there is a leather version of the bag and if there was a tan version in stock. After a few messages back and forth, placed order on September 12 and received sometime in the beginning of October.

Quality – 10/10
- Quality-wise the bag is great - no fu-fu smell, arrived well-packaged.- There was a dent from packaging in the front but it went away with the help of applying some heat with hair dryer.- This was my first rep bag and I was worried it would be easy to call out - it wasn't! Logo is crisp, the mini-pouch inside looked good too.- It was a work bag to fit my 15" laptop and some miscellaneous things like sneakers or workout outfit and it is great for it.- I have no idea what kind of leather it is and never asked!

- I read numerous reviews about leather being different quality in auth and was scared I carried an obvious call out for 9 months! So when bag went on sale, I placed an order thinking I'd leave it if it's too different from my rep and return it with a peace of mind if it's similar.- This was a great relief to learn that leather inside and out feels just like auth!
