This fits it a little better, as the torch was supposed to be a placeholder for a candle before they considered adding the candle anyway.

I am an undergraduate public relations minor and currently in a media ethics class. In this class, we have debated several different controversies in the media, such as the Kobe Bryant TMZ fiasco, the Gina Carano firing, and Kendall Jenner Pepsi commercial. We had to do a blog on a broader topic, so I chose reality TV and focused specifically on the ethics of the editing process of Survivor. I posted it to Medium, so feel free to give it a read. Feel free to disagree with me, as long as you are respectful haha. One of the best parts of this class was people being able to disagree and weigh the pros and cons of each person's point of view.
EDIT: I just want to say thank you to everyone who has read it, especially those who have commented and continued the discussion. I really appreciate it. I have been interested by the comments mostly focusing on Phillip, so I thought I may explain a little more as to why I included him. I definitely see the point of view of some that Phillip's edit was probably more accurate than I imply in the blog. Granted, I was not on the island so I cannot confirm or deny what Phillip has said. The main reason I included him over other castaways whose edits may be more surely misrepresented was because of the vivid detail he gave in regards to the effects his time on the show had on his life. Since my main point is that the editing can have an effect on a person's life, this made his story more useful for driving home that point than someone like Wendell, where the editing may have seemed more clearly altered. I think a tricky thing with this was that I do not know for sure how accurate each edit was because I was not there, so based off of Phillip's questionnaire and the consequences he experienced, it made sense to include him. Again, thank you for everyone who has commented thus far!
Why YSK: Title +Its built off chrome and is pretty fast. I couldn't find much on the web about it but the consensus seems to be that torch is safe, but probably records your data.
just trying to throw them a bone because downloading any sort of videos nowadays is a huge pain in the ass.
