Hi guys! Sorry for the tmi, but I had a question about toenails.
I've been running 3-4 times a week since June 2020, and my mileage is about 25km a week - three 5ks and one 10k every week, roughly.
Now, on to the question - the toenails on my second toes (the ones next to the big toe) have started getting thick and yellow, and quite sore. One of them also has what I think is a bruise (deep red/purple) underneath. My big toenails haven't got the thick and yellow problem, but I do have what looks like small bruises under them too. Every other toe is normal.
How can I prevent this happening/manage it? It's not painful and it's not stopping me running/walking etc, but it does look a bit gross and it would be nice to fix it before the weather gets warmer and I want to wear sandals again!
Bruh I had one last time a trimmed my toenails but now my pinky toenail is missing, where'd it go? i didn't miss any payments! its just gone. it doesn't even look like its missing. it just smooth skin all over. this sucks. if any of you took my toenail could you please give it back.
I actually had the left side done weeks ago and it healed beautifully and honestly wasn’t bad to experience all in all. I have a phobia of needles & medical procedures in general though ( fun fact: had a baby completely med-free out of fear & stubbornness) and since I got sick last time I was here the doctor prescribed me something to calm me down. I’d say it’s working. My first time being drugged. I hope this experience is positive so I can convince myself to get some much needed dental work done.
