Do they move to another region for working purposes? Is there any job opportunities in the tech industry over there?
For context, i'm just planning ahead for my future a bit (about half a decade).
Repost since no one answered the previous post.
After last saturday's Covid Conference it has been made official that Ticino will make this friday a holiday as well to prevent further movement from people.
It is an official calendar holiday now, like it or not, like first of May or Christmas or Ester.
My bosses are absolutely pissed after the news and are starting to ask people to come to work anyway.
Is this even legal? Do they have the right to do so? Any other holiday is a paid vacation day, why wouldn't this one be?

Interesting news from Corriere del Ticino, Switzerland, about the situation in my country Italy.
The virologist Ilaria Capua had foreseen it a week ago, within the La7 program "The air that pulls": "The coronavirus will arrive in Italy, so you have to get organized". True, but this does not mean that we must stop looking at things from the right perspective ». According to Ilaria Capua, the infections are not confined to Italy, they have simply been discovered in the Peninsula, because oral swabs *are being carried out: «I am convinced that several European countries have coronavirus cases that will be diagnosed in the coming days. This aspect will also be clarified in the coming weeks, as well as the effective extension of the infection in Italy. Perhaps, very banal, we have diagnosed more and earlier ». The well-known virologist also hypothesizes that "the infection in Veneto and Lombardy circulated before the first death, at least for about twenty days (...), circulating for weeks, perhaps a few weeks, if not even a few months". In this sense - continues Capua - this could mean that «the number of infected is greater than we thought. And the lethal potential of the virus, much less ». And this would indicate that "in the vast majority of cases (coronavirus, ed.) It is incapable of causing a disease worthy of being brought to the attention of doctors. Or, when it was brought to the attention of Italian doctors, it was treated by Italian doctors exactly as it was treated by Chinese doctors. That is, they thought it was influence. " According to the virologist, therefore, the coronavirus is "a virus that knows how to hide very we... keep reading on reddit ➡
