Heya Scouts! Scout Leader Wickedy here with my Comprehensive Guide to all of the Tadpole Badges.
The Pioneer Scouts were introduced in Patch 9 with Ever Upwards in May of 2019 as a part of the Wild Appalachia rollout. With it, it brought the opportunity to unlock backpacks, and eventually some pretty stellar mods for backpacks. And I've been making video guides to those badges for you visual learners out there like me since then. With Wastelanders, we have been introduced to a couple of new backpack mods, and some great new backpack skins, so getting the bigger backpack from the Pioneer Scouts can be a great game-changer. I know I can't live without the extra carry weight. This Comprehensive Guide is here to help you with getting the backpack swiftly, as well as including all the little tips and needed things and locations for each badge that I've included in my video guides. Just now it's all in one spot.
Title, basically. I’ve had this idea for a while but I was thinking maybe I could supply stuff like royal jelly, broken crossbows, pemmican, and stimpak diffusers (once I get the plan)... what kind of other stuff can I stock up on to help people with tadpole/possum badges?
Show up at my camp, go down to the pond behind the house, give a thumbs up when you’re ready, watch me jump, stimpak me, end of transaction.
Bring your own stimpak!
If you're buying a backpack from the store and have no idea what this is, you won't be able to use it.
Already seen a trillion of these posts haha.
Edit: A lot of people saying theyve already got the small backpack, although this is useful and you can mod, I don't believe you can equip skins to it.
Not a proper biology post, but I hope it made you chuckle.
In all likelihood those small animal spawns are going to be shut down again when this event is over. So make sure you have your tadpole photos of foxes, cats, squires, rabbits, frogs, opossum, ect.
We all know the vampire spawn Astarion is able to survive in the sunlight due to the illithid tadpole implanted his is brain. This is definitely a side effect of having one. I was wondering if he's cured will be able to continue to walk in the sunlight or would he have to keep the tadpole in his brain? Since he is an undead it may act differently to him as to a living humanoid. It may not be able to grow into an adult and stay permanently as a tadpole since he's a vampire spawn.
Also what about the Drow race? Will they no longer take sunlight sensitivity penalties for having a tadpole. Maybe each origin character or certain ones may have a side effect from the tadpole and we all know they have to be cured asap or they turn into a mindflayer. So once they are cured the side effect may be permanent? Anyone with D&D lore know anything about ceremorphosis?
One of the things I'm wondering the most after watching the latest demo is how tadpoles are going to affect gameplay and what deal Rapahel (the devil) will offer you.
What we know so far:
A few things I would like to know:
Personally I will use the tadpole feature in EA as much as possible to hopefully gather some more information about it. And while... keep reading on reddit ➡
I'm sure this has been posted here a million times, but I need help with the friendly part of the order of the tadpole quest as I am an extremely solo player and 3 different teams so far have not yielded any results. If anyone would be willing to help then that would be appreciated and we can discuss the details.
I just really need that backpack.
Today I had a miscarriage of my baby, and I was in my seventh week and second day.
First I was going to the bathroom because we don’t have a kitchen sink in our studio (or kitchen to speak of), and I was going to wash vegetables so my husband and I could have dinner.
Then I felt something strange in my vagina, like I needed to use the restroom now because something was coming out. I yelped in surprise at the sensation and quickly put the bowl back in place and then shut the bathroom door fast.
I sat down on the toilet, and didn’t know what to do. I grabbed a piece of toilet paper, because I thought it felt strange that it felt heavy and thought it might be, oh I don’t know, BLOOD CLOTS?! Turns out it wasn’t.
It was the baby. Five centimeters. The size of a blueberry, for goodness’s sake. It slipped out like it was just waiting for me to arrive at the toilet on time. And I was like—?!! I was terrified at first! I yelled because I wasn’t sure what to do. Then, without warning, I... keep reading on reddit ➡
My wife and I are level 55/57 and we have been trying to find and kill scorchbeasts to get the meat for that damn quest, but every time we kill one there is such a low chance for the meat to drop that we don’t have enough for the cooking quest. We have also tried looting the watoga center nest a few times and only found one so far. By the time we can get two together the other one has spoiled. We both have the perk that increases meat on drops as well.
Does anyone have any reliable strategies that would help us? Or better yet is there a kind soul out there willing to trade 3 meats for some caps?
EVEN IF YOU ARE THE OLDEST TADPOLE I'VE EVER SEEN
STOP JUDGING ME!!!!
Been stuck on this quest for a few days now; it's almost as if the quest is making Bloatflies not spawn anymore...
The Quest-marked place spawns Honeybeasts instead. I've gone through all places I've seen mentioned here or in the Wiki as spawning places (Aaronholt Homestead, New River Gorge Resort, Kanawha Cemetery, the unmarked farm close to Dent & Sons Construction, the area between Smith Farm and Kiddie Corner Cabins, etc), and whenever I get to one of them, either something else (Bloodbugs, Lurks, Ferals, etc) spawns instead.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Or knows of any place that spawns ONLY Bloatflies?
Otherwise, if anyone could trade me a Bloatfly Gland, I'm sure that there's something I could give you (I can craft lvl 50 Heavy Combat Armor AND put the BOS Mod on them. No Helmet tho...) as payment...
How do you actually approach an opponent with d tilt confirms for high %? Everytime I approach, they easily retailiate. I've only spent my time with fighters with such as Cloud and Byleth both of which has long range that have no trouble memorizing kill confirms so I find Greninja awkard to use.
(UPDATE IF ANYONE ACTUALLY CARES LOL: NEXT DAY GOT THE GIRLS TO RELEASE THEM!
I spoke with them about the importance of happiness and again about their own life and "how would they feel" type thing.
They decided on their own. I told em how proud I am of them!!!! And that they did the right thing.)
So basically the title, but they want to keep them as pets. Which I am against.
Also keep in mind i have made friends with their mom as a result of them constantly wanting to pick my flowers lol. Shes cool and we get along well.
Anyway, they didnt have a proper tank but they had proper food. I gave them a temporary larger tank, for the next 24 hours so they could buy a new one. Kind of wanted to bide my time to think of proper words, as to express the wellbeing of the animals without pissing off my friend.
The kids dont respect the wildlife though, at least not the way I would feel is proper to keep them safe and in a natural aquarium. I told them the animals need to stop being stresse... keep reading on reddit ➡
