I took a shortcut with the buns, they're made from a white bread recipe I use, instead of the proper recipe. ♡smiles♡ My grandma told me she would always make buns that way. Having lunches to make for her 7 kids, all those sandwiches, she'd have to make 10 loaves a week. ♡raises eyebrows♡ Every now and again she'd make a little more dough and do cinnamon buns. Oh, and of course... ♡chuckles♡ Any leftover dough was a treat- toutons, fried in butter, then dusted in cinnamon sugar or drizzled with molasses.
Those always guaranteed a good start to the day... ♡holds your hand♡ Is there something you can do to start your day well? You guys are the realist. Thank you for constantly having our back. Thank you for setting the example of breaking the cycle of toxicity in medicine and having a heart of gold for your students. We look up to you, appreciate you, admire you, and aspire to be like you. If it were appropriate to do, I would hug all my wonderful residents the second this storm is over and I am back to work. So last night I was listening to the album "Tell Me I'm Pretty" for the first time in a while, when I stumbled upon the song Sweetie Little Jean. I never realized how great of a song it was and how personally relatable it was. This might be my favorite Cage The Elephant song and probably favorite song in general.
