Rezoning application for a proposed 46 storey 459.8ft tall tower in downtown kelowna was submitted today:

It would be the city's new tallest (taller than the approved Leon towers, Westcorp hotel or One Water street). Between those, UBCO downtown campus and Benard Block it's exciting times for downtown
I just read the first chapter and yeah, I can hear Sims reading the lines in my head like a statement. Which is brilliant because I have a really tough time reading usually.
Has anyone else read it? Did/are you enjoying it?
What techniques are there to make stable floors? Ways to modify Posts?
Hi All,
Moved into a newish 3 Storey Townhouse (inside unit not end unit) that has Coax & Cat5e lines for Telephone. Nothing is daisy chained - all separate runs.
The issue is that rather than terminating all of the runs to a location inside my unit, they all appear to go up to the Attic through to the end unit next to us and then to boxes on the outside of that end unit..
I'd love to use that preexisting Cat5e to with RJ45 ends and other equipment (switches etc) to create a hardwired network but I'm pretty sure I'm hooped here. That is because I don't control the point of covergence I can't control the network. Would I be right in that thinking?
So with that in mind, I think my only option is to attempt to fish more Cat5/6 next to those runs but bring it down to a central point in my unit.
Anyone got any ideas?
