I read an article last week that talked about 3 components of having enough money for retirement. Those were 1) Investments 2)Real Estate 3)Side Job. Historically this sub focuses on supply (investments) and demand (expenses) but I don't see too many posts on real estate other than primary residence. How many of you work with real estate or side job/gig/hustle after leanfire? Please share your experiences with baristafire and realestateFI how things are going.
I don't really have a way to prove this other than knowing that I ate pizza with roasted corn on it two hours ago, and now I see the corn in my stool. I think my normal bowel movements easily last only a couple hours, and this is regardless of whether it's diarrhea or not. How does my body process my food so quickly?
