A message from the developers:
>We have reached the start of Civilization Type III. In the future, the Dyson Sphere Program universe will become even broader because of our joint efforts.
>Before we go to the update log, CentreBrain wants to send you some special tips that will affect your game progress:
>- Crude oil becomes a consuming resource. The less crude oil remaining in the blowout well, the more difficult it will be to collect. The extraction efficiency can be down to 0.1/s. To keep your extraction efficiency, you can change the resource magnification setting and upgrade the mineral utilization level.
>- The Cluster Seeds are different from the old version.
>- You need to reopen the file to experience some of the newly added content
>- Blueprint is NOT included in this update yet but on the way! (High priority)
It went so well the last time that I'm doing it again! Giving away a copy of our 3D platformer: Glyph!
Comment to participate and Reddit Raffler will be the judge of us all! Well, not me. Obviously.
Today's mind-bender (not a requirement): What sphere-shaped video game protagonist is your all-time favorite?Mine: Pac-Man. Yes, I know, it's a bit predictable and boring, but it is!
The episode before last he was talking about the attempt to cancel Rowling & he specifically & only mentioned this tweet:
‘People who menstruate.’ I’m sure there used to be a word for those people. Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?
First off, this isn't even close to the only thing that she said. Second, that tweet isn't as innocuous as he's making it sound. What about a transgendered man? They could still menstruate. Why did she feel the need to go out of her way to post this in the first place besides to be mean to that specific group?
She plays the same game Ben Shapiro does "Sex is real, facts don't care about your feelings' bullshit. She's protesting a person getting fired for stating that sex is real. If I went around to every transgendered person in my office & said "Hey just so you know, I'll call you a she or whatever but biologically you're a man & sex is real & facts don't care about your feelings" I'd expect to be fired. It's just not something you need to bring up, people that do bring it up are doing it for a specific reason... It's a reasonable expectation to not have to work with people that openly state their discriminatory views.
On the topic of this guy Antonio Garcia Martinez getting fired from Apple...
Here's some quotes from his book:
"Most women in the Bay Area are soft and weak, cosseted and naive despite their claims of worldliness, and generally full of shit. They have their self-regarding entitlement feminism, and ceaselessly vaunt their independence, but the reality is, come the epidemic plague or foreign invasion, they’d become precisely the sort of useless baggage you’d trade for a box of shotgun shells or a jerry can of diesel."
"Unlike most women at Facebook (or in the Bay Area, really) she knew how to dress; forties-style, form-fitting dresses from neck to knee were her mainstay. "
"a professional woman with every means at her disposal except a willing male partner—in which case I had been snookered into fatherhood via warm smiles and pliant thighs, the oldest tricks in the book."
"There were few women one would call conventionally attractive at Facebook. The few there were rarely if ever dressed for work with their femininity on display in the form of dresses and heels. A fully turned out member of the deuxième sexe in a conference room was as clear an angel of death as a short-barreled .38 Special revolver. Gokul gave an awkward smile, and bolted out the door the moment I sat d... keep reading on reddit ➡
The whole sphere system felt a bit artificial. I hope it will be possible to have war such as the opium war or the American intervention in Japan to force countries to open themselves to the market.

Hi everyone! I wrote a few days ago about my team in another thread and decided to do a full analysis of the team and Shadow Sealeo before Season 8.
I used Shadow Sealeo (Powder Snow/Body Slam/Water Pulse), Umbreon, and Medicham (Ice Punch/Psychic) as my Great League team the entire time. I believe Shadow Sealeo is the most underrated Pokémon in Great League right now, and it easily wins a large portion of the leads in the meta, and those it loses it puts in a very good fight and can lead to farm down situations for medicham or umbreon. In this entire season, to my recollection, I have only seen a single opposing Shadow Sealeo.
This analysis will be long, but will go in depth about Shadow Sealeo's Pros and Cons, common lead scenarios, and how the rest of the team functions with Sealeo.
A note before the analysis. Pvpoke's simulation against the core meta puts Sealeo as having many more losses than wins, but this is because it is simulating the one shield only. Looking at all shield scenarios, Sealeo wins 32/50 matchups in at least one shield scenario.
Very Spammy - Shadow sealeo reaches Body Slam at the same rate that Swampert reaches Hydro Cannon - alternating between 5 and 4 Powder Snows. This allows it to outpace the vast majority of the meta and win a lot of matchups you think it wouldn't. (Shadow Machamp is one of them!)
Great neutral coverage - Body slam hits neutral against the bulk of the meta, so usually in matchups where Sealeo is losing, it can at least do a lot of damage for your next Pokémon to farm down. On the other side of this, in matchups where sealeo wins, it can quickly reach neutral body slams to grab shields or do damage before going down. This is in my opinion the biggest benefit of Sealeo. It often either pushes advantages or minimizes losses.
Decent fast move pressure - Sealeo is one of the few Pokémon as fast as Swampert to have a near average DPE fast move. Powder Snow has good coverage against the meta, and adds up in even resisted matchups like Azumarill.
Decent Bulk - Despite being a Shadow Pokémon, Sealeo has surprisingly decent bulk.
Swift, Feint Attack, Shadow Punch, Aerial Ace, Magical Leaf, Shock Wave, Magnet Bomb
Does anything significantly change in the metagame?
Since there's no megathread yet, here's a thread to discuss our first impressions of the new releases. Below are a couple of prompts to get the discussion moving.
How are you enjoying Career Mode so far?
If you were waiting for the Steam release, what do you think of the game overall?
Do you feel like Heroes of the Inner Sphere solves the problems of the base game effectively?
This has been happening with my boss a lot lately. "When are you gonna get your vaccine?" "You're a free rider!" "Get your vax yet?"
You know what the appropriate response should be?
"When was your last pap smear?" "How much do you weigh?" "How old are you?"
Leave people alone. Mind ya own business.
Hello everyone. It's almost time for a new Refined Sphere shop to appear on Global, so it's also time for me to make a new guide on the new shop.
This time, I will analyze the batch that will arrive in global DFFOO at May 28th for Divine Alexander. This batch will have RF spheres of Golbez, Hope, Laguna, Shadow, Thancred and Vivi.
This is mostly a guide about RF spheres that are powerful as a placeholder options for your characters that you do not plan to equip spheres. Thus, it may be on your best interest to craft enough to slot on everyone that fit the description. I'm here to list which units fulfill their requirements, and to whom they may be best RF option to slot there as placeholders until you decide to slot a proper sphere.
However, no matter how strong, a refined sphere is never as good as a proper sphere. So, if any of the characters I list below already have proper spheres slotted for them, please, don't overwrite your sphere with a refined one. The numbers I list are a cap, not a minimum. As in, if you craft more than that, probably you will run out of units that can even activate the sphere regularly.
Probably you will not be able to craft spheres for everyone, and need to pick and choose who will receive them. That's ok. Especially as the shops start having spheres that are good for a large amount of characters. Only you have knowledge of your own roster, and are in a better position to pick and choose who are the best picks when you need to choose.
##tl;dr: 30 Hope spheres, one of each other.
How good is it? This is the strongest party-wide D-sphere in the game, alongside Wakka's. The main issue with it is having some way to keep buffing all the time to maintain high uptime.
Hope sphere is, alongside Wakka, the only D-sphere that provides a party-wide ATK/MBRV buff. The main issue is that the sphere effect only last 3 turns, which requires you to use it on a character that is able to keep refreshing buffs every third turn, either by having a lot of skill uses to burn, some way to apply a buff using BRV+/HP+ attacks, or by having a fast charge EX with a buff attached to it.
Remember that this sphere **do not... keep reading on reddit ➡
I've never fully understood this. I get that everyone was typically busy trying to do a genocide on everyone else, but I don't see how that was keeping them from throwing some resources at expanding their open borders(aside from the Taurians playing a one sided game of Forts with the Capellans).
