I need about a dumptruck load of fill dirt delivered and dumped on my driveway for some projects I'd like to work on.
I also need about 10 railroad ties delivered.
I've searched online and while it isn't horribly difficult to find what I need, I'm curious what experience others getting dirt delivered on the cheap.

Option1 action will means that the two crew members are almost guaranteed to get ran over, >95% chance.
Option1 inaction will mean that >90% chance at least one innocent person gets ran over, >50% chance that four or more get it.
All I can come up with is wedging some bigger sized rocks from my yard underneath it as a temporary fix. What else can be done? The gap is about 4 inches high by 6 inches deep.
Is there anything special that needs to be done to dispose of old rotten railroad ties? Rented roll off dumpsters in the past and seem to recall they were a forbidden item, where are you supposed to take them if that's the case? Have a big retaining wall coming apart and trying to figure out logistics of removing it and disposing of the old ties.
