An edited autopsy photo (Not graphic, but you can tell it's a touched up photo of a deceased person.)
On the afternoon of July 28, 1995, an eastbound Canadian Pacific train carrying over one hundred boxcars of grain was approaching the city of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, at approximately 70 km/h.
Two Canadian Pacific employees saw a man walking alongside the tracks just east of the level crossing at 13th Avenue and Courtney Street. The traffic control arms were down and the red warning lamps were functioning. The man stepped back when the train's whistle blew.
But the engineer watched as the man walked away from t... keep reading on reddit ➡
So I started up fo4 again recently, last time I did the BoS. This time I want to join the Rail Road, but I understamd that doing so will piss off Danse. I really don't want him to become hostile or anything, is there a way to do the rail road missions and keep Danse as at least a friend? Like he probably won't be a follower, but at least he won't try to fight me.
This post results in much discussion.
Yet all these established superheroes are considered American and grew up in America. And the only black superhero comes from a made up country in Africa. Stop being so ignorant and recognize your own privilege for a second.
What's up guys.
I just wanted to let you know that, thanks to Husky_70, you're now able to use the Rail- and Stun gun online, as well as fill up your Firework launcher for free.
It's not perfect though.
First, you need 3 people to join you, or else you will get kicked from the job. I can't get it to start up with 2 people **Edit: People are able to start the job with just 2 people. You don't need 3 extra people. One will do.**You will also lose both, the Rail- and Stun gun when you join a new session/job. You get to keep the ammo for the firework launcher though.
Once you start the job you need to destroy the crates. Leave the job through your phone after you got what you wanted.
Before 1.12, there was an achievement for Java where the player must ride a mine cart 1km or 1000 blocks.
Because there’s many more ways of transportation, an updated version of this achievement could look like riding all legitimate types of transportation (Mine cart, Boat, Pig, Llama, Strider, etc) for 1km.
Earning this advancement shows the player the different game mechanics & ways of transportation.
P.S. It’d be placed under the Adventure Category
"Because what Whedon did wasnt actually any more egregious than being a micromanaging harass director which, given he has made studios literally billions over the years, means that his method is acceptable. Directors don't have to be nice, they have to be good at their job, and he has proven to have talent."
"He sounds like someone that moved up too quick in Hollywood to fast and then the project he was tied to was a bust he's back where he started. He desperately wants back up and all he's doing is pissing off people and giving producers a reason to never work with him."
I’m back with another tale from the retail crypt. I used to work at a coffee shop kiosk at a train station in the UK and I had countless occasions when I had passengers asking me for advice about their rail travel. I would help where I could but more often than not, I would direct them to the station staff who were actually responsible with dealing with these sorts of enquiries since it wasn’t my job. Also, the information office was literally ten feet away from the kiosk and was clearly posted with a large sign and everything. But, as you’re probably aware, people seem to lack the ability to see and understand signs. I have lost count how many times clueless people would wander past the exit multiple times even though the exit was clearly marked.
Anyway, most of these other stories are fairly unremarkable but then one evening, one man took stupid to a whole new level. It was late evening and I had about an hour left on my shift and I had been there for ten hours by this point and I w... keep reading on reddit ➡
From what I've seen of 2GDs stream, they've been doing a lot to sort of...normalize the gameplay of Diabotical. They scaled back rail damage to reduce rail fights and rail whoring, and made rail switch slower so you can't swap to shaft immediately after, and they also made it harder to hit.
The problem here is that all the things they are doing are backfiring and making better players better and allowing them to dominate more.
Does anyone think Rapha or Cypher or Strenx are going to notice or care about the smaller hitboxes and rail? No. But are new players and lower/mid skill players? Of course.
The rockets are shit now. Slow AF and no splash, which is already hard on an EGG. The rail is harder to hit, which means perfect aimers are going to get more rails, and the shaft is well...still the OP shit it once was.
And for everyone who replies with "get better" or whatever, sure, that's fine, if you want to immediately make the population of Diabotical 1,000 players.
My point is t... keep reading on reddit ➡
This is more so for the people who come to this sub to get a dose of sanity in a world that seems increasingly governed by this hyperwoke / identity focused orthodoxy.
I’m fascinated by how people got to the point of criticizing this stuff, since it’s so easy to not question it. The thing that did it for me it was something that happened to someone I was close to. But I often wonder, if I didn’t have a close relationship to this stuff, would I just be another person saying “believe all women” and posting a black square and cheering as colleges revoked admissions for incoming freshmen who said a dumb thing on Snapchat or twitter when they were 15.
There are three “this thing’s gone off the rails” moments I can think of: Aziz Ansari article, “Bernie said Elizabeth Warren can’t be president and we have to believe Warren because Me Too means we believe women,” and Matt Damon getting piled on for saying patting someone on the butt is not the same thing as r*pe or child molestation?
The bouncer said that EVERYONE is wearing masks, which could make for some new kinks
I’m new to the whole politics in reddit scene, but am fiscally conservative and a bit of a budget hawk (i.e don’t want future generations saddled with debt, yada yada)
the question is pretty much in the title but what cta rail stations / lines would you guys be interested in seeing? i know things like the circle line, elston bus and a madison station by the united center are popular picks. this is of course ignoring logistical things like right of way & funding.
Foamer here. I’m just curious what it was like when you guys discovered we were a thing. My affinity for trains seems completely natural to me. But, if I was just a random dude freshly hired out with the train company I’m willing to bet it never would’ve dawned on me that foamers are out there, and when I finally came across one I’d think they're...let’s say... interesting characters.
