How to choose a top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturer?

Waste tyre recycling through pyrolysis is acknowledged the most effective way for waste tyre management. So there are more and more waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufactures arising in the world and devoting to manage waste tyre. Then how to choose a top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturer?

Waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufactures

DOING holdings co., LTD., based on our 10 years of practical experience for you to choose the top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturers in the world to give some suggestions for your reference.

We conclude that the top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturers in the world have the following important features.

No.1 Rich Experience

Normally top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturers in the world should have more than 10 years or at least 10 years’ practical experience in the pyrolysis plant manufacturing , installation as well as the plant operation. If no rich practical experience as the basis, the manufacturer will not be able to discover the disadvantages of the waste tyre pyrolysis plant, then the plant cannot get well improved and it cannot be the best waste tyre pyrolysis plant.

DOING waste tyre pyrolysis plant installed aroud the world

No.2 Good Honor

A top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturer should be trustworthy and can provide help to his machine user at the first time. To purchase the machine is just the first step, in the future machine users will have a lot of work which shall need the pyrolysis plant manufacturer’s cooperation and support, so to choose the reliable manufacturer with good honor is very important. To check if a waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturer has good honor or not, you can see if they have old customers to place order.

Old and new customers in Doing company

No.3 Company Research & Development

Top waste tyre pyrolysis plant manufacturers in the world should pay much attention to R&D of new product in order to keep their technical process lead the pyrolysis

a-PHP vaping behaviour/problems - isomer convertion through heat? Simple pyrolysis?

So the last batch of a-php from nl was acting weird.

Impossible to consume through oil pipe, almost only OD sideffects (heartbeat etc), even with low doses.

When the pipe suddenly broke (oopsie), aluminum was used. And then I noticed that it only really worked vaping on aluminum (?). Thought it was good that the "healthier" method was dropped.

Has boiled at 2 different temperatures (-> 2 different substances or simply isomeric? Synth byproducts? (5-15% evaporated at this temp))

Partly worked well, even chilled, without paranoia or racing heart, let alone other side effects. But sometimes the opposite.

Should one freebase or acid / base extract it? It would possibly also become a little cleaner and less prone to pyrolysis when vaping because of physical properties.

I think the side effects correlate with pyrolysis products that arise either from excessive or too long heating, e.g. pyrrolidine or similar, because I was able to determine these side effects mainly from inhalative consumption.

The "semen" smell can be detected in some deliveries without exposure to heat ....If not, it maybe does when evaporating.

I think I'll buy an infrared thermometer and check the temperature of the first boiling point. Approx. 15 percent by volume of the substance goes up, after which it turns slightly orange.

Either what flies are solvent / precursor or a certain a-php isomer, which seems to be toxic. The sudden discoloration makes me wonder ...

I also inhaled both separately, so before and after the "crackback".

The substance that evaporates first seems to be the problem, did not work or only produced side effects (I guess solvent / synthesis residues. Did feel a bit like poppers, i.e. vasodilator ?! bpm> 120, short lived). Suspecting a solvent at this point.

It Partly evaporated with charcoal residue, partly with orange. Under almost the same conditions (temperature, time etc.).

Maybe this is due to stereoisomerism, meaning isomer x has different properties and is created by the influence of heat / energy or is present in a non equal ratio to the other isomer. Or the substance i got just isn't a homogenic mixture. I haven't mixed it myself knowingly.

With lab and chemistry master and co, I would test all states:

- untreated / - touched
- before the first boiling / bubbling (just melted from the temperature, transparent liquid)
- after everything has evaporated from the 1st boiling point (color slightly orange, ~85% volume compared to po
