Elon Musk is absolutely the most overrated billionaire in existence. Let's keep it real. I don't use Tesla and I don't even know anyone personally use it. It ranks the lowest in reliability rating. Basically, a rich man's toy that you get rid of after you drive it for 50k miles.
Like the title said, I'm an American moving to the U.K.. I was wondering what my less respectful countrymen do that bother you all so that I can avoid doing those things. I am a generally kind and respectful person, but I understand that every country has their own culture and subtle nuances. So, what stories do you have of Americans (not necessarily just military) acting in a way that bothered you?

Some of you may have seen my earlier post ranting about the cunts who drive around blasting music in the middle of the night. Well last night I'd finally had enough and went on a mission to catch one.
After only about 5-10 minutes of walking around the town centre one drove right towards me, music on full blast. I stept slightly out onto the road to snap their number plate, and seeing and knowing exactly what I was doing they speed off. Luckily for me they were stupid enough to park quite close by, which was easy for me to see from a distance as it was dark and the road was otherwise empty. Found them again, confirmed the number plate and called the 105 non emergency number. And can I just say, today the Manukau city centre has been so fucking peaceful.
Even if the police never followed through, it scared them enough to lay low, and it's helped me realise that there a far fewer people doing it than I thought, so with enough action those of us who are sick and tired could actually bring a stop to it.
Obviously those of you with lives don't need to go on a full blown hunt like I did 😂 But these assholes get away with this shit because New Zealanders are so passive. Just like speakers on the bus etc. So if you happen to be in a scenario where you're able to identify one of these vehicles, report it!
Ive been relistening to old episodes after doom scrollling travis hate. And honest to God i just do not see someof the claims that hes the worst most unfunny fucker to walk the earth. He is a very good addition to the dynamic of the 3 and he gets shit on for doing jokes that his brothers would do as well. Hes no podcast god but good lord sometimes the Travis hate is just misery inducing. Especially with the new episode where they, all working together, made toilet humor funny to me. Toilet humor is one of my least fav parts of the show, but travis' insistence on continuing + Justin's eagerness to see it play out + Griffin being fed up is just hilarious and part of what made the poscast great.
Also 555 is another ep where i didnt feel like i was just getting through it. I hope Griffin gets more time off but it really was a treat to hear them after tbis break
Total beta, who thinks he is an alpha male. He likes having Virginia around because he wants a hot young girl as arm candy, but he has zero respect for her (other than her ability to get him off). nor does he value her input. He is unwilling at all to compromise on anything, lacks even an ounce of empathy for anyone other than himself, and has somehow managed to make Virginia feel guilty and take the blame for his shortcomings.
Yea, everyone hates Chris. But IMO, Erik is worse. At least with Chris, you know you are getting a narcissistic asshat. He makes no attempt to hide that. But Erik is far worse - he is every bit as narcissistic as Chris, but hides it behind a "I'm a good guy, and just want what is best" smile.
He keeps on throwing out the "well if you don't like it, then just leave". This is classic. If Virginia leaves him (which I hope she does) like he keeps on pushing her to do, he can then say "Well I tried, but ANOTHER girl left me. I don't get it, I gave her everything and she left me". He will play the victim to the next woman who gets lured in by his $$$ and charm.
