I don't see it in the news, but there is fuck all freight coming into Ireland, stena have cancelled sailing on routes because there is no freight gokng both ways, major shippers like DB schenker aren't shipping to the UK and the knock on effect is that Ireland is being affected.
A lot of it is down to customs on Both sides not having a clue what the fuck they are doing. It's easy to blame the brits, actually you're right to blame the brits, but our crowd haven't got a clue what they are doing either.
I went to pick up a trailer at 4am this morning, got my paper work checked, was told to wait in the lorry, 7 hours later I got told I could leave, no further checks, no one could tell me why I was waiting for 7 hours. And I'm not alone, loads of trucks in the same position as I was. If it keeps up you'll soon see what I'm talking about in the shops
Also, we have a minster for transport who is absent, not a single word out of him on the whole thing. How is it every minister for transport is a usless bollix?
I'm a new nintendo switch owner and I'm loving it so far. What has really impressed me are some AAA ports that work completely fine on Switch, losing a little bit of graphical quality for the huge benefit of portability. It really shows how far handhelds have come.
If you could choose any games to port, any at all, what would you choose? My personal choices would be...
-Zoo Tycoon and Zoo Tycoon 2. I love these games dearly, and with the great port of Jurassic World Evolution, I think these oldies would be an excellent way to have your own wildlife collection in your pocket.
-Endless Ocean 1 and 2 - Extremely underappreciated Wii games that allow you to explore open world marine environments. I would KILL for updated portable versions.
-Ark Survival Evolved with DLC and mods - I love and hate Ark. Even on PC the game is kind of crap, but with mods and customizable settings it CAN be made into a truly excellent experience. Scrap the current awful port and completely redo it with mod support, plus all DLC maps (imo the base map, which is the only one in the switch version, is the most bland) and this rightly-maligned port could be something truly special. And, uh, why not throw in Skyrim mods while you're at it.
-Monster Hunter World - I shouldn't be greedy as the Switch has Generations Ultimate and the upcoming Rise, but World introduced me to the series, and I absolutely love the primal lost world aesthetic, compared to Rise's ancient Japan one. Not gonna hold my breath but maybe if Rise does great they'd consider porting its sister game.
That's all on my end of things - what games would you bring over?
There are already many appreciation post for mod authors and community. Today i would like to show gratitude to mod authors for their LE ports and backporters I think there are many like us who are still playing LE for various reasons (with me being unable to get high end machine due to financial issues). And there is no doubt that many good mods are becoming SE exclusives. (As LE getting outdated). Due to LE backports, we are still able to enjoy these amazing work. .Skyrim Modding Community os awesome and i hope many LE users will be able to experience more quality backports from SE.
I'm done pretending that it isn't. Essentially every weapon in BOCW is superior to its MW version. Not because of any real valid reason, but simply because in BOCW the stats are just better. And the guns were just ported over without any change to how they function.
Imagine if weapons from Halo were just ported into Warzone too. They'd be broken.
And the duplicated guns are stupid. The RPG, SKS, AK47, M4, M16, M14, to name a few. It really seemed like the whole decision-making process behind the integration was, "How can we make use of BOCW content that is floundering in sales? Screw it, just throw the guns into Warzone!"
I can't help but wonder if Infinity Ward employees curse Treyarch employees every night before bed for tarnishing their work with MW and Warzone.

Yes, I know about the leaks. Yes, I know about the DirectX thing that was datamined. I want a PC version just as much as the next person but none of this is definitive proof of a PC version. The leaks could easily be fake or old info. Just because other stuff in the leaks turned out to be true does not mean that every single thing that was leaked is true. The DirectX thing could easily be a remnant of the game being developed on PC - it does not automatically mean that a PC port is in the works for consumers.
Way too many people are going around just flat out stating that there WILL be a PC version when this is absolutely not confirmed to be the case and never will be unless Capcom flat-out comes out and says it. I'm not saying there will never be a PC version. In fact the info from leaks and datamining do make the possibility much more likely, but they are NOT proof. So please stop going around saying that there WILL be a PC version. You're just spreading misinformation and getting people's hopes up excessively.
