For me, I enjoy a peanut butter and ham sandwich
Edit: This thread did not disappoint. Some very strange sandwich combinations on here haha
Movies you know are trash but you love them anyways
Now I’m not talking about anything you enjoy "ironically" like "The Room" or anything by Neil Breen. What’s a movie you know is hot garbage but you can’t help but like watching it?
For me, it’s the "Van Helsing" movie with Hugh Jackman. Everyone is over-acting, the dialogue is cheap, and the plot of Dracula resurrecting his stillborn children with the undead power of Frankensteins monster is RIDICULOUS
But I still love it, the monsters are pretty cool, the characters are fun to watch regardless (Especially the over the top theater dramatics from Dracula and his wives) and the action is entertaining. I mean watching Dracula fight a werewolf? Iconic.
What about you guys?
I used to love going to the music store with a few mates on a Saturday , leisurely browsing through all the tapes (then later CDs), bringing them back home to my collection and simply sitting and listening to the entire album, without skipping any track. Also, how good was it flicking through those massive poster boards ? (That satisfying gentle “click” as you push past to the next one )
For me it has to be sex. Don't get me wrong, the orgasm is amazing but too fleeting in comparison to drugs like ecstasy, cocaine, and cannabis.
As a European, I am in love with American patriotism, even if I don't see it as 100% a positive thing. My guilty American patriotic pleasure is American Soldier.
What is that piece of patriotic music that you love listening to in your headphones, but never dare to admit to anyone it's your favourite?
Editing to point out that I love American patriotism; it's the staunch nationalism some people show that gets to my nerves.
I LOVE THIS FILM! Its totally ridiculous & the cgi/special effects arent amazing, but Luke Evans as Dracula & Sarah Gadon as Mirena are so good, they draw you in. Their chemistry is fantastic, & the movie is entertaining start to finish. I loved the ending & am still so sad we wont get another one.
Just a recommendation if you are ever in the mood for something fun.
“Thanks, I’ve had a lot of practice when my father lost both his hands” is her response.
