Been following some issues at a school (won't name them) where one of the children has been subject to ongoing bullying of a racist nature and the school seems to indicate that their hands are tied and there seems to be nothing they can do beyond getting the kids (teenagers) to write apology letters despite repetitive issues with racism.
Is our school system that soft that its prepared to favour the bully and allow the behaviour to continue at the expense of the victim despite repetitive behaviour? What does it actually take to get a child expelled?

I’ve just had an exchange elsewhere with a defender of Jackson who called Safechuck and Robson financially broke idiots. I’ve never seen anything compelling to suggest that either man is broke. Safechuck especially seems to have a comfortable job, as does his wife.
The second thing this person said - and it’s a common refrain - is that Reed is a rookie documentary filmmaker looking to make a name for himself. But he’s not a rookie. He was garlanded before this documentary and made the excellent’Terror In Mumbai’.
I guess why this annoys me is that supporters of MJ often ask why more people don’t come forward but can’t see any correlation between their dishonest attacking of anyone who does and the lack of other victims speaking out. Some weakly claim that they wouldn’t attack everyone who comes forward, just those they don’t believe. Yeah fucking right. They would tear down anyone who accuses their precious long-dead Messiah.
If confident in their assertion that he is innocent, such tactics wouldn’t be needed.
I'm currently looking for participants for my research project as a part of my masters degree in cyberpsychology, the study looks at the relationship between personality traits and cyberstalking perpetration and the different kinds of victims that could be involved.

How do you get less status effect damage while using a talent that supposed to increase status effects by 50%?
In other words, why are criminals (murderers, robbers, mass shooters, e.t.c) more likely to be a male than female? This question also includes sociopaths as well, who tend to be male.

Folks, I am currently working on a piece about Stephen King and his relationship with Stanley Kubrick's film of “The Shining,” for a special issue of the online journal Senses of Cinema due in a month.
I am desperately trying to read King's essay “On The Shining and Other Perpetrations,” which is included in Whispers magazine, August 1982 (volume 5, numbers 1/2, whole number 17/18). As you may already know, this issue is quite rare and I could not find a copy available on the internet; I have already tried libraries and asked to several of my friends and acquaintances, to no avail.
Would any of you in possession of this magazine be so kind to send me scans or even just photos of the pages, taken with your smartphone? Nothing fancy, I just need to read the text and quote portions of it in my essay. I'll happily acknowledge your help in my article.
