It seems to me that there are a lot of peptides that are much safer than other substances, yet giving great results. As an example, i've tried many nootropics over the years, and they were either ineffective or very effective for a short period of time, with bad come downs. Then I've tried Semax and Selank and they work great and feel natural, no downsides so far.
So why aren't peptides much more popular?

Multi Peptide Serum 💜
I have been incorporating this serum in my PM routine since 10 days. I was not expecting to see any changes before 2-3 month mark, but I was wrong. Next day I woke up and my skim felt plump, more tight so to speak and this didn't break me out. After a few days I noticed my fine lines were reduced and the plumpness stayed. I like how moisturized it keeps my face. Also I rub it on my eye brows & lashes and my lashes are visibly longer, also brows are looking better.
Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA 1% 💜
I got this because Peptide was working well & I was running out of my products for PIH. Again, this worked better than I had expected. I use the serum only in AM routine because this cannot be used along with actives. I had some acne because none of the moisturizers were cutting due to winter months. I was able to fix that, but was left with a cluster of brown spots. They are reduced to half within a week of using this serum. Also I have some PIH because I wasted time & money on Lotus sunscreens during my teenage and early 20's and kept wondering why my skin is still so sun sensitive. Nevermind now I know better and my skin is happier. This serum alone has helped in PIH in only 7 days, I plan to keep using this till PIH is faded, in addition to other products.
Word of caution, we know HA acid is great for moisturizing skin and is almost inoffensive active. I did not have a very good experience with it in start. Yes I applied it on damp skin and followed up with a moisturizer but it only brought previously non existent texture to surface making my skin full of red bumps that looked oily, but felt dry.. next day I used to wake up to painful cysts after which I swore off HA for many months. When I ordered Minimalist I had my doubts because it has HA, and I was right.. I had bumpy oily dry weird skin again.. and I was blaming the product but then I decided to change the way I apply it. Instead of damp skin I applied serum on wet skin, using a little more than I had been using before and gently tapping & massaging with finger tips. When it was dry, and I could feel the skin texture felt tacky I introduced some more water and worked the product in, by third time it my skin felt like there is no product. I waited for 2 minutes and followed with... keep reading on reddit ➡
I'm just mentally too tired at this point to do all this research. I hope someone here is interested in helping me out.
3 years ago, I took a proton pump inhibitor for mild gastritis and my life has never been the same. It destroyed my gut. Gas 200 times a day and incredibly loud bowel sounds (edit: and horrific 24/7 bloating, horrific). It never improved. I spent thousands of dollars on shitty supplements, had fecal matter transplants, took about 8 antibiotics and a shit-ton of other drugs and everything else under the fucking sun. My main issue is definitely bacterial overgrowth. But with the gut, at some point, nobody can either help or diagnose you anymore on this ball of shit.
My life is a complete fucking nightmare. I would eat cyanide at this point if some study said it may helps. My chronic fatigue has also really picked up since all of it. Without the homeoffice situation, i would have lost it a long time ago. I can't hold on for too much longer tbh.
Peptides are pretty much the only thing I can think of I have not tried yet. I managed to research a little bit and found LL-37 and BPC-157. Anyone here who can understand my situation and maybe has something to say? Some direction to point me in? Some experience to share?
Edit: Thank you to all who cared and thank you for the cool bling-bling. i never expected this many responses. the ones who shared their experience with peptides gave me enough of a boost to try at least bpc for a start. so thank you to you all.
Here's a chart that shows what each cosmetic peptide targets. These aren't all stocked by most suppliers, luckily my manufacturer does.
Confirmed Mercury Toxic with a Hair Mineral Analysis Test showing high levels of Mercury indicating recent exposure to MethylMercury. Chelation with ALA/Emeramide causes detox effects. Mercury causing Mitochondrial and bodily dysfunction due to inactivating any enzyme with Sulfur in it.
Any peptides that enhance cellular detox? Like NRF2 or OCTN2 upregulation?
Yesterday i posted a similar question, but everyone read it as "why aren't peptides more popular among users?". To which the general consensus is:
So, what i actually meant to ask was: why are there so few studies? Why is the interest of the medical community lacking?
Considering the great potential that SOME peptides seem to have, and their high safety profile (i repeat: SOME peptides, i am NOT saying that all peptides are useful nor safe, there are very deangerous ones as in any class of substances) it's surprising to me that there is such a lack of studies, and therefore of prescription and use.
If you decide to answer that it's because they can't be patented and therefore big pharma doesn't want them to be studied, please substantiate with proof that what you are saying is true. AFAIK they should be able to patent specific peptides.
I did a bit of research and there are plenty of people online swearing that it works, that they had very noticeable results on skin quality and even joint-pain relief
But then again, collagen is a protein. And the protein will be broken down into amino acids, will it not? So surely the body cannot react differently to this than to any other dietary protein?? I saw one seller of collagen supplements referring to it as bioavailable which would be misleading if the collagen were broken down.
Any ideas or advice? Is there more to the science than this? I am very open to the possibility that i dont understand what im talking about at all
Hi all, have any of you had results with peptides for neuropathy due to spinal cord injury? Going to order some Cerebrolysin soon but wanting to know if anyone has had actual results with any peptides. Thanks!
I developed scar tissue in my penis and it gets progressively worse. Doctors say they can't do shit so I gotta find alternatives. I'm already on whatver drug you can imagine for erections (cialis, testosterone, pentox, viagra, L citrulline, etc.) I already ran a cycle of TB500, but it didn't seem to do anything. Any other substances to possibly stabilize the progression of scar tissue formation in the penis? I'm willing to try everything and it would be a life saver if I can fix this one way or another.
Bad diet for a decades and cleaned up and quit eating fried foods and so on, now I am curious if there are any atherosclerosis reversing peptides. Thanks.
Is there any peptide for eye health?
I am a 51y software developer and my eyes are "going down" (diopter, dry eye, tension behind the eyes).
Can we do anything in that area?
Hello, so I am new to this peptides thing, but have done a small amount of research. I have a couple of things going on that I think might be helped by BPC 157. First, I have frozen shoulders (both of them) and I have been tapering from prescription benzos. Right now I am in Ireland, where it seems more difficult to order online ( I already had customs confiscate some Aleve my friend tried to send me from the US b/c can’t buy naproxen otc here.) Would BPC 157 help my shoulders and/or brain? Also, very skittish about anything that may cause side affects. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
I'm not really suffering from any acute injuries at the moment (maybe some irritating niggles) but they seem to occur very often whenever I try to exercise. It's really the main thing holding me back. We're not exactly talking about heavy-duty "beating up my body" kind of exercise here as due to the injuries I have never been fit enough to do that.
Wondering if anyone has an opinion on using TB-500 or BPC-157 on an ongoing basis to help joints and tendons and stuff recover from being stressed by physical activity before real injuries set in? I was thinking that or CJC-1295 for perhaps a mild effect on connective tissues.
Planning on running BPC, TB500, and HGH once per day. Is there any issue with drawing them into the same syringe and injecting all at once?
What about if I got raw powder, could I reconstitute them all in the same vile?
I'm a Type 1 (insulin dependent) Diabetic. My goals are blood sugar control, weight loss, and maintaining an active (and pain-free) lifestyle.
I just finished up a month of BPC-157 for shoulder pain--and (OMG!) it actually worked. Now I find myself going down the peptide rabbit-hole and I'm wondering if there are peptides I should consider for blood sugar control, etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve never taken collagen before and I am debating whether to add collagen peptides powder or pills to my routine. I want to know if anyone has had experience with adding it to your diet for skin help. If you’ve had experience using it after pregnancy, that would help a lot too since I hope to get some more “pep” in other areas of my skin rather than just my face.
I was wondering whether anybody has heard about or even has experiences with peptides that can improve skin firmness. I am especially thinking about saggy, cellulite like skin problems, mainly on the areas of belly and ass.
From googling I learned that GHK-cu or straight HGH have been associated with this. But there is not really something conclusive and it also seems not to be much talked about on here so far. Thus, it would be great to start a discussion - any input is very welcome!
PS: Additional question: do you guys think topical creams would work in this respect (I mean, after all it is about working on the skin in this case)?
whats better to use, tesa or hgh frag? Any experiences?
Hi guys, might do an order of bpc157/tb500 from Alibaba. Just wondering how reputable it is as I don’t want to be injecting myself with something that may not be what I think it is...
Any good source recommendations ?
Anyone fixed their chronic pain with peptides? If so which ones do you recommend?
I have sharp stabbing pains in all of my joints, they get worse the more I use them. I’ve just spent the past 12 months unable to walk because of this, I can currently get around the house thanks to an SNRI, still can’t go up stairs or walk long distances... all blood tests and MRI’s say there’s nothing wrong with me... suggestions are much appreciated! Hope everyone’s well :)
New to peps. Anything good for fat loss. If you say diet it is getting old. Tysm.
careful guys. Their bpc 157 is making me having major hunger spikes, pain in my sides and major water retention. Their tb 500 feels legit though. I think they gave me legit ghrp but mislabeled it. I would advise extreme caution ordering from them. Seems like they're getting their stuff from China and are not testing them. I learned the hard way. Looks like canlabs and TMC are the only legit sources.
edit - Want to add. I basically ordered 5mg of tb 500 and bpc and 16 mg a ar 290 just to try them out and see how I responded. The first 5-6 days I took them all together and bpc 157 the following week. The reason I think the ARA and tb were legit is because I felt like I was on the most amazing antidepressant of my life, my tendons felt the best they ever had felt since I was a kid and my nerve pain vanished.
The problem came after when I took bpc 157 alone with no other stacks. An hour after I took it, I was getting huge hunger spikes, and wanted to eat a lot of pizza and stuff, which is unusual for me. I was dosing 250mg twice a day which is too much for that substance which probably explains the pain in my sides. Had major water retention building up in my stomach. Major developments in my muscles and had wicked strength increases in my push ups out of nowhere. Also, was getting a burning pain with the injection sometimes that only happened with the bpc. The other two produces I had no pain or problems with.
I just started BioPure Liquid Stable yesterday. I react poorly in some way to just about everything, but so far, so good—I really don't notice much difference at all.
There's a lot BPC-157 could potentially help me with—intestinal permeability and severe neck degeneration right at the top of the list. I'm a patient with ME/CFS, MCAS, hEDS, CCI/AI, SIBO, and some other acronyms.
Questions (choose one! choose all!):
Post edit: meant to say, thanks in advance for all your ideas! I'm a 130lb female, for dosing.
Would love to hear experiences/recommendations for any peptides that could possibly aid in my skin acne? Mostly on my facial cheeks/ every once in awhile one on the forehead prob from wearing some stupid hat or beanie/upper back area. Haven't been able to find much, figured it was worth a try asking. thanks
Hey guys, title says it all. The mix happened when I was adding my BAC water to my CJC vial. I had originally pulled a 2cc vacuum, and the second I pierced the top with the needle with the BAC water, it sucked in all the BAC water in maybe 1/10th of a second. I think I read somewhere that if peptides are shaken, they break down and don’t have the desired effect. Because of how fast the water was sucked in, is the CJC now destroyed? Should I just throw it out at this point? Would like to hear your take! Thanks.
So I recently started curology and my treatment is the tretinoin + clindamycin + azelaic acid formulation. But I also have this barrier rebuilding peptide moisturizer that I absolutely love! Can I layer them together? The reason I ask is because I know peptides + acids are a no go but peptides + retinol is a big yes. Help!
Alterations in gut endocrine cells and hormone levels have been measured in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The hypothesis of the present study was that hormone levels would change after 4 weeks of a starch- and sucrose-reduced diet (SSRD) intervention corresponding to decreased carbohydrate intake and symptoms. Among 105 IBS patients from primary and tertiary healthcare, 80 were randomized to SSRD, while 25 followed their ordinary diet. Food diaries, Rome IV, and IBS-symptom severity score (IBS-SSS) questionnaires were completed, and blood samples were collected at baseline and after the intervention. Serum C-peptide, gastric inhibitory peptide, glucagon, glucagon-like peptide-1, insulin, leptin, luteinizing hormone, polypeptide YY, and glucose were measured, along with the prevalence of autoantibodies against gonadotropin-releasing hormone; its precursor, progonadoliberin-2, and receptor; and tenascin C. Carbohydrate intake was lower in the intervention group than in controls at week 4 (median: 88 [66-128] g vs 182 [89-224] g; P < .001). The change in carbohydrate intake, adjusted for weight, was associated with a decrease in C-peptide (β: 14.43; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 4.12-24.75) and insulin (β: 0.18; 95% CI: 0.04-0.32) levels. Glucose levels remained unchanged. The IBS-SSS scores were lower in the intervention group but not in controls (P < .001), without any association with changes in hormone concentrations. There was no difference in autoantibody prevalence between patients and healthy controls. In conclusion, the hypothesis that reduced carbohydrate intake corresponded to altered hormonal levels in IBS was accepted; however, there was no relationship between hormonal concentrations and symptoms.

I'm planning on taking the below stack. This is my first time taking peptides so any advice or help would be appreciated. I'll be getting the peptides from Peptide Sciences.
What is the best way to store the vials once they've been reconstituted?
What are the calculations for reconstitution volumes? How much bacteriostatic water to use? Do peptides from PS need to be reconstituted?

So I'm always trying ways to improve my sleep. Things like supplements, white noise, pink noise, meditation have always been variables I've messed around with in order to improve sleep. I've always wanted some way to get quality sleep in less hours in order to be awake longer without hurting my health. I came across deep sleep Inducing Peptide but never used it and never used a peptide before.
What is it like? How does it affect sleep from you experience?
Appreciate all feedback!
Any fellow lab rats every get something from China and really want to get it tested before injecting? I am one of those people that needs to get stuff confirmed and tested. Any other lab rats out there have experience or know a place to do this?
Trying to find a way to get some legitimately that doesn’t cost so much. I’ve ordered some BPC-157 from Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy. I’m looking to try some peptides that help with weight loss. I’ve checked with a few clinics and the cost going through them is just too prohibitive. Anyone know of a clinic that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg when working with peptides?
Edit: I’m not looking for research chemical places. I’m looking for actual docs that don’t charge a ton to get a prescription through an actual legitimate pharmacy that supplies peptides.
Hello everyone, I was hoping I could get a bit of help for an addition to my AM routine, I´ve been reading about both Vitamin C and Copper Peptides and how they promote collagen and good premature aging ingredients and would like to add one of these since in the Pm I already use retinol.
For those that have used both, have you noticed more with effects with one or the other? Are Copper peptides any good or mostly marketing hype ? Also, I use peptides such as Matrixyl, could I still use them with Vitamin C, i see that there is no problem with using with Niacinamide except for possible flush ?
Once again thank you for taking the time to read this.
Hey guys I’m New to the Peptide world and would greatly appreciate some advice. My sleep has always been terrible. This past year I’ve began monitoring it with Several devices and it seems my body never gets adequate restorative deep sleep. My body takes longer than usual to recover from workouts as well. I meditate regularly, exercise like crazy and still suffer. I’m 29 y/o male 5’11 145 pounds. After doing some research I’ve came to the conclusion that I’d benefit from CJC-1295 NO DAC and IPAMORELIN BLEND.
What’s your take on it?
When and how much should I dose?
How many vials should I buy?
What type of syringe ?
Thanks to whomever takes the time to respond , I need some damn help !
As anybody ordered from peptide warehouse? I’ve heard good things about them. Does anyone here have experience ordering from there?
What are some peptides with nootropics effects? If you have used said peptides, care to share your experience?
When you go to their site they have a banner on top. I think 21 maybe the year we see sarms go schedule 3 sadly.
Of available companies on Alibaba dealing with these products, the best seems to be Qingdao Sigma. I have seen several people comment on the quality of the products and feel secure in purchasing from them, I hope that I have assessed that correctly.
I have looked into the legality of the following products in Germany: BPC-157 hCG LGD-4033
None of these products seem to be controlled or prohibited in Germany as long as they are not labeled as a product, which they will not, as they come in clear glass vials in white box's, or as a raw powder.
Does anyone know if I will have any issues bringing these items into the country in any quantities? I am only planning currently on bringing in 1 box of each, and 1g of LGD, I am not planning on selling these products.
If I can bring these items into the country, how should they be labeled to most efficiently make it through customs? Is there a heavy fee/taxation for bringing them in?
Thank you very much, love the subreddit btw, I used the search function and found nothing on this subject earlier, but I see many of you are from the EU/UK so hopefully someone can chime in and share their knowledge with us.
I have bad acne scarring and looked into collagen supplements. It is also rumoured to improve hair thickness which i'd love
