Theory on why GME is showing weird numbers on order book

🚨My theory on order book showing high numbers 🚨

Obligatory

This isn't a trading advice nor am I a financial advisor. You do your own trades and make your own decision about your investment. This is just for educational purposes only.

According to this article on order book I just skimmed over, http://www.personal.psu.edu/qxc2/research/jfuturesmarkets-2008.pdf

" order book is moderately informativeβ€”its contribution to price discovery is approximately 22%. The remaining 78% is from the best bid and offer prices on the book and the last transaction price. "

It's been said that the 80% of the current market is traded by Algos.

I believe Algos are really fucking up their trades because of these reasons.

  1. Crazy amount of short interest

  2. HF's are abusing counterfeiting shares that do not exist.

  3. WSB retards are putting $69,420 for sell orders which are fucking up the HFT traders.

It is estimated that retail holds about MINIMUM 30-40% of the float (estimation of 4 million people around the world holding just 3 shares each.) and institutions hold 122.04% according to yahoo. Short % of the float is about 60% of the float which means around 25million shares are borrowed and sold on the market.

If half of GME holders and half of institutions are πŸ’ŽπŸ™Œ s that means about 80% of the float is locked in πŸ’ŽπŸ™Œ . This makes short interest waaaaaay higher than what is actually reported. If short interest is 60% which is 25million and float is 20% of the actual float, that makes the short interest 277%. There's just not enough shares for short seller to cover because most of the shares are just fucking locked in.

So these HF's who have to cover due to either share recall or losing money, they make up counterfeit shares from their off-shore account to buy the counterfeited shares and covering them. That way they can trick the fail-to-deliver numbers and show the SEC that they "covered" using shares that don't even fucking exist. (read this webpage on counterfeiting shares that I just skimmed over to get an overview of how counterfeiting stocks is done. Theory: Are everyone's "real" names just a bunch of numbers?

On the world of Akudama drive, we don't really hear them say any real/traditional name, just calling each other by what they do and or what they are, like calling Courier Courier just because his job is, well, being a courier.

On episode 5, and later 6, there's this monument hall for executioners. Boss said on episode 6 that "The man is fully prepared to carve his name on this monument". However, on the said monument, there's no actual "name" carved on it, only a series of numbers. No kanji, just numbers. Does this mean every single person in this world is named by number (like in cells at work)? Is that the reason why they all preferred to be called and are called by their title/job/talent/nature?

I want to know what you guys think. This are just my observations and speculations for this anime, it may or may not be coherent.

A lot of people say Kerr plays Steph off-ball because obviously he's great at it but also to conserve his body. However, Steph didn't attempt a shot today until the score was 19-2 and that should never happen. Even Oubre, bless him, was 0-5 before Steph got a chance to shoot the ball.

I have a theory that the Armenian Mafia is behind the many number of scam MCs based out of SoCal

The Armenian Mafia is based in LA and it's suburbs,

https://www.laweekly.com/taking-down-armenian-power-californias-modern-mafia/

Pertinent quotes:

"Armenian Power, an international, organized-crime group, which functions more like the mob than like gangsters who flash their signs in the grittier stretches of Los Angeles and its suburbs."

"these gun-toting defendants drove flashy BMWs and Porsches and were connected to elaborate schemes in bank fraud, identity theft and other highly sophisticated white-collar crimes."

Almost every fraud MC I come across out of LA that asks me for pallet count on a dedicated truck posting or puts my dry van load on the rail and delivers a week late, etc, is owned by an Armenian.

Look at MC 816197, which is tied to MC 134515, which is tied to MC 460879. All are blacklisted in my system for double brokering and all are owned by people with Armenian last names.

I'm sure I could find plenty of other examples right now if I posted a 10k lb dedicated load from Los Angeles to NJ by just fielding options.

I submitted a tip to the FTC, do you guys think I'm on to something here?

My numbers theory

Basically this theory boils down to the fact that Jacob and MiB both very much cared about the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42.

  • The numbers serve to represent a doomsday equation (aka light going out) more or less and are very much tied into the islands essence. Like DNA.

  • very early on Jacob and MiB realized those numbers were critical. That's why Jacob used the lighthouse to see those numbered people.

  • Mib believed that those 6 numbers were the numbers that would eventually bring about doomsday which is what he wants.

  • Jacob believed they were the opposite. Representing the most important numbers to saving the world.

  • this is the reason that MIB didn't really start carrying out his master plan until those numbered candidates showed up. I don't think MiB just randomly decided to go for it when they arrived and hope it was the right timing.

  • This is also the reason Jacob probably went to more lengths to protect those survivors.

  • Jacob essentially realizes via the hatch situation that the man in Black is right. The light is going to be extinguished via the actions of those numbers/candidates.

  • Jacob realizes the way to win is by temporarily letting the man extinguish the light. Just didn't know how yet.

  • then Desmond comes along. The survivors nearly destroy the island by not pushing the button, making Jacob realize that the man in Black is right, eventually they are going to be responsible for the light going out. But then Desmond turns the key and survives.

  • MiB realizes Desmond can extinguish the light because of his abilities, his ace in the hole. but Jacob doesn't think it's as doomed as that, he thinks Desmond may really be his ace in the hole. Hence MIB surprise when Jack agrees to help him. He's gambling in a huge way hoping desmond's actions give Jack and co. the chance to kill MIB. MiB doesn't realize extinguishing the light makes him mortal.

  • Jacob turns out to be right. It was necessary to let the light go out and his gamble does work and MiB becomes mortal.

  • MiB was also right technically. He extinguished the light...it just didn't stay out.

(This theory also explains why the numbers seem to be cursed if you will. It explains why they show up everywhere including the hatch).

Episode number theory 2: Important moments for Ruby in Episode 12 and 14

In a previous post I came up with the idea that Yang’s key development episodes are connected by the number 19.

I figured out that Ruby’s key moments are also connected by two numbers: 2 and 14.

It starts with V1E8, in which Ruby becomes the leader of her team. Two episodes later she realizes that she has a great responsibility with this new position and Weiss is finally accepting her.

14 episodes later (V2E8) her first real mission starts. Two episodes later she gets captured and learns that the life as a huntress can be dangerous.

In V3E12 she awakens her silver eyes for the first time and decides to travel with a new team. In V4E2 she gets confronted by the life outside the big cities, by seeing villages destroyed by bandits and grimm.

In V5E4 she trains to improve her hand to hand combat skills, which was her big weakness for her and helped her later against Mercury. And it is hinted, that semblances (including hers), can grow and evolve. Two episodes later she reunites with most of her team members.

14 episodes later (V6E6) she activates her silver eyes again under the guidance of Maria to protect her friends from the Apathy. Two episodes later she learns a bit more about the silver eyes and gets advices on it from Maria.

In V7E9 she finally decides to trust Ironwood and that he should know the truth about Salem and the relic, while two episodes later she decides to no longer follow his orders. In the same episode she also talks the first time to Salem.

The next two episodes that follow this scheme are Chapter 12 and 14 of Volume 8. I expect something big to happen to Ruby, like evolution of her silver eyes or semblance, or losing one eye, or learning what happened to her mother.

Mental block for number theory proofs

I am taking elementary number theory this semester, but I just don't seem to be able to do the proofs.

Up to now, I haven't had a problem with proofs. You have some theorems and definitions, so you read the statement you are trying to prove, unpack everything and go from there.

When I try this for my number theory proofs though I end up with a few possible options for unpacking, none of which seem to work to further my proof and I'll end up spending days on a an assignment that should only take a few hours and still not answer all of the questions (I've been getting around 50% on my assignments up to this point). Which in turn is hurting my other classes.

As much as I don't want to, I'm thinking I I might just have to drop this class. But before I do, can anyone relate to this? How do you approach number theory proofs?

The number 34 - The theory of a new character.

I believe that the number 34 refers to a new character. At 34 seconds into the trailer you can see the text: Who am I? Followed by a count of 34. This leads me to believe that someone has counted to 34 while reading the bible, or maybe some other way of counting.

Now, if we count in the bible we can find that part of the meaning of the number 34 may be related to the naming of a son. The 34th time Abraham's name is recorded in Scripture is when he named his first and only son, through Sarah, Isaac (Genesis 21:3). source.

As we know, Isaac is important to the story of the game, the game is called the binding of isaac after all.

If we keep reading what other more religious people than me has written we find that:

Leah (Jacob's first wife) is one of the most referenced females in Scripture. Her name is recorded 34 times.

There is one more: The 34th person in Jesus' physical lineage is King Solomon of Israel.

Now for my theory

The next time the "who am I?" section of the wall is visible is when Isaacs mom comes in, which in my mind leads me to believe that we are looking for Isaacs mom as a character, which in this bible context would be Sarah.

I am thinking that Leah as a name fits better with the game, but Sarah fits better with the video, which is what we have to base this theory on for now.

Number theory question

TL;DR :Is there any easy way to compute (n - 2)^(n - 1) mod n?

Once in a while, on nights when I can't seem to fall asleep, I'll run through some sequence of weird computations in my head. It's kind of like slightly advanced sheep counting.

Last night was one of those nights, and my sequence went like...

1^2 mod 3 = 1

2^3 mod 4 = 0

3^4 mod 5 = 1

4^5 mod 6 = 4

etc etc...

I didn't get too terribly far before I fell asleep.

But when I woke up this morning, I kept thinking about it a bit.

After I was awake and alert and with it, I quickly realized that if the modulus (m) is a prime, then the result will definitely be 1... because the exponent is m - 1, and primitive roots of m will have order m - 1. (And all the others will have an order that divides evenly into that). So when you raise anything to the (m - 1)th power, you get 1. Cool.

I also realized that for moduli that are powers of 2, that (m - 2)^(m - 1) mod m will be 0. Because ... well... reasons that I don't know how to explain clearly or succinctly in a reddit post.

So, after waking up and giving it that bit of thought and coming to those two conclusions, about prime moduli and powers-of-2 moduli, I figured "there must be some sort of nifty pattern to this."

So I wrote a teensy bit of code to crank through (n - 2)^(n - 1) mod n, for n up to 100, thinking that "Surely I'll see some sort of pattern when the modulus is a square, or a semi-prime... maybe something multiplicative going on here..."

I ran the code, and looked at the numbers... and... I've got nothin'.

That's why I'm asking here... is there some easy way to do this? (Aside from the standard square-and-multiply modular exponentiation algorithm, which I was trying to do in my head as I was drifting off to sleep)?

Is there some clever theorem that I never learned, (or learned but didn't really understand, and thusly forgot)?

Or is this just sort of one of those essentially-random-number number theory problems where there's no good way to make heads-or-tails of it?

This has been driving me nuts for most of the morning. So any clever ideas, or quasi-proof-of-impossibility would be very welcome.

The goal of number theory

Hello altogether, first post here. At my first contact with number theory, I got the impression that it is mainly about solving Diophantine equations and describing the behavior of integer primes/ computing prime factorization.

This semester I had my first university class in Algebraic Number Theory; and apart from Pells Equation, Pythagorean triples, and proving the case n=4 of Fermat (which all happend pretty much in the beginning), we did not really bother much with solving Diophantine equations.

Later we focused mainly on prime factorization in Dedekind domains, computing the class number and valuation theory.(Which are all pretty cool, but I did not really see why this is of number theoretical interest).

So I guess my question is: Are these more general topics somewhat still related with the original question of solving Diophantine equation, or do they tell us something about the behavior of integer primes? Or do they give us some neat insight into the behavior of integers? Why are these topics still "number theory" and not "commutative algebra"?

Number theory relation proof

I am given the relation R = {(a,b) | 9 divides (4a + 5b)} where a and b are integers. I need to show whether or not this relation is antisymmetric. I can easily see that 9 will divide 4a + 5b for any a or b if a = b, and I'm 99% sure 9 will only divide it if a = b but that's what I don't know how to prove. I have tried writing that 9k = 4a + 5b for some integer k but I don't see how that helps me. I've also tried expressing a as b = a + n where n is just some integer, and writing the divisibility as

9 | 4a + 5(a + n)

so

9 | 9a + 5n

but I still don't really get how to show that this is only going to work if n = 0 thus a = b

Basically, how do I prove that 9 will divide 4a + 5b if and only if a = b

Theory: We live an infinite number of lives, but it's the same life as the one you're reading this from.

It's exactly the same. We go over the same life an infinite number of times. Everything that exists in this universe, I theorize, is how it was always going to be, the end result being the consciousness YOU have right now.

We wouldn't be able to break out of the loop of consciousness. We're always going to be living this life multiple times over. Nothing different. You don't get to change what happens in this life in theory, because, like has been mentioned by people in the past, we don't actually control our actions at all. Every decision we make is actually determined by the composition of our brain at the time. Even the choice not to overindulge in that cake, it's based on many external factors that were also influenced by other things, and also how much serotonin is in one part of your brain and how much dopamine was in another part, if that makes sense. I hope this makes sense, but it's clear what I am trying to say is that everything that we experience is not in our control and is how it was ALWAYS going to be. Our choices are just based on our brain activity, but nothing is purely controlled by us.

We are literally just observers, were chance happened to make us have consciousness. We are actually not able to control anything at all. We're just aware.

She has nfi that he's an X-Man and Professor Xavier is wondering where the fuck Peter disappeared off to.

Xavier notifies the sorcerer supreme in his universe, fuck it lets say Merlyn.

Merlyn reaches out to all the other sorcerer supremes to ask wtf.

I want to prove that : 25935 divides A assuming that a and 25935 are coprime integers.
I tried using Fermat's little theorem but it didn't work because 25935 is not a prime number.

Thank you in advance !

Phone number theory in Wanda vision

I have found a phone number in Wandavision 732 555 0125. This number was on the for sale sign at there house. I then went to see if there was any comic with that number and there was 3. 732 had something to do with mephisto. 555 had something to do with the fantastic 4. 125 was about thanos

I haven’t read these comics so I was wondering if someone could explain them to me if you have read them

1.

2.

So these HF's who have to cover due to either share recall or losing money, they make up counterfeit shares from their off-shore account to buy the counterfeited shares and covering them. That way they can trick the fail-to-deliver numbers and show the SEC that they "covered" using shares that don't even fucking exist. (read this webpage on counterfeiting shares that I just skimmed over to get an overview of how counterfeiting stocks is done. http://counterfeitingstock.com/CounterfeitingStock.html#:~:text=Naked%20Short%20%E2%80%94%20This%20is%20an,the%20company%2C%20is%20considered%20counterfeit.)

I believe they have gotten to a p
