AITA for making my husband spaghetti or meatloaf?
Let me start this by saying I'm a picky eater. I'll try anything once but typical foods that people love (spaghetti, rice, ice cream, ect) I don't like. Pasta has been on the list the longest. I used to like it when I was little and then one day I stopped. The only pasta I like is mac n' cheese and ravioli (chef boyardee), which I've been told don't even count as real pasta.
Now I cook dinner almost every night, I'm happy to do it. I love cooking and trying new recipes and even though I won't say it out loud I'm a better cook than my husband. He's not bad (his burgers are the literal best I've ever had) he just doesn't have as much experience as me. He does cook sometimes but usually after work he just wants to chill.
One thing my husband mentioned was how I never make meatloaf or spaghetti. I told him I don't like those foods but if he wants to make some he can and I'll just have a sandwich. I even offered him my moms recipe for spaghetti sauce. He never said anything so I just assu

How is it prepared? What do you put on and in it? What do you eat with it? I eat mine with bell peppers and a caramelized ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. I eat it with mashed potatoes and green beans.

For less greasy meatloaf don't cook it in a pan; use the pan to form it, but then turn it out and bake it on a rimmed cookie sheet.
Pack your favorite meat mixture into a 10-inch loaf pan to mold the shape of the meatloaf. Onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, turn the meatloaf out of the pan onto the center of the tray.
This is a trick from Alton Brown's "Good Eats" meatloaf recipe. It gives the fat a place to run and also more surface area for browned, ketchupy area. To improve it a bit more, I use a cooling rack to keep the meatloaf completely out of the draining fat.
