Age of Ultron has gotten a lot of flack over the years, some of it has been well deserved while others not so much. However what many people have overlooked is how crucial this movie was and has become since its release.

I would argue that Age of Ultron has set up more of the MCU’s story than any other film in the series. When the credits roll it has successfully set up the events for 4 films, introduce 2 crucial characters and alluded to another major character and villain.

The underlying conflict for Civil War is established between Tony and Steve as both have vastly different ideologies that are nailed on by the next time we meet them. Thor’s journey is not only outlined but the entire plot of Ragnarok is also shown with the destruction of Asgard and the return of Hella.

While finally we start to really see how the pieces will come together with Thanos & Black Panther coming into the picture with Ulysses and Vibranium he stole from Wakanda.

Lynchpin CYOA

This is a cyoa based on a childhood story I made up that went all the way until the end of my high-school years. I wanted to do multiple things with this one. Impart it elsewhere, and two start off trying my hands at a cyoa. I don't expect the current state of this to be any good. But, I'm also cognizant others will have a more clear idea of what the problem with this cyoa is then me. So, I decided to release it in this state. Most of the major flaws I can see, I can't tell which way to go so a couple of questions for you guys. Yeah. I Added a FAQ of all questions I came up myself.

1: Should perks be pure mechanical or should I include fluff? Any advice on this portion?

2: How detailed should each of these character's be? What should I focus on when I write them?

3: Perk Power: How do you balance perks with one another while trying to keep this as simple as possible?

4: What's the best way to add the fluff of the verse itself?

Basic intro, Switch is the son of Leda Strike and Jeff Whittaker, perhaps born premature by two months in Dec 1992, grew up in the custody of Jeff Whittaker’s Grandfather who is diplomat Sir Randolph Whittaker KCMB DSO.

The narration makes an assumption that the roses were sent to Robin from Mathew to placate her on the advice of his father, however there is no proof as such. Robin never read the card that came with the roses and Strike did not think it was right for him to read the card with a personal message to Robin.

Of course, Rokeby and Charlotte could have been the sender of this expensive gift, Charlotte being the more probable candidate to order delivery of Red Roses. Counter arguments being Charlotte would have raised it with Strike either in LW or COE, when she had contact with him and Rokeby may not have been interested in making amends with Strike sans prostate cancer diagnosis.

Second one in the later part of LW Chapter 61, when Strike spots Mitch Patterson stalking him in the Denmark Street. This would be circa Summer 2012

We are meant to assume that Mitch has been hired either by a journalist or as Strike suspects Jago Ross, to keep tabs on the ex-lover of his wife.

Again, there is no corroboration, only speculation.

On both cases we swiftly move on,

· In case of the Roses, Strike and Robin are interrupted by Eric Wardle with news of online identity of Kelsey

· In case of Mitch Patterson, the conversation between Strike and Robin is overtaken by Geraint Winn’s phone call to Robin resulting in her panic attack.

I propose that it was Switch newly in to money after his 18th birthday who was responsible for both the above scenarios, sending roses and trying to keep tabs on his elder brother.

When designing a plotline for a VtM chronicle, I feel like it's almost impossible to decouple the star SPC players from their clans. No man is an island, and it's usually through the backing (or at the very least reputation) of their clan that major figures are able to take the actions they do. A Ventrue with funding and lineage, a Brujah flipping the table, a Tremere plotting something beyond their station, or a Malkavian enacting a scheme through the Cobweb.

Which clans are too infrequently part of these grand plots? Which, to borrow a parlance, makes an underappreciated BBEG? Perhaps the Nosferatu and the Setites, who are often essential players but always the bridesmaid? Who else? Who would you not expect to be the mastermind behind a chronicle operation?

Hey everybody! So I've developed this slightly extensive theory about Denji, Pochita, and why they're SO valuable and wanted as dead (and not alive) by the world of 'Chainsaw Man'. I call, it as you see in the title: The Pochita-Lynchpin Theory.

I was inspired through Angel's conversation with Aki regarding the cycle of death and rebirth a bit earlier in the series, from Hell to the world of the living. A major mystery/plot point was also addressed, stating that the same sound that every devil hears before death... is the same sound as Denji's chainsaw. This lit up an idea in my brain that Pochita may be an even more significant devil than we thought.

I get the feeling that Pochita, before coming to the world of the living and being found by Denji, was/is supposed to be the devil that exercises other devils back into the world of the living. He is the sole one with the ability to freely and any time kill a demon in hell, or at least both kill them and send them back to Earth to be reborn and continue the cycle. So Pochita would be the 'Lynchpin' devil of hell, so to speak, being that demons can never again exit and come to Earth without him.

That being the case, I'm guessing that Pochita must have somehow either been killed/killed himself in an unforeseen accident or event while in hell, thus throwing off the balance and making it so demons that are killed, do not again come back. That is why Pochita is so feared, and multiple parties are either confused about his existence or SO intent on murdering him.

This also brings up other concerns, such as: why are actual devil hunters around the world being sent to kill Denji? If him being alive saves the world from devils coming back, isn't that in their agenda and best interest? Well, it should be, but there's a good chance that we have a worldwide conspiracy regarding the devils controlling the world of the devil hunters. Why, you ask? Well, what better way to control your enemy then have them think that they're fighting against you, while the whole time they're actually fighting FOR you? Plus, we have just seen with Makina that devil hunters being devils themselves is completely in the cards.

This lowers the risk of their kind being murdered in totality, as well as helping them control world politics and never really under the threat of being eradicated. That is... until they learned of Denji and Pochita.

I overeat. I procrastinate. I lay around. I am a porn addict. I can spend crazy amounts of time on my phone. I have bouts of alcoholism. I am just a complete fiend for stimulation at my core, and really, it’s been that way as long as I can remember. Weed just made it all way worse.

Whenever I remove weed from the equation, I gain momentum with abstaining from the rest of my vices. The other habits fall like a house of cards.

It is so illogical that I keep falling into this trap. I’m so tired of it. I don’t enjoy smoking weed anymore, but whenever I abstain for a little bit (a week, if I’m on a good streak), it always just feels like something’s missing. I let my guard down, take a toke, and fall right back to square one. It’s incredible the mental gymnastics it takes to convince myself it’ll be “just once,” and it inevitably never is. But for some reason, I am discontent to some extent in either stage.

What’s really sad is that weed is like really bad now. I’m pretty sure I’m allergic from the reaction my body has to it. I don’t know why anyone likes hanging out with me when I’m high, because I just shut off. I become this zombified fiend. Nine times out of ten, I’ll be miserable and immediately wish I was sober. Somehow, I convince myself it won’t be that way though.

Well, no time like the present to try again. I can’t concede to the idea that I can’t do it, because that isn’t true. I just need to try harder, and be honest with myself about how hard I am trying, and remind myself how terrible I always feel when I slip.

I've been thinking on what the dnc game plan is, I'm sure they have plans A,B,C...etc but in light of the recent Russiagate bullshit, the recent Warren fundraising numbers....etc I'm starting to see a pattern forming (which I'm sure most of you have noticed as well)

Bloomberg is obviously in the race to bring down Bernie, but not just by trying to steal the race with his money and serving to "unite" the moderate vote when the others "suspend" their campaigns because they don't have the money to match his staying power, but by propping up Warren.

He serves as the perfect surrogate to Trump for Warren, but also seeing how groups he's donated heavily to, have been supporting Warren (mostly in the shadows). It just doesn't make sense. You'd imagine with all those donations that they'd back him up, not Warren, and no it's not because they're "not beholden to their donors" or some other bullshit that everyone knows is factually not true.

Look also at how with how hard Warren has hit him, he's focused on Bernie instead, with some minor attacks on Pete, Amy and Biden. He's not going after Warren, who he claims is "scary" and who objectively destroyed him last debate, with the MSM of course talking about how effective she was.

Why is he not going after Warren? It's not just because Bernie is the front runner, it's because he only cares about hitting Bernie (see the CAP memo to campaigns telling them to attack Bernie)

Add to that the fact that his campaign has told Biden, Buttigieg and Klobuchar to drop out and support him, but not Warren. No, it isn't because he thinks she steals votes from Bernie, it's because she's the top 2nd choice of Bernie supporters, so he thinks with enoug
