Edit: So I hadnβt checked Reddit all day.... this was quite a surprise to open up my phone to!!
In February alone, Binance listed 10+ tokens which means Binance is now more open to listing tokens than ever before.
Just today, Binance is listing BADGER, so which tokens do you want Binance to list this month? I love the transparency Binance is showing here by stating the listing fee for the tokens, and for the most of the listings, they are listing for 0 BNB β which means for free! That's amazing.
Also, share the fact why would you want these tokens to be listed on Binance.
I have done this twice in the past and it absolutely wrecked their ability to use their phone. Whenever you choose to remove the ad is completely up to you and the levels of mercy youβre feeling.
So I've (29F) been at my current company working in front-end development for three years. Like most office drones, I've been remote for a year now and as an introvert, I truly love it and I never want to return to the office. Unfortunately, my company's leadership does not feel the same and wants us all back together in our frigid office sooner rather than later.
Over the past year, it's become abundantly clear that my job can be done 100% remote and leaves me plenty of time to manage my life when I get to work remotely. I have been more productive, a better critical thinker, and enjoy my general workday so much more. I actually enjoy my lunch breaks now and have been more active, most of the time taking walks with my dogs around our town to get some sunlight and stretch our legs. In general, my work/life balance has improved immensely and I'm hesitant to let it go back to the new normal.
My parents passed away when I was a teenager. Now that I'm closing in on 30, I realize that I have no real ties to my hometown in the Philadelphia suburbs, and my husband and I are strongly considering a cross-country move to be closer to a hub for our hobbies. A fully remote job would allow us to live wherever we choose to live our lives.
I've been applying for fully remote positions (or so I thought) and have had multiple phone screens move onto actual interviews and get excited about the company only to hear "Well we are currently remote, but we'll be moving back into our office space in XYZ city by the end of the year hopefully" and I'm about to lose it. NO, I don't want to move to the middle of nowhere to do the same thing I'm doing right now but in an office. STOP LISTING YOUR JOBS AS REMOTE WHEN THEY'RE NOT.
For example: the party enters a room with a painting of a tiefling on the wall, and in the center of the room is a cup of tea on a pedastal.
EDIT: some folks here have propose starting a new subreddit dedicated to this. To which I say, go ahead. I don't want the responsibility of managing my own subreddit.

I see it all too often on job sites. A lengthy job description including necessary qualifications, skills, job function, etc. but no salary listed! Not everyone has the time to go through a lengthy interview process only to find out they are going to be grossly underpaid if they take the job. Job listings without a salary should be removed from job sites.
Whatβs up with these townhome style condos being classified as townhomes? In my mind, a townhouse usually has a yard and doesnβt have tenants above or below. Stop listing your condos as townhomes on realtor.com!
Edit: Got the clarification, thanks to all who responded! I did not realize this was a legal thing.
Thank you for being interested in buying my 2011 Jeep Wrangler with 86k kilometers on it.The vehicle is in perfect condition, with no scratches on it, no accident, always garaged, everything about this vehicle functions perfectly. My final price is CAD $2,900 including shipping to your address (only in Canada)The vehicle is located in Canada but currently I am located in London,UK because I just got divorced my husband and then I decided to move me closer to my parents. The vehicle was awarded to me in our divorce and I decided to sell the vehicle. As I'm unable to travel in the near future and I don't have anyone to help me with the sale I decided to make this transaction through eBay. I believe this protects both buyer and seller and it's the right way to do this.So don't get me wrong and don't take it personally but I would prefer to secure the deal through eBay.Basically the money will be sent to them and they will keep the money until you will receive the vehicle and only after you will inspect and drive the vehicle they will forward the money to me. I will wait for your answer (if you are interested to buy) very soon and I will also explain to you all terms for this transaction.

Edit 1: I'm just curious. I replied asking for the eBay link. Shall update...
Edit 2: Thanks for the silver! It's my first.
Edit 3: Ding ding ding! Here's the response. Spoiler alert, no eBay link. https://iili.io/fjQfyJ.jpg. Whoever has vehicle is in Halifax, NS and free returns - spot on. Lol.
In case anyone still needs to hear this, Roblox is a direct listing, not an IPO, and that matters.
Keeping this short and sweet because Iβm high af but I keep seeing comments like βhOw mUCh cAn I eXPecT RoBlOx to go UP ToMmoRrowβ in the daily discussion thread, so I figure this is necessary.
the reason IPOs go uppp on the first day trading is because the banks that carry the companies through the deal are incentivized to make the IPO price as low as possible so they get the most money from the process.
For a direct listing that is not the case, since the companyβs aim is to release the price as close to fair value as possible so they maximize their profits from the offering without too many shares being left unsold, which will lower the price and looks bad.
Other companies that have Direct Listed:
PLTR: opened at $10 (my claim to fame is buying it at this price on opening), and closed at $9.50
Spotify: Opened at $165.90, closed at $149.01
Asana: Opened at $27, closed at $28.80
Thereβs others, but as I said, itβs Tuesday which means Iβm blazed so Iβm too lazy to look them up.
Note: this is NOT a bear case for roblox! Iβve been too busy buying and selling DASH puts. It could go up or down, just be careful before making any assumption that the price will pop hugely on day 1
Iβm thinking of going all in on Roblox tomorrow morning, so Iβm doing my DD as I type this up.
Roblox made $923.9 million of revenue last year 2020 - but reported a loss of $253.3 million....
Roblox is NOT currently profitable.
Paying the Roblox content creators 30% of revenue is $277.17 million (almost what they posted as loss, which is fishy), but leaves $696.73 million of revenue.
So letβs try to figure out Operating Expenses...
7 executives according to https://corp.roblox.com/people/ - whom are reportedly very well compensated. But I think the website is out of date, or skimmed on purpose - Iβm a tech infrastructure guy and I know of Dan Williams hired at Roblox in 2017 (moving from Dropbox, before that Facebook) to tackle their infrastructure issues - https://corp.roblox.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/TechCrunch-Ron-Miller-How-Roblox-Completely-Transformed-its-Tech-Stack.pdf More on him and the infrastructure later.
So this site says that they are up to 26 executives- https://craft.co/roblox/executives
Ok, letβs low ball at $3 million a year each exec (unknown bonuses) (https://fintechzoom.com/fintech_news_roblox/heres-how-much-robloxs-executives-and-cofounders-make/ ) minus $78 million = $618.73 million revenue.
They currently have 960 employees. https://www.barrons.com/articles/roblox-sets-date-to-go-public-through-a-direct-listing-51614036401
953 non exec employees. Some are in China, some make more than others. Majority have a Silicon Valley engineering salary, benefits + perks - letβs estimate and say those 953 employees average a cost of $300k a year. Thatβs another $285.9 million in employee wages, leaves us with $332.83 million left of the revenue for 2020.
$332.83 million estimated left in revenue plus the reported $253.3 million reported loss for 2020 is still $586.13 million left to cover.
Data Center + migration costs. Back to Dan Williams. His purpose was to reduce the infrastructure costs by moving everything they could off of AWS and Windows servers. AWS cloud provider costs + running everything on Windows servers with a cost of license per server - is fucking expensive. My best guess and hope for investing is that this cost is what got rolled up into the $253.3 million reported loss for 2020. This meant setting up 5+ year contracts with Data Center and POP co-location providers (point of presence, where the Comcast, Verizon, etc ISPs hand off their internet traffic). Roblox wouldnβt have the FB type cash to build their own

Get onboard and enjoy the ride! woohoo!
I won't go too deep into the details as they are irrelevant to my main question, but to make a long story short, I am under contract for a new home.
At one point, the seller disclosed they were motivated to sell and would be willing to come down on the price due to some issues that came up during inspection.
I move forward based on this information and hire an appraiser. The appraiser shows up at the property and is let in by the listing agent. On the way out, the appraiser casually mentions what the appraisal will be at.
The appraisal comes in $50k over asking price.
I receive a call from my realtor who already knows all of this information somehow (?) and tells me the seller will no longer negotiate.
I would have no problem with the seller doing their own appraisal and then halting negotiations then and there, but I paid for this appraisal and from my understanding, it isn't supposed to be shared without my consent.
Is this more just of an ethics thing that they'll get a slap on the wrist from or is there legal discourse here?
Thanks.
Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, which is preparing to trade publicly in the next few months, is being valued at $77 billion, based on trading of the companyβs privately held shares on a secondary market.
Those shares in the largest crypto exchange in the U.S. are changing hands on the Nasdaq Private Market at $303 a piece, according to two people with knowledge of the auction. That implies a total company value of about $77 billion β greater than Intercontinental Exchange Inc., the owner of the New York Stock Exchange.
βThe third weekly transaction closed on Friday and the clearing price was $303 a share,β said a source. βThe first week it was 200 bucks a share, the second week it was $301 a share, and the third week it was $303 a share. So you can kind of see price discovery happening.β

I believe it would be very helpful for the sub!
Per a Microsoft store listing, Rainbow Six Parasite (aka Quarantine) is running a technical text on Xbox.
Details from the store listing are as followed:
- 2-3 player online co-op
- single-player
- Available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S
- Supports cross-play between Xbox consoles (probably wouldn't mention PlayStation)
- Rated T (probably a placeholder rating)
- New art has "[Codename]" before Parasite, probably due to the leak before suggesting a name change.
I think it's pretty much assumed the game will be on both next-gen consoles, but that has yet to be revealed, at least per Ubisoft website for the game, which only lists PS4, X1, and PC: https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/quarantine/en-us/
