If you hit someone at 30mph with your vehicle, they have a 40% chance of not surviving the collision. If you hit them at 40mph, they have an 80% chance of not making it. The road right in front of my house is 30mph and people constantly fly up and down it going 40-50. It infuriates me that my next trip crossing the street to my mailbox could mean I end up in a casket tomorrow because many people place no value on human life other than them and their own.
I do a lot of delivery driving, sometimes around London, sometimes on the motorways (freeways)
If I’m late and I decide to start speeding I will maybe save 1 minute if that, 100% not worth the potential ramifications
*EDIT in response to a lot of comments, I am not talking about driving in a straight line for 12 hours like a lot of the mathematical comments suggest, I am referring to day to day driving, these mathematical equations that you all keep mentioning do not consider; traffic lights, bends, cameras, pedestrian, driving breaks etc
Some of the popular discords (THAT JMODS ARE ALSO A PART OF) are advertising services where they'll do almost anything for you for a price. They'll train your skills, get you pvm drops, anything at all, including inferno services. Many irons are using this and basically just buying everything on their account. Between all the plugins available, goldfarmers in plain sight at every boss with thousands of kc, and people being free to buy these services with no repercussions, the game is very quickly losing all its integrity.
Bonesaw lost his iron status for selling items from main to a shop and buying them from iron, but these people are using their mains gp to just pay someone else to get them everything. Don't have to do any quests on your own, any bad pvm grinds, skilling grinds, etc. You can just pay for it on your iron, and jagex is allowing it. Not just allowing it, but they're in the discords where the owners tag every user to let them know about this service, see the notification... keep reading on reddit ➡
So I proposed to my girlfriend beginning of this year. We originally planned to get married this September, but that has obviously been pushed back to next year.
My sister also got engaged last year and her and her fiancé were 100% set to have an April wedding before the pandemic shut everything down. However tragedy struck and her fiancé suddenly passed away this June (Covid death). It has been an extremely tough time for all of us in the family. My sister has been hospitalized on and off over the past month and we are all doing our best to support her.
Anyways, now I am fighting with my fiancée because I’m “putting my foot down” so to speak on her latest decision to change our wedding venue to where my sister originally planned hers. My sister had planned to have her wedding at a famous country estate/mansion near where we live that’s really hard to reserve normally. It was also where she went on one of her first dates with her fiancé so it had special meaning for them... keep reading on reddit ➡
Hello r/modernwarfare! Hacker here.
A few months ago I created a post explaining how to combat cheaters within Call of Duty: Modern warfare and Warzone. It did pretty well and explained how to detect hackers in detail.
To re-introduce myself, I was a prevalent user of mods on Battlefield 4 and GTA Online for around 5 years. I know exactly how hackers work on FPS games and how to counter them effectively. I don't play or mod on Call of Duty.
3 months later, Infinity ward still have a problem with hackers plaguing the game. I'd like to give the developers and you guys a few pointers on how to counter them.
#Curent methods of stopping hackers
Since I released my post, Infinity ward have introduced a variety of counter-measure features. These are:
Swiper no swiping

This all came to a head when Dave Chapelle was getting shit for his netflix "Sticks and Stones" special (great foresight on the title). People bitch too much. The show was a thought provoking and fresh change in the sea of boring "airplane food" type jokes/routines going around.
It’s actually been a lot of fun going back through them, it’s like a log of all the random things I’ve hyper focused on.

In today’s world any remark about race, religion etc when telling a joke will be met with uproar by those who don’t understand it, if you don’t like a comedian or the jokes they tell them don’t go to see them, this should be pretty self explanatory but some people just like to stir the pot for no good reason
Yes, I know it was supposed to come out during the Season of Dawn but the least we can get for it coming it out later than it was supposed to is the correct power cap, which is 1310, and not 1260. It's one of my favorite weapons in PvE and it'd be a shame to lose it in power-enabled content a season earlier than Dawn weapons.
I guess it makes sense to limit Special Trades. Otherwise there would be more farming and selling of highly desired pokes on eBay. But I run into friends mostly on Comm Days and Raid Nights. If we legit get together on specific event days, people should be able to conduct multiple Special Trades on one day . No more than 7 per week is perfectly acceptable and has the same limiting effect on pay for trade accounts, but I want to do multiple trades on the few days I see friends.
Title even includes several Pleases.
But seriously, Scarab Lords: I'm sure we would love the ability to carry a nearly unlimited amount of every consumable in a single stack. If the number 999999 fits across the bottom of the icon, let that be the limit. If I REALLY want to do that many Nightfalls/Forges/Blind Wells/Petra Bounties, let me keep the prisms and shards and rocks and raisins and Ballistics Logs and Modulus Reports in one stack each.
And think of it like this: it's a way to give us more vault space.... WITHOUT REALLY having to give us more vault space! Think of how much tidier things would be if everyone with 65000 gunsmith parts could have them in one stack instead of six. It'd free up inventory slots and prevent nonsensical consumable stacks from clogging postmasters. Help us, Bungie-Wan Kenobi. You're our only hope.
Also Prophecy is a work of art. Thank you. =)
For those wondering why Xbox Game Pass streaming won't be coming to iOS this September.
>Apple outlines this in an App Store rule that says “games offered in a game subscription must be owned or exclusively licensed by the developer.” For example, Microsoft’s iOS service can offer Halo because Microsoft produces that game, but not Ace Combat from Bandai Namco.
>The same rule that bars non-exclusive titles requires that “each game must be downloaded directly from the App Store.” This means an app can’t include a catalog of games and must be broken up into separate apps.
>Apple’s rules state that “thin clients for cloud-based apps are not appropriate for the App Store.”
It has been posted quite often, but more helps more, I think =)
For those people who work and/or have children or generally do not have that much time to log in daily, please set all limits on a weekly basis so that everyone can "enjoy" the fun of repeating all tasks and can exceed all limits. In my opinion, this daily "quick login" ruins the fun. On weekends I can do longer sessions, and it wouldn't feel like I have to log in every day just to repeat the same task over and over again and then log out again because I don't have more time. Just let me play the way I want to play after work and let me push myself to the limit to get caps, scrips and gold bars in another, longer session. Please, Bethesda, you know I'm not the only one!
Very disturbing morning. Also bot will not allow question marks.
I've been playing since Day 1, I did the reset marathon for Mediena and today I finally finished leveling her limit burst to max. Limit burst pots are a rare resource that is scarcely given to players and it will take a long time to fully max a limit burst unless you regularly buy the Limit Burst Pack every week. Since almost every UR (and Mont) has a limit burst, it might be hard to choose which Limit Burst is worth maxing out over others. So to help out the newer players I wanted to compare each limit burst in the game with a tier list, because everyone loves tier lists right? As with every tier list, everything here is my opinion and you are welcome to agree or disagree.
About the Tier List
The top of the tier list is what I believe are the best Limit Breaks in the game that are worth every pot you have. Everything... keep reading on reddit ➡
Apparently there is a cap on notifications you can receive IN-game. Like when someone opens a gift, friendship levels up, a gym defender needs a treat or you get a raid invite.
I hit this cap almost every single day because it is 'only' around 200 per 24h. The thing is, when people send you invites for raids you do not even want to join, it counts toward that notification cap. Raid invites should be able to come through, regardless of any invisible limit. Or at least tell us we are at our cap. Countless times have I wondered why other people got the invite but I don't, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one. The invite does not even show up in the nearby view, because that is part of the notification.
The whole remote raid thing is a great feature, but this invisible limit is really annoying to deal with and should be increased or removed in my opinion. An option to block certain kinds of notifications would help too, I really don't need to know what items people are getti... keep reading on reddit ➡
