Thanks for the silver kind stranger!
I think this is one of the most underrated songs on PFA, Hayleyโs vocal range, the groovy but subtle drums, the ethereal production in the background throughout as the strings pull through, the actual lyrics; itโs honestly so beautiful to me.
I also remember there being an article where Hayley mentioned that Kristen Stewart was planning on directing a music video for the song which is so wild to me but Iโd love a music video for this song because the visuals could be amazing.
I watched Disney's Treasure Planet (2002) this morning with my daughter. I've seen it but its been over 10 years since the last time.
Anyway, the only thing I remembered about the movie was one scene where Jim Hawkins stands on the very front of the boat and the Goo Goo Dolls song "Iris" is playing as the boat sails off into space.
We took a break from watching the movie to eat breakfast and my wife started singing the song at the table, showing that the movie also reminded her of that song.
Anyway, I kept watching the movie waiting for that scene to happen and to hear that song, but it never came. The goo goo dolls did have one song in the movie but Iris was not one of them.
I looked up "Treasure Planet iris scene" on YouTube after but got nothing but a fan made compilation with the song playing. In the comments below I found a ton of people that also remembered the same scene that I did, with the song Iris playing in the movie, yet, we all re-watched it and it isn't there.
This is the most blatant experience I've had with the Mandela effect.
Iโm curious to hear if anyone on here has switched off of Blue Iris. Now that I have a synology I was thinking of consolidating down. I have 6 cameras that I Record from and they are on a separate network from my synology currently. Today I mainly use synology for file storage and plex. My kids constantly have 1-2 movies playing at a time and want to make sure I donโt cause myself more issues.
Inside the synology I have 7200RPM Nas drives today.
