Season 1: This show isn’t really all that good... I wonder why everyone is obsessed with it.
Season 2: Okay, this is a bit better but I still don’t get the hype.
Season 3: Not bad, but still not obsession worthy.
Season 4: That was pretty good. I’ll probably never be obsessed with Star Trek, but I can understand why some people would be.
Season 5: I’M OBSESSED WITH STAR TREK!
Season 6: STAR TREK IS THE BEST!
Season 7: Why does it have to end!? My life is empty!
Now to watch the TNG movies.
Thoughts? I see the album getting the Die Lit approach with the majority hating the new sound and brash lyrics, but over time more fans starting to love the album for what it is.
I got a lot of favorites but to name a few:
New Tank, Meh, Control, Place, Stop Breathing, New N3on, Vamp Anthem, and Go2DaMoon
Solid 7.5/10 for the first day will probably grow to a 8 over time but I'm happy with what I got. Can't wait to mosh to this shit next year
We talk about jewellery, bag, shoe choices as 'finishing touches' in this sub alot, but I see fragrance discussed much less. If someone smells really good, I always notice and remember them for it, just like I do with a great outfit or general sense of style- I feel that perfume had really add to the way an outfit is perceived. I really enjoy wearing perfume and always notice it on others, and find certain people more memorable because of the way they smell. If someone is 'scentless' it doesn't affect my impression of them, but a really good (or really bad!) smell can have an impact on how I perceive them.
I have a small collection of perfume (I'm super picky about what I choose to wear) and I feel like each fragrance has it's own personality, so to speak! I'll choose one to match my mood, or the kind of vibe I'm trying to project with my clothing and hair/makeup choices.
One woman I work with has a hyper-feminine clothing style, but her signature perfume is kinda woody/smoky in nature and very unisex, leaning towards masculine, which I feel brings her otherwise extremely feminine appearance down a notch (in a good way). The contrast makes her read as more approachable. Another friend of mine is a very 'Levi's and plain t-shirt' kind of guy, but he wears great cologne which significantly ups his sex appeal. A girl I went to school had a leaning towards androgynous style, but she wore very feminine perfume which made her still come across as feminine.
How does scent affect how you perceive others? Do you choose perfume with that in mind? What are your favourite perfumes and why?

It was overall positive but nothing out of the world. Honestly this felt like a demo webinar that also could've just been posted on their youtube channel for everyone to see.
The positive: it was great. I don't think I've learned anything new other than confirmations on how powerful their said features are and incredibly smooth their UX is.
The negative: their presentation obviously wasn't catered to stock market investors (felt more like a sales pitch). They didn't boast any new numbers or clients, which probably explains the after-hours price action. Also, their roadmap wasn't really demo'd. They just explained with words on what they plan on doing (again, if true, very cool but would've been compelling if they had clips supporting the roadmap as well).
My takeaway: just confirmation bias for long term holders that Palantir has great, premium products. Great insight on their tech but it was a hyped event that doesn't help the stock short term like tomorrow.
What are your thoughts?
Edit: rephrased "investors". meant to refer to individual stock investors, who often focus on info that could boost the stock's price action. Also obligatory: PLTR to the moon 🚀
For me, I have two (well, 1.5, I'll explain later)
Tomb Raider (2013)
When I first played this on PS4, I just couldn't get over the initial QTE's and jank ass shooting. After failing a few in the beginning and then dying to wolves in the first real level, I just put the game down and walked away. I recently tried again on PC and not only did I have a significantly better time, I loved it so much I 100% the game and its sequel back to back. I'm currently over 55 hours in the franchise.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Similar story. It was marketed as a action game instead of a FPS(tealth) so I went in with COD controls still in muscle memory. Couldn't make it past the first level between the quick dying and weird controls I couldn't remap. Tried this game again, resetting my brain to Dishonored mode, and had wonderful time. Up to a point. The Director's Cut integrates a DLC level that strips you of your powers (temporarily) and it's so late in the game that it just grinds the pacing to a halt. Like you just got comfortable with your body. Up until this point it was a 9/10 game for me, now it's a heavily caveated 6/7.

I’ve played nearly 10 different roll & write / flip & fill games at this point, and Rajas of the Ganges: The Dice Charmers unfortunately ranks at the bottom of them.
I find that roll & writes are at their strongest when:
Rajas Dice Charmers struggles in all of these categories by containing:
By frequently giving players 2-3 different ways to accomplish the same task, Rajas dilutes the importance of dice drafting. I never had a reason to care for what my opponents took or what I denied them. The opportunity for dice manipulation via Karma spending is also pitifully pointless.
Of all the games I’ve played within this genre, Rajas compares closest to That’s Pretty Clever. Both are games that play best at 2 players by minimizing the downtime and game length of their turn-taking formulas. Both involve drafting dice, pursuing various paths with different types of dice, and setting yourself up for combos.... keep reading on reddit ➡
Some initial impressions on Kaldheim limited, Mythic Rank #1 last season for a couple weeks:
Top Commons in each color:
Sarulf's Packmate, Demonbolt, Mistwalker, Stalwart Valkyrie, Elderfang Disciple
The mythic uncommon is Clarion Spirit.
Equipment is really, really good. Runed Crown is another mythic uncommon in my opinion if you have at least two Runes. The equipment cycle that makes creatures are all top picks in their colors. There are so many dorky creatures laying around and little fliers that turning them into real threats is very strong. The aggressive decks are great and can grind and grind and grind and grind. I still love Behold the Multiverse as a card but you can't count on casting a couple of those and hope that's enough to grind your opponent out.
I think white is the best color to use the equipment angle, and the double-spell theme is very powerful. Mana management is always very important but in this format even more so. The sequencing is sometimes counter-intuitive so you have to really think about what you spend your mana on turns 2-5. It makes all the difference in winning and losing and the right play is not obvious most of the time. I think black is the worst color as it's removal just doesn't really line up well with all the little creatures. It's still playable and it's best paired with Red. Snow can be very good if it's open but I think it's probably being over-drafted at the moment and I don't think you should move in unless you are seeing late payoffs. For instance I personally would not take a snow-payoff pack 1, pick 1 unless there was nothing else in the pack. The boast creatures that create value are strong and wear equipment and auras well. There are a lot of powerful rares and uncommons that will change games, and a lot of them are enchantments or artifacts from the reverse side of a God card or Sagas. I think that Masked Vandal is a really important card that is being underdrafted. Everyone has a targets and the 1/3 changeling body is very relevant with all the equipment and tribal synergies. The format is evolving rapidly but this is the niche I've settled into and I'm having a lot of success! Take equipment highly and prioritize value creatures and grind them out!
Twitter temporarily suspends account of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene
Twitter announced Sunday it had suspended the account of freshman Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for 12 hours.
The Georgia Republican’s last post to the site was a video in which she continued to allege debunked and unfounded conspiracy theories about widespread voter fraud in Georgia. Twitter flagged the post with a warning and blocked users from liking or commenting on the post.
In another post earlier in the day, Greene attacked Gabriel Sterling, Georgia's voter system implementation manager, spreading a false claim about alleged corruption from Dominion voting machines.
"Morons like you are responsible for losing GA’s 2 Republican Senate seats," Greene said. The post was again flagged by Twitter for spreading misinformation.
I'm eager to answer your questions, I know a lot of you are on the fence about updating and wondering if it's stable enough for you. So let me know!
So, the game just started yesterday. There is not really a post to praise or criticize game soo, I am asking you guys how do you feel about the game so far?
Still better tactical experience than FEH but it is unfortunately nothing like Langrisser. Stamina refill is very slow. Sub for very fast combat doesnt bother much.
Overall not that bad side game
Congrats to those who were selected for the beta test!
You know the drill by now. After you play a few matches, post your general impressions here.
