Sorry but this is an alt. I had to make one cause my boyfriend and his friends are borderline harassing on all my social media. I don't want him to know about this.
Anyway I like tea. I have about three to four cups of hot tea today. Tea brings me so much happiness and peace. I won't go into details but just know it brings me back to a lot of happy memories from my childhood. My boyfriend whom I will call Josh didn't mind my tea drinking. Our first date was even at a tea house. He doesn't drink as much as me but will have a cup in the morning or if I offer to make him a cup. Recently Josh went to the hospital complaining of pain and they found out he had a pretty sizable kidney stone. Thankfully they said he would pass it on his own, gave him some meds and a list of things to eat/drink. You know the do's and don't's of what causes kidney stones.
Well I woke to make my morning cup of tea and the kettle was gone. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it so I asked Josh. He said he threw it out cause tea on his list of things that could cause kidney stones. He didn't want the temptation around anymore and even went so far as to blame for me the stone. I love my boyfriend, however we have totally different diets. I do my best to drink plenty of water, avoid fast food and always cook for myself. If I order out, I try to find a healthy choice on the menu. I'm working on losing some weight so I do my best to stay on track. Josh pretty much pisses red bull, mountain dew, and dr pepper. He loves junk foods and will opt for greasy fast food burger over the grilled chicken I made for dinner. Its rare I see him drinking water. In fact he has his own little mini fridge fully stocked with soda and red bull.
I told him that it wasn't my problem that he had kidney stones and that me having a cup of tea wasn't going to ruin anything. He snapped and said that as his boyfriend I should go through this with him cause we're a couple. I need to give up my tea so he'll get better. He even freaking said he asked him mom if she wanted the tea I had in the apartment so he wouldn't have to see it.
Again I said that a cup of tea didn't cause his stupid kidney stone! That him drinking up to 6 Dr.Peppers a day did and I will not stop having a cup of tea cause of him! I am not responsible for his health! After that I took my tea, my stuff and went back to my apartment. (We don't live together. Just stay over sometimes). Since then Josh, his friends, and even his mom have been blowin... keep reading on reddit ➡
I was watching 90 day fiancé the other day, and it got me thinking about how everyone usually feels sorry for the dudes getting scammed for money or a visa. But the thing is, most of these guys are using the women just as much as the women are using them. They either want their youth, beauty, big fake tits, or they have a weird fetish for the ethnicity of the woman. Same goes for women who do the same (like Danielle and Mohammed) though they aren’t shown as often. She could’ve easily found some wonky eyed dude who would love her in the states but she went for MoeMoe and was surprised when she got scammed. Point is, gold diggers and the people who date them deserve each other 99% of the time becuase they’re both shitty people taking advantage of one another.
Edit; thanks everyone! If another person says It’s none of my business please keep in mind these people are on a reality show and choose to broadcast their relationship to the world, so it’s public business now.
Edit: after reading some comments I’ve changed my mind, I now believe if the “hot” person in this situation is in poverty, they are very much not shitty people and doing what they need to do to survive, and the “rich” one in this situation would be even dumber for not recognizing this
TL;DR: Bought condoms from a different brand, they were too small, ruined my night and now I'm angry.
I just moved to a new place, wanted to grab some condoms but my local store did not have the brand I used to buy. Since I always bought the basic "classic" condoms I just grabbed the "classic" ones from another popular brand. A few weeks later I was ended up with a nice woman in my bed and tried to put a condom but it just did not work. After 30 seconds of pulling and sweating it was finally on, but a few minutes later my dick went flaccid. I was so confused and after minutes of trying to get hard again I told my partner that we have to dispense with the penetrative part of our naughty activities.
The next day I gave it another try, this time alone, without any pressure (Should have done this before). The condoms were definitely smaller (probably too small) than the ones I used to buy. After some googling if found out that the condoms I used to buy have a 56mm diameter and the new ones only 52mm, both labeled as "Classic".
The next time I was in the near local supermarket, I spent quite some time in front of the condom shelf and inspected most packages looking for one with a "real size" of 56 mm. It took a while and i already got some weird looks from the staff working there. Most of the brands do not even have the size printed on the packages, I had to google like 70% of them.
The fact that most brands use non-benchmark terms for measurements where precision is actually important confuses me. I do not say the cant use them anymore, but at least they could print the actual size on the package. Also I wont forget again trying unknown condoms first alone in a solo mission.
Edit: Turns out I just picked a brand which makes condoms for a tighter fit. Changed to another brand and the "normal" size fits.
Edit2: Never thought I'd learn so much about condoms in one day.
Edit3: I know how and where to buy condoms, it was just a rant about condom brands not labeling the size of their products well visible on the packaging.
Edit4: Turns out buying condoms is a lot like buying women clothes. The difference is you can bring the clothes back if they do not fit, the condoms on the other hand...
I feel like I need to say this because a lot of negativity just follows this game but I love Cyberpunk 2077. It's not perfect, I think the Witcher 3 was better, but what we've got is a very beautiful and fun game with excellent characters and world building. The combat is pretty basic and the bugs are truly insane but for all that I've still sunk 100 hours into it and have no sign of stopping. CDPR clearly had a difficult development cycle with this game and the hype around it was way overblown to the point of absurdity but what they managed to deliver is still fantastic. I know some stuff got cut and the console versions are not especially great (okay they're downright broken on last gen) but from my place of privilege as a PC gamer with a pretty high end system, I'm happy with what I got. I just want to put that out there because the people that made this game did a damn good job and I want them to know it. 2020 has been a pretty awful year for just about everybody and I'd like to try and put a little positivity into the world in the final days of this horrible year. That's all.
"Please fix Trials matchmaking, my team gets annihilated in every match by people with dozens of flawless clears" vs "Bungie, don't even release trials at all if you're going to make it this bad once again."
"Right now, sunsetting has created more problems for the game than it solved. (Proceeds to give reasons why)" vs "Beyond Light sucks. Give me my $40 back. Luke Smith hates the player base and hates all forms of fun."
"Stasis in PvP has a few big issues, like (Proceeds to list issues)" vs "I am not playing PvP again until you balance stasis, and I am telling all my friends who still play this awful game not to play Beyond Light."
From these examples, the difference should be readily apparent. But for some reason it's not. I believe that the saltstorm that often overtakes this sub inhibits productive discussion and pushes Bungie away from wanting to listen to us.
It seems to me that people mainly get salty about five big things here.
- Sunsetting (especially armor, and paid expansion gear)
- PvP matchmaking
- Stasis balancing
- The prospect of removing supers
- Core playlists feeling neglected
And these are perfectly legitimate things to want to have changed. But whining about them with no legitimate reasons cited isn't productive, and saying things like "don't play this game," "fire Luke Smith" and "Bungie is terrible" is counterproductive and just plain awful.
This is a personal opinion of course, but I think Beyond Light (even with the problems from Stasis) is wonderful. It's the changes (or lack thereof) that came with its launch that many people dislike.
Edit: People who say stuff along the lines of "if you want so much to be changed just play a different game lmao" accomplish less than nothing too.
I know this post is gonna be controversial, but I want to get this out there.
Happy holidays to all!
Clearly, this phased vaccination schedule just straight up isn't working. There aren't enough people in the priority groups who want the vaccine, so we're just going to let them go to waste? That's incredibly infuriating. NY should just move to a free availability model. If you want a vaccine, sign up for one and get put on a wait list. There is no reason to create an artificial barrier and let vaccines expire when there are plenty of other people who want it but can't have it.
edit: waitlist should be prioritized by age
this was a big pain near the end of the game when I was clearing out the remaining quests. please and thank you.
I can cook, and I have cooked for years but my wife used to be the main force in the kitchen. But the first time I put hot sauce on scrambled eggs in the morning, it just woke me up to the joys of cooking. I realized how much I liked making breakfast. The newfound appreciation of hot sauce got me into cooking YouTube (I was curious about making my own) which in turn educated me on cooking more as I discovered cooking channels I liked. 6 years ago I was the kinda guy who was looking on Amazon for a breakfast sandwich maker and now I have homemade brioche buns.
All because one day I decided to try hot sauce on my boring ass scrambled eggs. Now I got the breakfast meal down, I fear no hangover for I have bacon and eggs in the fridge.
