He basically says that it would be the smart thing to do in the future for cost saving reasons and also more efficiency between the teams. Also he thinks that other teams would start doing the same. Pretty interesting take imo. He stated that he is really looking forward to getting the clarification, doesn't see it as a protest.
Edit: just watched again to get this right, he said they would use the same method as RP to get to the chassis to save cost. Just to be more precise.
