Anyone else notice this? I noticed it when I got off work around 430. Did a cursory look at news sites and didn't see anything about it.
Some times I see this orange cloud over a system, any idea what that means? Higher mining nodes? Radiation that damages your ship? Or is it merely eye candy that serves no real purpose.
Every time I take a picture of with my Nikkor 55-300mm there is a haze around it, is the lens defected or it's because of my settings?

Driving through Newport down to Laguna this afternoon and there was a heavy brown haze over the entire coastline. It didnβt smell like smoke from a fire and I couldnβt find any information about it anywhere online.
Does anyone know what was going on? Iβm not a native to the area, but in the years Iβve lived here I havenβt seen anything natural that obscured the coastline so heavily that late in the day.
Any clue where or what it's from? I looked at the wildfire map and couldn't figure it out. To be expected after the heat, of course.
I was looking out towards downtown from the northeast this beautiful morning. I noticed a green haze of smoke seeming to hang over downtown (or at the very least in the south-westerly direction from where I was viewing from). The trail of haze seemed to string to the north.
Anyone else catch this?
The clergyman crumpled to his knees, aghast as the boy cackled βPray for demons my child, for I have not come from belowβ.
