TWoK is Blue, WoR is Red and OB is Yellow-Orange.
I was wondering why they would bind a book in a mustard color. Well, there you go.
Unfortunately I’m having to post these again after getting ghosted again on a cross post. Lesson learned! These books will only be listed here.
Shipping is included, and will be media mail. Just know it might take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive, given the current climate. If you want to upgrade to UPS or FedEx, no problem! We can work something out.
I will also include insurance!
Fees are free!
All books are estimated to be like new and read once. Look at pics for exact condition.

Hello! Here's some odds and ends that I'm selling, mostly rare volumes from respective series. Shipping would probably be around $3 since it's only single volumes. Let me know any questions!
|The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (HC)||1||1 sold, one left||$45||Images|
This may seem like a silly question, but when do we typically find out the blurb on the hardcovers? (The in-world one.)
Example: Way of Kings -
"There are four whom we watch. The first is the surgeon, forced to put aside healing to become a soldier in the most brutal war of our time. The second is the assassin, a murderer who weeps as he kills. The third is the liar, a young woman who wears a scholar's mantle over the heart of a thief. The last is the highprince, a warlord whose eyes have opened to the past as his thirst for battle wanes.
The world can change. Surgebinding and Shardwielding can return; the magics of ancient days can become ours again. These four people are key.
One of them may redeem us.
And one of them will destroy us"
Wondering if we have to wait for the book or if these are previewed beforehand in the past. (Really want to know RoW's)
Looking to sell off a number of books from my collection. Picture All are either 'brand new' or "like new." Prices do not include shipping. Shipping is flat rate, regardless of the number of books you buy. If you combine HC and TPB, shipping is the higher amount. HC flat $5 media mail shipping regardless of number of books. TPB is flat $3 media mail shipping, regardless of number of books. Prices are mostly firm, but I am open to reasonable offers. Thanks, and happy shopping!
Does anyone know of anywhere that is selling these? I have looked EVERYWHERE and can’t find them. There aren’t even any auctions on eBay, looks like I just missed one a few days ago but prior to that there hadn’t been any listed since June.

Hey, all. I am new to reddit (what took me so long?) and a book collector. My collection has eventually found its focus: Science Fiction Paperback Originals. I am just fascinated by the fact that many of my favorite Sci-Fi books saw their initial release as mass-market paperbacks, and yet the later hardcover releases with dust jackets command such a significantly higher price in the collectors' market. I really love the challenge of trying to find these paperback gems in as pristine condition as possible. I find it odd that most book collectors seem to shun these paperbacks since they were mass produced and poorly bound with cheap materials. Doesn't that make fine unread examples all the more rare?
Anyway, my collection now includes Fahrenheit 451, Childhood's End, The Sirens of Titan, The Left Hand of Darkness, Star Wars (preceded the film's release by 6 months!) The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy (and the next two in the series) and Neuromancer. In addition, I tracked down the e... keep reading on reddit ➡
Glad I waited
Hi r/TheGriffonsSaddlebag, when I looked today and The book was finally online for sale! Not for purchase yet but aiming to be at November. When I saw this I saw the price went up to $50 which is fine seeing the kickstarters deserved the discount for backing up this amazing project! Also I saw that the hardcover book wouldn’t include the Kickstarter bonuses what I get, they are only for the backers but what I didn’t understand is with the Kickstarter if u would buy the hardcover you would get the pdf for free with it which isn’t here. It’s a shame because I would like to read through the book too when iam like on vacation without the book. I also saw that ledger+ wasn’t anywhere on the website, I mean I’d understand it if it was just Kickstarter bonus but this is a whole website what I would wanna watch and would happily pay extra for! PLZ enlighten me mr. Griffin
So I saw the BAA Deluxe books a couple years ago and started to read them as they released and then bought all the Mars chronicles books that were currently available last year only to find out 2 volumes in its not only a prequel but a sequel and so I put them down and haven't touched them since.
After realising that I did a bit of digging and saw that the Omnibus editions of last order contained extra short stories not in the normal volumes but I don't want to get them in their current paperback form because of the size and overall feel of the books (I saw a couple in person at a convention, the quality isn't great). I did a bit more investigating to see if there was anything else coming and saw that kodansha were thinking about a re-release of last order due to the popularity of the original series deluxe books but all that was from over a year ago and it appears the trail has gone cold. Does anyone know if these are still coming?
Title: just curious for non-e-readers. Do you wait for massmarket paperback? Or buy it and then re-sell it? Or what?:o just curious.
What do you think are the chances of getting "Something is Killing the Children" hardcovers, like it happened for "The Woods"?
I have a lot of LotFP and some OSE and couple others. What are some great system-neutral hardcover books? I try to only buy hardcovers because I like them and leave everything else to pdf.
If you're in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area you should check out this offer on Letgo. $25 for 40 hardcovers. Not $25 per book, but $25 for every book. That's 63 cents per book.
Looking for following books in like new condition.
Sorry if this is against the rules, read through them and didn't see anything specifically about this.
Anyway, just started reading the Horus Heresy series (the hardcover Masterworks copy of Horus Rising caught my eye) and I wanted to know if the hardcover versions even exist or if they're STC levels of rare, because I can't find them.
Prices do not include shipping, media Mail shipping rate will be calculated at the end.

The book had myths from all over the world and really nice illustrations - maybe watercolor or colored pencil or something.
I want it to have pictures of the most famous spots in Dallas/History... Its for a gift.
I have recently switched over to using a 4in x 6in notebook for my daily to-do lists. The standard black executive leatherette style notebook you can find at an Office Depot. It works great, and they're cheap... I destroy mine throwing them in pockets and backpacks. I've been using a ruled notebook, and would like to switch to dotted as I sometimes use mine for storyboarding/drawing ideas. I could really use some help from the masses finding what I'm looking for.
Need hardcover, softcover just falls apart with my use. I don't want to have to think about protecting it. I could make a cover for softcover books, however they add bulk due to the stitching which I'm not a fan of, since 4x6 fits so easily in my coat pockets. It's an option I'm considering, but likely would prefer not to do. I'd rather have a bin of hardcover notebooks to save to look back on when needed.
Optional nice features: attached bookmark ribbon, and elastic pen label. Neither are necessary, I can add the ribbon and... keep reading on reddit ➡
Just wanted to come in and celebrate! I'm getting a piece published (titled "Thicker than Water") in Flame Tree Press' Strange Lands anthology, to appear this October. I've been seriously on cloud nine all day, but beside my wife and a few friends, I don't really have anyone to share this with (well, I do have a Twitter and a site, but no one reads those, lol). Hope you guys don't mind :)
This is not my blog, so I'm not self-promoting my own site, in case anyone things I'm trying to be spammy. I'm just over the moon about this. I'm not going to bother posting this in /r/writing because I'm sure either salty mods will delete it or salty users will shit on me, which is why we're here instead, right?
A while back I sold off my original six Scott Pilgrim novels and decided to gradually pick up the color hardcover editions. I slacked on this, obviously, and now it seems like volume 3 has disappeared from the internet and all online storefronts.
I somehow doubt they'll be reprinted, but I've shot off an e-mail to One Press to ask anyway.
I have volumes 1 and 2, but now I'm stuck in this shitty situation where I can buy the Evil Ex edition of the book from Oni at $40 and have a single mismatched volume that will bother me, sell off my existing two volumes and replace them all with Evil Ex editions (a pricey endeavor) or just settle for the recent paperback color printings.
I found a local used bookstore that has a good supply of King hardcover books for cheap. Thoughts on which ones to purchase?
Four Past Midnight, Delores Claiborne, Bag of Bones, The Dark Half, The Institute , Duma Key, From a Buick 8, The Girl who Loved Tom Gordon, Misery, Cell, Lisey’s Story.
I’m kind of nostalgic of those real book strategy guide I had for 8bit consoles. Do you know if there is something similar existing for GraveyardKeeper ?
I’m aware of the wiki (which is GREAT !) but as I said I love the old fashioned way :-)
Thanks in advance and have a great day
Hello! I have a few art books which have a cloth hardcover. Some originally had a dustjacket, others never did.
These seem to be up dirt relatively easy (probably why most have a dustjacket!), But I can't find an easy way to clean them.
I tested one, using a tide pen, alcohol wipes, water and a butterknife (which is one of the recommended ways I found?) And none seemed to do much. The tide pen worked by far the best, but left a slightly lighter colored spot (almost like it bleached it a bit)
Some of these have gathered dust from just laying on a dusty bookshelf, others might be finger oils, some just came dirty from Amazon.
Any recommended and safe ways to clean them?
Hi, I started book binding a few months ago and have dedicated myself to doing it. One of my goals was to upgrade paperbacks to hardcovers and during my journey I found the guides/tutorials pretty basic. I ran into problems. A lot of them. This tutorial is a journey of an idiot and his learning. I wanted to not only slap a hard cover on the book but make it better overall. Since this is the first time I've done anything like this I'd appreciate constructive criticism so I can revise this and keep the learning going.
I want to shout out DAS Bookbinding for the videos and personal responses for questions I've had. Huge help!

I am interested in reading some image comics (Paper Girls, Invincible and Saga) and I have seen that they release their material in big standard size tpbs (compendiums) or smaller OHC deluxe books. I plan to purchase the deluxe hc books, but I was wondering if they plan to release a big hc omnibus like marvel does because that's my favourite format to collect. Do you think that it is possible that they release that kind of format any time soon?
Why is the hardcover for volume 3 so sold out everywhere?
Hello, I have a friend who is selling me this kaws book signed, he said only 1000 were made and only 100 signed more than 20 years ago so it has kaws old signature which makes it even rarer, i wanted to know what you guys think about it, i wanted to add it to my kaws collection
