Its been 1/4th of a year now (slightly over 3 months) and blizzard still hasn't been able to fix my character, I still haven't received any form of compensation, All my gold and resources are still stuck, and I'm losing my patience.
Previous thread 1: Raiding guild and character still stuck in limbo after two weeks.
Previous thread 2: 2 months and raiding guild/16 million gold still stuck.
Every interaction I've had in the past with blizzard has been great. They have been able to fix all my problems in a timely manner. They were able to identify the issue(s) and communicate with me what the next steps were etc.... At this point my patience is wearing thin. I have given a multi BILLION dollar company more than ample time to fix the issue. When I was last able to play my character eight guilds in the world had killed M Sire. Now? SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN guilds have killed M Sire. I've essentially missed an entire tier. How much longer will it take to fix? 6 months? A year? Next expansion?
Most of my frustration is derived from how they are handling my case now. I've spoken to 57 GM's, very few of them have been any help. They have begun to archive all of my tickets (Yes it's been that long). Whereas I used to receive 2-3 updates a week on my situation via email I now get updates once a month (P.S. My character never got unlocked in 3-4 days like he suggested it would). They continuously keep marking my ticket as "resolved".
I'm stuck in a loop. Where I open a ticket for the issue, then they don't help at all, mark my ticket as resolved, and force me to either reopen it (if they didn't already archive it) or create a new ticket. This process repeats ad nauseum.
Even if they don't have any new information to share I would appreciate some back and forth communication. Its like pulling teeth to get them to respond to me. I feel like they just want to archive all my tickets, sweep my problem under the rug, and not email me about it for months.
TLDR: Can I please get some help freeing my character. If they are still working on it great! Can you communicate with me rather than just closing/archiving

Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series
I'd prefer this proposal because sometimes I'll get a commission I don't really enjoy anymore.
We got a board just sitting there taking up space like wtf Mihoyo?
A lot of people come with rather simplistic suggestions regarding problematic game design choices or dysfunctional game economics in Classic. "Just don't participate" "Just join a guild where this doesn't happen" "Just divorce her immediately"
The community at large isn't monolithic and nor are the guilds in the community. In my guild we have parse-lords who enjoy performing the very best, we have dads who are happy to tag along and do a reasonable effort. So when something affects part of the community, opting "in" or "out" isn't the same for everyone in the guild.
So regardless of whether you talk about "toxic honor grind", "elitist mindset" etc, it will not be uniformly agreed upon by everyone in my guild.
So when people suggest simplified instructions like "join a guild where leather working drums will be ignored" it really means "dump your old friends to join a community where no one will mind having/not having the buff". And unlike many other divisive issues in regards to how you want to play not having rotating drums will affect the enjoyment of the players who enjoy the best they can perform, the parsers. And they aren't mindless idiots, they are some of my guildmates. I don't want to disappoint them, and they won't enjoy playing if they know beforehand they can't compete as well.
The world buff meta mostly only affected kill speeds and speedrunners, and for most of the guilds it was optional. But still people wanted the buffs to compete with their guildies and their own records. But unlike the world buff meta, me having or not having drums affect my guildies much more than me having Songflower or not.
So the next time you answer "just don't participate" "vote third party in a First past the post system" and "ignore leatherworking benefits and drums" remember that the choice isn't just "what do I enjoy" it's also about the community I'm already in and the friends I have in game. So please, reconsider before dropping that snide remark when some of us are legitimately worried about the health of the community and our guilds.
TL;DR: This is NOT about whether it's Good or Bad to go for hardcore things. This about how it's inane to expect anyone to be unaffected by their guildmates or just throwing everything away the second something doesn't fit them.
If you're a completionist like me and like to see that guild card just full of awards then read on (with very minor spoilers). I'm going in the order that they will appear in the guild card: top down, left to right.
There you have it folks, no crown award, no rng, just pure grinding. Gone are the days of having to kill 200 monsters for a crown. Hope this helps any completionist out there :D
I personally enjoy having the teleport option on the Grace of Elves, but the sequential process it takes when you click on the zanris portal, then going to zanaris, then teleporting. It's just tedious and could use improvements to make the process slightly less annoying.
If you're an individual that uses these for clue scrolls it becomes annoying after a while. Having a fairy ring in the Max Garden would also be more representative of all the species in Runescape. You know equal representation and all that Jazz.
Additionally, it would allow people to have additional options for the Grace of Elves if they can handle going through the door after Max teleport.
I don't have any hate towards Discord, it's super useful in many ways. The one thing I get bummed about is how it has pulled socializing away from whatever MMO I'm playing and into a voice chat channel.
When I'm playing games like FFXIV or WoW, I'm either listening to music, a podcast, or even the sound in game (especially when doing story driven quests in FFXIV). And for me, I prefer to not be in voice chat constantly. I don't mind jumping in here and there to say hey and such but sometimes that isn't always an option, especially when it's at night and I need to put my headphones on and be quiet to be respectful of those around me. But since Discord got big, I started seeing how I fell out of the social circle of the guilds I would be in (depending on the game) because they all primarily talk in the voice chat channel and if I'm not in there 90% of the time while I play, I end up finding it hard to get to know anyone. I'll talk in text in the game and that's usually met with someone saying that everyone is in the voice chat and they don't really use the text channel in game.
I actually tried making a guild of my own in FFXIV awhile back where we could jump into a voice channel when needed for raids and such, but socializing with guildies could be done in game. I thought it would have a bit more appeal but I was very much mistaken there lol.
Anyways, I'll get off my soapbox now. Again, I have no qualms with Discord, I understand the appeal and how useful it is. It's just a bummer seeing how it seems to be the primary way to be social in MMOs and that if you don't have it open constantly, then you miss out.

Hello, my name is Riceballa. I am a G3 player, part of the infamous Tiger guild in the Korea server.
I have been entrusted to inform this community to raise support in hopes to improve this game as a whole.
As of roughly 2 hours preceding this post, the four guilds currently participating in the Siege tournament, μΌλ₯΄λ (Tiger) μ€ν(Afternooon) TroubleMaker MVP, have officially declared a boycott in the main SW Naver Cafe
I'm sure some of you guys recognize these guilds and deservedly so, as they represent some of the strongest and most influential players in the server. As such, this is not a move that we take lightly.
But we cannot tolerate this type of treatment from Com2us anymore.
To paraphrase the KR sentiment,
We are sick and tired of RTA being the only content Com2us gives a shit about.
The 3rd Siege Tournament was scheduled Feb 22nd ~ March 6th.
Com2us released Fire Onimusha on Feb 26th and posted the hotfix nerf notice on March 3rd.
To release such a broken monster, one that is so obviously going to be plastered all over siege defenses, without extensive testing during this time frame is so careless and just straight stupid. Why do we have to be the testing guinea pigs time and time again?
How many players summoned a bunch just to get the monster? How many players summoned even more to skill it up or godforbid use devilmons on them? How many other monsters and resources did players use to prepare against Fire Oni defenses that will most assuredly be spammed during the tourney?
As guild leaders, can you tell your guildies to build and skill them up just for the tournament knowing they will be nerfed?
Not to mention the top guilds already get shafted in terms of rewards for not participating in siege matches for a week.
The issue isn't that Fire Oni is OP. It most definitely is.
And as you all were, we were certain that there will be a nerf. If anything, it would have been foolish to think otherwise.
HOWEVER, does that mean the top guilds/players won't use it? We were all trying to take advantage of this OP monster to gain whatever small edge we could gain for the biggest content in the game.
We knew the risk and we STILL invested in it. That's what you do when you're fighting for the best guild in server and Com2us intentionally releases a broken monster capable of shifting the meta.
Please understand that our frustrations stem from the constant ignorance and negligen

My communication with blizzard hasn't got any better. At this point I've spoken to well over 30 gms and had to open 5 tickets due to maximum replies (9 tickets if you include them merging my previous tickets). Explaining my situation has got slightly complicated. I keep getting the same responses over and over. Trust us it's being looked into, someone is working on it, wait another 24/72 hours, and we can't share what's wrong. Until finally they said: "Customer support will not be able to give you any updates."
After someone βworking on itβ for 2 months and not being able to find a solution I'm starting to lose faith it will ever get fixed. At this point I would be okay with them creating a new character for me and copy pasting my items from the armory. Ill lose the millions of gold that I had on the character but at least ill have something playable. I've missed weeks and weeks of soul ash, renown, M+, PvP, and raiding gear. My character is way behind and I haven't been able to raid with my raid team. I don't know why I keep paying my sub. GG blizzard. Having to resort to reddit/twitter in any hopes of getting real support is ridiculous from a multi billion dollar company.
P.S. Yes I have used every form of contact with blizzard: Twitter, Reddit, live chat support, tickets, I've even spoken to GM's in-game.
TLDR: Please free my character so I can raid again, or copy me a new character so I can at least play the game.
The issue is incredibly similar to: [2 months and character still stuck](https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/a7gpdm/2_months_and_character_s
