This may not be a glitch but I figure I'd bring it up. So for some context- about a week ago my girlfriend asked me if I had been taking our forks to work in my lunch and not bringing them back,Because we were missing so many. Today I saw this question on a paranormal page and a ton of people were responding. So apparently we're not the only one. And I wanted to see if anyone had the same experience?
Literally what the title says. I hear far too often from people how their wife/husband is not happy with their ring, and insists on taking it back for one they themselves pick out(bigger diamond, more shiny, overall “prettier”.) Mind you 90% of the rings they “Love” cost upwards of $10,000 and leads to having to finance something as silly and minuscule as a ring which could be spent on something far more important. You could have simply had just as good if not better of a ring for 1/10th the price. Especially considering a $1,000 ring is a hell of lot cheaper to replace if lost or stolen!
Edit: Just as clarification this post is NOT based on personal experience, however is based on the current crowd of people/area I live in. Many people are telling me to just find someone else, I assure you this does not pertain to me as my wife told me, and I quote “Just go to JC Penny when they have their sale.” Thank you for the concern however lol
I'm a big fan of open-source software, so PoE-Overlay going closed-source was a bit sad to see.
In order to enable a community-developed version of PoE-Overlay, based on the original MIT-licensed version, I have forked the repo here: https://github.com/PoE-Overlay-Community/PoE-Overlay
This fork is based on version 0.6.28, which you can see here. I've fixed some broken links, updated package URLs, run the tests (there are a few errors to fix) and linter, compiled, and run the app; everything works as expected.
While I will not be actively developing this fork, I would be happy to test and review community contributions, and to enable community members to also do those things directly in Github. That said, I do intend to add complete Linux support this week as time permits.
If you're still using the open source version of PoE-Overlay (not the Overwolf version), feel free to request features... keep reading on reddit ➡
Idk how unpopular this is with everyone else, but I definitely seem to be the odd one out whenever I say that I prefer to eat pizza with a fork and knife as opposed to picking it up (not to say I won't pick it up sometimes though)
Pizza is best eaten with utensils as:
It doesn't burn your mouth if it's fresh out of the oven
Sauces and cheese don't hit your face
The ability to remove toppings
Can save the best bite for last/eat the crust first
Cheese and toppings don't seem to slide off as easy
Square slices are far easier to eat this way
Often more cost effective, as the eating process is slowed down
I remember my visits to Forks. I spent a lot of time up on the peninsula. Found the town's friendly reputation to be at odds with my experience: they did not like dark swarthy guys. Just a few years ago they had up signs praising their high school aged kids for going off to Iraq and Afghanistan, the community version of a timeworn highschool class ring. If I had any takeaways from Forks it was: 1) Twilight tourism revenue was awesome while it lasted, 2) Don't be dark skinned in Forks, 3) Don't express political opinions against unjust wars.
English is not my first language, sorry for any mistakes.
Also this is a long one.
This happened 7 years ago when I was 9yo. I moved with my parents into this cute neighbourhood , which was full of kids around my age. I didn't talked to them anyway, because I'm not really a social person.
Main story: One day I was walking my dog and a kid came over to where I was. The cast is Entitled Mom (EM), Stupid Kid (SK), me and my parents. So the SK wants me to let him walk my cute babygirl because he doesn't have a dog and wants to know how to walk one. At this time my dog was a puppy who loved to escape and I didn't want her to be hit by a car so I told him no because it was easy for her to escape and run (she's just a beagle but she's really strong). So the kid gets mad and grabs my dog's leash. My dog starts to get scared as I start to scream and tell him to let me go. The kid spit at me and lets me go before he gets in trouble. I run with my puppy and walk for a few minutes. Suddenly... keep reading on reddit ➡
Good tidings, all!
Well, we've delayed this long enough. It's time to talk about the revamped history and lore of South America. Before we start, I need to profusely thank /u/Atimo3 for almost singlehandedly writing all of this. Seriously, if you plan to thank me in the comments, do not. Please thank /u/Atimo3 instead.
South American History - The Caudillo's Children
Let's start by taking a look at the new political map.
Although the political setupitself has changed relatively little, the history of this area has changed immensely. Let's start at the beginning with the history of the Patria Grande religious head title, La Patria Grande.

Thanks in advance for indulging my curiosity.
What is this?
I took a fork of the latest version of NHSE and added support for inventory RAM edits via USB (NHSE already supports RAM edits over network via sys-botbase, but that can't be used while you're visiting an island locally)
Who is it for?
People who visit their friend's islands locally with an offline/banned switch or visit their own "safe"/online switch via local play to transfer items. This stops you having to manually edit your save and returning to the island to drop more stuff off, as the USB ram edits work over local network play.
How do I use it?
On your console:
Install USB-Botbase to your console, this will not run at the same time as sys-botbase.
Follow the instructions on the USB-Botbase page to install the correct driver;
Make sure you select libusbK in Zadig (requires you to use the up/down arrows in the right field) and that a filter is created in libusb for your device. Restart your device once... keep reading on reddit ➡

Before we resume our look at South America, I'd like to take a brief side trip to examine some changes we've made to religions outside of Gran Colombia. These changes don't deserve to be shoved into the "Other changes" section of a normal dev diary, so I've decided to create a separate dev diary just for them. Let's take a look, shall we?
New Apostolic Heresy
After discussing things with Nico, our resident Brazilian, we have decided to replace the old Folclorista heresy for Apostolic for something a bit more flavorful and more relevant to Brazilian history in particular. This new religion will be called Celeste. (Note that no characters will follow this religion at the start - the following screenshots are purely for demonstration purposes.)

We just started "dating". Our dates were going very well! We decided to escape town and go camping for the weekend. I noticed an issue. She was on her phone the entire time. If not her phone, her apple watch. If I said something she never heard me the first time.
When we were setting up camp, she asked what she could do. So I pointed out some things that could be set up. She could help me with the tent.. or set up a table etc... We worked together on stuff, but I could see something was bothering her. I got a read that she thought I was being "controlling". It was all my gear and she was asking me what I could do. I knew it well and would tell her how to do a lot of stuff. I could see this was bothering her. Nobody likes to be controlled. I hate control freaks. But I don't know what I could have done differently? I tried to make it a fun process. She was hot and cold after that. One minute she was on my lap making out. The next, I could tell something wasn't right.

Its perfectly fine to eat pizza with a fork and knife, I would argue that in some situations its better than eating pizza with your hands, here is one hypothetical situation.
Say your gaming, or doing anything else on the computer, and you want to eat pizza but don't want to get grease all over your fingers, just eat the pizza with a fork and knife.
I think both ways of eating pizza are good, and eating pizza with a fork and knife is a good way to eat pizza. Anyways thats just my opinion of the subject.
Chopsticks have been used for many millennia, and they are still being used to this day, but sorry; they are no where near as good as forks.
In Asian countries, they’ve ADOPTED forks and are universally available at almost every restaurant upon request. Can you say the same for chopsticks? No, you can’t; because they’re inferior.
For one, there are TWO of them, making them easier to lose. What am I supposed to do with one chopstick? We roasting hot dogs out here? Hell no!
Secondly, coming from someone who knows how to use chopsticks effectively, I’d rather use a fucking fork. Yeah, let me just cramp my hand trying to pick up this piece of food that’s kind of heavy with chopsticks when I COULD just STAB THAT BITCH WITH A FORK.
What if I’m being attacked? Chopsticks are not going to penetrate the skin easily AT ALL, metal or not. I’m basically a sitting duck. I’d rather have a nice, pointy fork to defend myself with.
Forks have a good relationship with spoons. Chopsticks don’t.... keep reading on reddit ➡
I did not make this. All credit goes to asterixgaul for eliminating major bugs that made SwipeSelection broken/unstable since iOS 13 on A12+.
Previously you had to install BrunoNFL's recompiled version (1.5.6), which would not work inside native apps on iOS 13, and perform a little trick every now and then. Even then, iPhone 11 users were left aside having to resort to a workaround setup.
This fork release brings SwipeSelection back to where it was on iOS 12, essentially fully compatible with all native and non-native apps, except for the text selection inside the Safari browsing window (works in the navigation bar though).

Good tidings and Happy Mother's Day!
As some of you may know, one of the biggest changes being made in v1.1 is a complete overhaul of the de jure setup, history, and religions of parts of Central America and the entirety of South America (sans Guyana.) The cultural aspect of this overhaul and some de jure changes were included in v1.0, but the rest had to wait until this update due to time concerns. Well, I'm happy to announce that the South America changes are around 95% done. There are still a few narrative events that have not yet been implemented, but, aside from that, the overhaul is more or less complete. However, due to the scope of the changes made, I have decided to split this dev diary up. The one you're reading now will cover the religious and de jure changes, and a future one will cover the history changes and the narrative events.
I am deeply indebted to /u/Atimo3 for virtually everything being shown in these upcoming dev diaries. He more or less singlehandedly came up w... keep reading on reddit ➡
