Verizon had approval in March to build a new tower in Forestville, CA where there is horrible service. There's no service and it's driving us nuts. Trying to get a human at Verizon is almost impossible. There was a blog post on the official site about it that hasn't been answered in the two months it's been up. Anyone have a phone number to talk to a human there?

Some quick information:
Bike: Stock 250 Ninja
Trip: The Map! The ride itself was broken down into 3 parts. I rode from Seattle to Salem overnight after I got off work, then from Salem to Forestville, CA to visit some friends and hang out in SF. Then from Forestville to Tustin. No pictures as of yet because I don't own a camera though I'll have my wife take a picture of me and my bike sometime while I'm down here in Cali!
So the trip so far has been pretty awesome. I tend to have a lot of fun regardless of where I'm riding so I didn't really mind travelling in a straight line for hours though riding through cities like San Francisco or down the coast next to Klamath Beach were significantly better eye candy.
This half of the trip has given me a lot of insight into long-distance travelling however, and I picked up a few things from my way down that I'll be working on before I head back up and I thought I'd share a little with everyone else.
Firstly, I picked up some Alpine Stars Summer Tech pants and long-sleeve shirt. I have to say that they made an incredible difference in my trip. I typically commute to work with slacks and a dress shirt under my waterproof gear and the difference in overall comfort and temperature control was undeniable.
I ended up buying a Sena SMH10 bluetooth headset for the ride so I could communicate with my wife who would be travelling behind me in her car. It turned out that, while it was very good for other people using cell-phones, I had an incredibly hard time speaking with her when I was on the freeway. This is likely because she was also using a bluetooth headset and it was simply calibrated improperly. Overall, the sena headset was invaluable and extremely useful. (I5 much more f

On June 20, one of his traveler's checks was cashed at a store in Westport, California, about four hours north of Stinson Beach. This is the last sign of them; neither Packard nor Lovell have been seen or heard from again.
