It occurs to me that by any scientific metric or educational standard, tobacco-free nicotine is not a tobacco product.
Would it be possible to sue some entity within the government for some form of civil or criminal violation for misappropriating a scientifically accepted term? Is that illegal? Is there any way any of you can think of that we could get a court to declare that tobacco-free nicotine is not a tobacco product?
Obviously this does not handle the ENDS issue, nor do much about PACT, but, we have to take these one issue at a time. Nicotine free fluid and tobacco free nicotine are not tobacco products.
How do we get the courts to declare that?
Obviously the major tobacco companies will fight to keep those in their domain but really calling either one a tobacco product is fake science and I would think a court might be able to do this. I am not sure what to sue for or who to sue, though. What would be the lawsuit?
They also have also taken more lives since the death of George floyd than police have of POC individuals since the incident, including 8 minors, along with 36 adults. Over 6 million dollars property damage has been dealt across multiple cities, more than 1000 hospitalizations have been linked with their riots, they actively condone and sloganize non peaceful behavior, they act against the teachings of Martin Luther King Jr, they frequently participate in premeditated targeted destruction on another's property for reasons of personal motivation (a hate crime), their symbol originates from the Black Panthers, a socialist group whom self identifies as terrorists. Multiple countries, most notably those in Asia, have recognized BLM and their propaganda as a terrorist movement and do not condone their behavior like we do in America, some have even banned the merchandise associated with the movement. The group has raised millions of dollars and not given a single penny to anything related to the allegedly peaceful and morally pure aspects of their cause, instead going to the multiple co founders so that they can own multiple houses in California, a state facing severe poverty and homelessness crisis, which surely affects the black community as well as everyone else to a certain extent. The movement is corrupt, the movement is a lie, and the movement is a threat to our nation.

Dark Side users:
One thing many people said they loved about the last jedi was that for the first time there was a powerful jedi or force user that wasn't the child of someone important in the force and it was beautiful because it showed that anybody could be a jedi, but that concept isn't anything new as those jedi and dark side users didn't had a dad that was also a powerful jedi user, some were from rich families, but they didn't had a jedi parent, so nothing was lost when tros made Rey a Palpatine
In other words, employing a worker at a factory but not paying them.
Lots of people sell their pet chicken's eggs for that sweet, sweet moolah, but they basically never pay the chicken afterwards. Chicken spend so much effort making that egg, yet she doesn't get anything for it. IMO, it is OK to sell you chicken's egg for profit, ONLY if the chicken gets rewarded afterwards. Doesn't matter what reward you give, just make sure that your girl feels appreciated.
Edit: on the second sentence where it says "only if the chicken gets rewarded afterwards" is referring to equal profit. Equal profit means what precisely? Equal value. In marketing, you generally want to sell your goods 1.2x higher than they are actually worth. This way, you get 20% profit. And then you would pay the chicken a reward the price of the goods you sold (eggs). So yes, you can actually pay the chicken equal profit and still make bank.
Edit 2 because why not: If your chicken is trying to get you away from their egg by pecking or screeching, then that egg is hers forever. No means no. That should be pretty self explanatory.

This bill was referred to the House Committee on Education and Labor which will consider it before sending it to the House floor for consideration.
After watching the prequels recently I started thinking about the prophecy. They said one would balance the force but the way I see it still no-one has. The results of all 3 trilogies has left the power of the force on one side either the dark or the light. Even destroying the sith is not balancing the force because there are still people that will turn to the dark side. Shouldn't balancing the force mean destroying both the light and dark and creating a balance in between where you posses the power of the dark side but remain uncorrupted and just, like you would be if you were on the light. Ending all force related conflicts for all time. Wouldn't that be balancing the force because the precence of good implies the precence of evil it's a known universal law that cannot be changed but ensuring both exist in harmony like yin and yang would be my vision of a balanced force. Where it doesn't control your destiny and you possess power but decide for yourself who you are without running the risk of being corrupted or not being able to be angry and sad. Basically being a normal human with all the complex emotions that comes with being a human and not have consequences for feeling a certain way but possessing spiritual and physical power
In their book "An Introduction to Mechanics" the authors say the following about force:
"We can establish a force scale by defining the unit force as the force that produces unit acceleration when applied to the unit mass. It follows from our experiments that F units of force accelerate the unit mass by F units of acceleration. From our definition of mass, the force will produce F Γ (1/m) units of acceleration when acting on mass m. Hence, the acceleration produced by force F acting on mass m is a = F/m. In a more familiar order we write this as F = ma."
In the book they define the mass of an object B as the ratio of the acceleration of a test object A and the acceleration of B when they are pulled by "the same amount" (for example by a rubber band with constant tension).
Right after their definition of force, they write the following:
"It is worth emphasizing that force is not merely a matter of definition. For instance, if we observe that an air track rider of mass m starts to accelerate at rate a, it might be tempting to conclude that we have just observed a force F = ma. Tempting, but wrong. The reason is that forces always arise from real physical interactions between systems. Interactions are scientifically significant: accelerations are merely their consequence. Consequently, if we eliminate all interactions by isolating a body sufficiently from its surroundingsβan inertial systemβwe expect it to move uniformly."
I am not sure I understand why we don't necessarily observe a force of F units if an object of mass m accelerates by a units. Do they mean that we might not be in an inertial system and only accelerations arising from physical interactions imply there is a force?
Reading about Napoleon where usurper is used frequently....seems useful today as well.

Download [CRU] (https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU). Run CRU.exe from the zip file.
In the ["extension block"] (https://i.imgur.com/TWAdxUU.png) section, double click on whatever the first slot is, for me it's CEA-861.
I've been using something called [Hesuvi] (https://sourceforge.net/projects/hesuvi/) to get virtual surround on my headphones, and for it to work fully, you need proper 7.1 channel support on your audio device through windows.
Unfortunately my motherboard's Realtek audio has tons of static and ground loop noise, so I eventually got too annoyed by it and had to switch to my cheap BenQ monitor's audio (Through my 2060's Realtek audio chip through HDMI digital audio, which has none of that static noise), which doesn't support 7.1 channels and only has a stereo headphone out, obviously not a home theater system. This is where this trick helped out.
This is on an x200 with a SOIC16 MX25L6405D, using a raspi 3b+ on raspbian. SPI interface definitely works, have checked the wiring hundred times, and also tried powering the clip via a 3.3 volt supply.
I have also tried 4 combinations of the HOLD and WP being attached to VCC. i.e. HOLD, HOLD & WP, WP, none
If I attempt to read like so:
flashrom -p linux_spi:dev=/dev/spidev0.0,spispeed=128 -r backup.rom
(no chip is specified), it states:
Found Macronix flash chip "MX25L6405" (8192 kB, SPI) on Linux_spi
Found Macronix flash chip "MX25L6405D" (8192 kB, SPI) on Linux_spi
Found Macronix flash chip "MX25L6406E/MX25L6408E" (8192 kB, SPI) on Linux_spi
Found Maxronix flash ..... on Linux_spi
Multiple flash chip definitions match the detected chip(s): "MX25L6405", "MX25L6405D", ..... "... /MX25L6473E"
Please specify which chip definition to use with the -c <chipname> option.
Then if I run:
flashrom -p linux_spi:dev=/dev/spidev0.0,spispeed=128 -c MX25L6405D -r backup.rom
All I get is
Using clock_gettime for del....
No EEPROM/flash device found
Note: flashrom can never write if the flash chip isn't automatically detected.
I get the same No EEPROM output for forced reads and forced writes. The only difference between r/w is that flashrom will pretend the chip is there and read from it but won't even attempt a write.
I've tried cleaning the contacts as well as sacrificing a goat and performing a raindance.
EDIT: confirmed visually that it is the correct chip, downloaded datasheet and double checked pins repeatedly. Also tried every other chip option listed i.e. every other Macronix variation that flashrom told me when asking to specify a chip.
Any ideas?
Iβm currently studying vector functions, and I was told there was a way to use the tangential and normal components of acceleration in conjunction with the definition |F|=m|a| to write a formula for the force requires to move an object along a curved path using mass, speed, and curvature, but I donβt see it. Can anyone show me how to get this?
