This only just happened so should be fairly accurate:
Background:
I'm autistic and am extremely sensitive to sounds. To the point where I need a member of staff with me at college because if a fire alarm went off, I would go catatonic and wouldn't be able to leave.
Story:
I (16m) just woke up (at 16:07, but I have insomnia) with a very bad headache. My mom (52F) is blasting music in the kitchen, to the point where I cant hear anything else, I cant hear my phone at all.
I try yelling at her to turn it down, but she didn't hear me.
This is where I think I might be the asshole. I go downstairs and immediately turn off (at the socket) her cd player. I didn't have time to turn it off slowly because it being on caused me severe pain.
My mom started yelling at me "you better not have broken it"
Then she started crying saying that I get to have fun all the time but whenever she tries to have fun I ruin it. I told her she can listen to music but it was causing me pain because it was so loud.
She told me to put on my ear defenders. I told her I did but they didn't work (this was a lie, I never thought about trying on my ear defenders)
She ran into the living room crying and I ran upstairs.
Shes put music on very loud again, not as loud though. But I can still hear it quite loud in my room.
Shes just said to me "shut your bedroom door so you won't hear it" i told her it wouldn't work, then she said that she's pissed off at me.
So reddit, AITA
p.s. the reason I didn't ask her to turn it down when I went downstairs was because it hurt to be down there.
I am currently 29. I have a 9 nearly 10 year old from a previous relationship. Dads still around, good relationship most of the time but sometimes the communications lacking, overall he's a good guy.
I also have a 20 month old son with my partner, we'll call my partner Dex.
Dex and I have been together 3 ish year with one split around the time our son was born. 3 months later we were back together and living in same home from then on.
Dexs mum has treated my older son like less than my 20montn old since birth and last Xmas I told my partner to tell his mum that my children are treated equally and if she can't do that id rather she bought no one. She also has had some sort of issue with ms since I became pregnant with my 20month old. I think its bc dex was the last single son of 4 boys also the oldest at 27 back then
Well this Xmas she exceeded herself and sent a card to dex with just his and my 20month old sons name
She also kept 20month old sons present at her house and sent Β£1 shop spray to my 9 year old.
What pisses me off.is he's 9 and can blatantly see the favouritism.
His mum sent him a message today saying were in the wrong for not letting her near 20 month old and it's for no reason. He replied that he assumed we were going to have a 3 way convo and sort everything out and bc she ignored us for days that hasn't happened and as soon as ot does and.things are sorted there's ni reason she can't see 20 month old
Now question is aita because I've said i want to have a conversation between her, dex and I before letting 20month old sleep at her house again. I'm trying to figure out her issues and solve them bc I'm not the devil and dex agrees with me.

Why use Fir in AR-O?
In all honesty, Fir is a solid AR O unit that is not currently worth investing in unless you have other reasons to use her. I use her because she is cute and is one of my favourite FE6 characters. Investing in units like a low investment FIke or Mareeta may get you as far as a max investment Fir will.
Where do you use Fir in AR? And what will this guide cover?
I currently use Fir in Light season. This guide will cover using Fir in Light and Astra season and how to support her in each season with a variety of options.
Fir's Role in AR
Fir's role in AR is that of a tank carry unit thanks to her excellent bulk and good preference weapon that excels at pushing out specials. Her low attack generally makes her a poor choice in any other role. Fir can also be used a plonk galeforce unit however she is much worse than other choices and I would not recommend using her in that way.
Weapon: Nameless Blade
Fir never wants to deviate from her preference weapon. The extra 10 true damage on special activation helps patch up her low base attack and -1 special cooldown allows Fir far greater flexibility in build and support options than her peers such as Athena or Mia.
Assist: Preference
All movement assists are good and it is up to the person using Fir to choose which assist they prefer on tanks. My preference is Reposition on Fir.
Special: Build Dependent
Due to the slaying effect on Nameless Blade Fir can run several different specials all on different builds. As a general statement, Fir will run Sol when she gets special acceleration on the foes hit and will run Noontime otherwise. There is one notable exception which would be when Fir has special acceleration on the foe's hit and is running Special Spiral, then she should run Aether. Sol allows Fir to have a prodigious amount of sustain when running an attack stacked build aiming mostly for one-shots. Noontime is generally used when she cannot run Sol, one upside to Noontime is that if Fir initiates on a unit that cannot counterattack she will still proc her special which will give her 10 extra damage. Aether essentially functions as a super Sol where she will deal a great deal of damage to even very bulky enemies and heal
I heard βPopular Monsterβ on the radio a couple weeks ago and I was blown away by Ronnieβs vocals. He raps, screams, AND sings beautifully! He doesnβt sound or, hell, doesnβt even look the same in every song and video. I love it! I never know what to expect with their songs and I get blown away every time.
Iβm just like... βis this really the same guy or is he fucking with us?β
I havenβt quite figured out my favorite album yet, but so far βPopular Monsterβ is my favorite song because... well... depression fucking sucks!
