He seems to be leaning towards David being the one at fault...
As the title says, building bunker complexs can be a pain in the ass, even when you have a good sized group of guys, you need to dig a lot of trenches/bunkers, the first hour or so of building a new bunker base will be spent just clicking on trench blueprints, thats some real fun and engaging gameplay right there.
My suggestion is to add an excavator to the game, this vehicle would function similar to the CV, it can be built only around world bases and would dig trenches at two times the rate a shovel can, only difference from the CV being it wouldnt require b-mats to dig.
This would be relatively easy from a development perspective aswell, just take the CV model and replace its jack hammer thingy with a scoop, change the animation around a bit too to make it look like its digging and voila, you have an excavator.
