Pluto being a dwarf planet is *not* a bad thing

Apparently, reclassifying Pluto as dwarf planet was a bad decision and made it seem uninteresting and boring.

Here's the thing.

Dwarf planet, planet, plutino, sednoid, are just objective, science-based categories. One isn't "better" than the other. Just because Pluto is a dwarf planet doesn't mean that it's less interesting than the other planets of the Solar System. Planet or not, Pluto is bloody fascinating. I mean, hell, that place likely has a sub-surface ocean!

Pluto may be a dwarf planet but it's still a planet.

For the past ten years, it seems when one looks up articles about planets in our solar system, there are dozens of articles about planet 9 even though many of us were taught pluto is planet 9. It seems that Many companies are trying ridiculously hard to gain a logical excuse to replace pluto with another planet. In a recent article, they are discussing that a new gas giant is planet nine and was named HD 106906 b. I hate to sound like an idiot in modern terms but Pluto will always be a planet for me, and I'm getting exhausted of people trying to replace it. Anyone else who agree out there, or is my opinion obsolete?

Working on a tidally locked planet around a red dwarf

I don't know why I want this. Partially because I want it to always be day but the more research I do the more involved this whole thing has to be.

But for today I just wanted to share one of my ideas

A tree that has an outer shell and no exposed surfaces for photosynthesis, this protects it from the very close, and very active sun, as well as protecting it from the horrible storms that ravage the planet constantly.

The rare times where it's safe to do so, the tree kinda blossoms like a flower, opening up its shell to reveal the pitch black leafs that absorb as much energy as it can before its forced to close up again.
