Hi, I’m Stig Severinsen.
I have been called the Ice Guru by Men’s Journal. Some of my other names are the Man Who Doesn’t Breathe and the Human Dolphin.
With four Freediving World Championship titles and multiple Guinness Book World Records to my name, people often fail to describe my chilly feats in words.
Some of my arctic accomplishments…
Became the first person to hold his breath for longer than 20 minutes
Be the first to swim 250 feet under the ice on a single breath of air
Be the only one crazy enough to dive into a freezing lake, wearing only Speedos
And this year, I can add a new Guinness World Record to the list. But this time it is not just about me breaking record. I have set out to break this world record at the start of 2020 to bring the focus on the importance of protecting the oceans from overfishing, plastics and other unnatural destruction. I also want to show that in these trying times, you should never give up chasing your dreams. If I can set a physical world record at the ripe age of 47, I hope it inspires you to pursue what you want and do best.

I am very curious if the dog you own corresponds with the distance and speed you run. I own multiple pitbull type dogs and we run a high paced 3 km round and a lower paced 10 km run round, both twice a week.
Edit: rip my inbox, so many buddies that run with their owners ❤
One issue I don't see discussed on this sub is binge eating. It makes people uncomfortable which is fine however I know its a serious issue. Recently I have been struggling with binge eating and i gained back the majority of the weight I lost through binge eating which is devastating. It's not all related to running for me, definitely being at home day in lockdown doesnt help.
For reference m18 80kg 183cm and I run 30 to 40 miles a week.
EDIT : I do not have an eating disorder! Hormonal responses caused by insulin/ghrelin spikes from running multiple half marathons a week IS NOT A FULL BLOWN EATING DISORDER.
EDIT 2 : I took a lot of advice and started intermittent fasting. Also eating a large meal high in protein and fat as meal 1 e.g., an omelette and a large chicken wrap with salad as my first meal. Instead of working out 3 times a day I'm lowering it to alternating running and workouts every other day.
"I've been on this subreddit from near the start and I have to say I'm disappointed in this. I disagree very heavily sometimes with the clickbait some of those sites/channels put forth, and any link to a video/article that's political should be removed, but banning them outright isn't the correct choice in my opinion."
"The Fandom Menace are the types treating SW as just another battlefront in the Great Culture War gripping American and broader Western politics. Coincidentally, that also describes many TLJ defenders."
I DIDN'T WRITE THIS POST.
I hope this can be as helpful and insightful as it is to me. It's totally aligned with Neville's teaching. (She even mentioned him.)
What I am typing in this post, I have said before. Today it came to me in a much deeper level of clarity than ever. It is a profound and wonderful truth that can change the way you see law of attraction forever. When you get this, when you REALLY get it, aligning with what you want is SO much easier.
You'll notice I said 'aligning' there, rather than 'manifesting', 'attracting' or 'creating'.
And this is the truth that I now understand.
Please read deeply.
All creating is already done.
ALL CREATING IS ALREADY DONE.
ALL CREATING IS ALREADY DONE.
I read this truth most recently in the book 'The Power of Awareness' by Neville. If you want a copy of the book, you can download it from here.
At first, we talked about manifestation and attracting because we didn't understand what we are doing. Now we talk about aligning. The reason is that "everything you could ever want and be, you already have and are" (that's a quote from the movie I Heart Huckabees). This isn't just flowery talk, it's actually the most profound statement ever. All realities already exist. You do not 'create' your reality. You give your attention to whichever of the many realities you want to exist in and that is the one which you will physically see.
It is no more or less real than the ones you don't see.
It's just that is where your attention is.
*I watched a video by Bashar (a channeled being) a few months back where he said that we don't understand time. We think we're moving forward in this thing called 'time' but in reality, what is happening is that there are an infinite number of parallel universes - and which ones we see at any given 'time' is in accordance with where we place our attention. We move through many each second and this is what we call 'time'. Today I thought of it like looking through one of those old-fashioned viewfinder toys. You click the lever to move what y... keep reading on reddit ➡
I refused his help at first, but he kept insisting and telling me it's OK. So, finally, after some time of trying to get over the "guilt" of using someone else's money, I ordered some groceries for around $36. I started bawling when I received them. I don't know why this made me cry so much.
I'm just typing this through tears right now. I can't believe how sweet he is. I'm so touched by his generosity and kindness.
My nmom wouldn't even give me more than $10 to eat something in college when I was just a student. I used to be severely underweight my entire childhood up until my early 20s.
