I'm wanting to add US trading to SelfWealth and they're saying they don't have my TFN but to add my TFN I need to print out a form and sign it. It cannot be digitally signed. This requirement seems really dated and I'm wondering they are enforcing this?
I already had to do this just to update my address and it took like a week or more for them to even update it once I did mission to office works just to print out the form.
Hello everyone, I'm the developer and cofounder of Satellite.
Many of the early dreamers who built the Internet back in the 90's thought it would bring peace and global unity. Unfortunately... as the Internet evolved it became dominated by large commercial platforms. Today it's obvious to everyone that "social media" (should be called *anti-social* media) has, for the most part, driven us apart and created more misunderstanding than ever. The fatal mistake was allowing cyberspace to become a giant hyper-targeted ads platform where everyone lives in their own media echo-chamber, and failing to account for how easy it would be to manipulate online discourse. We're seeing the consequences of that now.
Today it's becoming harder and harder for various ideological factions to reach consensus about anything due, in no small part, to how vulnerable the current social platforms are to being manipulatedΒ β not just "accidentally" by the blind economic forces of ad-optimization, but also intentionally by anyone who has an incentive to shut down debate and discussion in what's become, arguably, the de-facto public square. Satellite is an effort toward de-escalating this crisis of coherence. Specifically, we're trying trying to address the twin issues of online identity (does your virtual self need permission to exist?) and data ownership (who controls the value/reputation you accumulate around your ID?).
Thanks for reading this far. There'a a lot more to explain (particularly about how the entire community dataset is built to be "forkable" like open source software) and how the content-ranking algorithm works (in terms of identifying people who are good at unifying perspectives) and if you're curious I would invite you to read the "Welcome to Satellite" intro article that you'll find on the front page, which I suppose gives a pretty good overview of the whole thing.
We just launched beta about 3 weeks ago and the community is growing steadily. In these early days, I'm conscious of how the initial members will likely have a large effect on how the community evolves going forward. If you're interested in joining this little experiment (or even just crossposting some of the essays you post here) we'd love to have you.
I'm happy to answer any questions here or on Satellite.
Hi I want someone to create a digital signature from my name. Digital version should be 2 versions: white text on transparent background and black text on transparent background. Both will be ideally png or jpg file, the higher the resolution the better.
Could you please follow a similar style for the signature as some of these - https://imgur.com/a/NbCAaKB. So legible and a sort of run on cursive writing, with the letters joined together and much larger capital letters for the beginning of the first name and last name.
Will PM you my name afterwards after you have bid and I have accepted.
I want to switch to Flexpool but I noticed that you cannot change the pool donation without a digital signature. For now, I am mining directly to coinbase to sell immediately (I want to pay off my hardware before I start to hodl). However, coinbase does not allow you to expose or export your private key as far as I know, which means that I have no way of creating a digital signature.
Is there any other way to change the pool donation? I don't want to have to mine to a cold/hot wallet and pay gas fees twice to sell.
Hi, I want to apply for class 3, indivisual, sign only DSC.
What is the best certifying authority/platform to apply for DSC? The prices quoted by different authorities vary significantly. Why is this? Do they provide any service apart from issuing DSC?
Any feedback from your purchase/usage of DSC is appreciated.
Hello, I am curious about what solutions exist for digital signatures. Since I am working from home now, are there any good open source options with strong privacy principals for signing documents digitally?
Is it possible to create a digital signature to your public address using Atomic Wallet? I can't find anything on it online.
I don't know much about how programming works or how is CSGO stopping third-party apps from injecting DLLs but there must be a way so that CSGO and OBS could work together.
The patch note actually says "If you are a third party developer, all of your DLLs that interact with CS:GO must be digitally signed." I don't know if OBS works like this but can't they get a "digital signature" so that Content Creators can record CSGO content more easily ? There must be a way so that people can record CSGO stuff with friends using OBS without the game kicking them out of lobbys every time they start searching for a match telling them that they're playing in Untrusted Mode. I mean to be fair I've had less cheaters in my games lately but I can't make content on CSGO anymore which was the thing that I loved about it and OBS was perfect for recording. So if they can, I'm hoping these companies would work together to reach a solution.
Do any of you have an inexpensive method of collecting digital signatures from parents? We'll have it when we have Powerschool next year but I need a solution now. Any ideas from the brain trust?
Hello! My supervisor submitted her LOR, Interfolio did a quality check, all seems well. I am just curious about school requirements for signatures. On the quality check, it said it is signed with a digital signature. Is this acceptable? Or would it be better to ask her to resubmit using a handwritten signature? Thanks!
Would be REALLY cool, if you could take these things to comic cons, and βtemporarilyβ trade them to the artist. They would trade it back to you. Then your NFT would have the artists βdigital signatureβ on it. Signifying it went to their βofficialβ account on Veve, and went back to you with a time stamp and their account name etc. (representing them officially). No need to have an βofficially CGCβ grading or anything. Itβs all right there. Since these keep track of trades it would always be apart of that particular NFTβs life thus adding value.

Ok so i understand that we sign email with private key and we use the public key to verify the signature. But here is my question.
Imagine if i (alex) sent you an email and signed it with my private key, now you just need to verify that the email came from me and decypt it as well, in this case you need my Public key right ?
This hole thing is kinda confusing me! Would appreciate an explanation.
Hello! Who are you and what is your company/project?
Hi, Iβm Christophe Verdot, Iβm the founder and lead developer of Signature Chain, the entity which consists of two working products that are already on the Waves Blockchain, one is to certify files and documents on the blockchain (www.sign-web.app) and the other is a Digital Art/NFT (βNon-Fungible Tokenβ) Marketplace (www.sign-art.app).
Whatβs your backstory and how did you get the idea for the company/project?
Iβve been a freelance web developer for around 15 years, in the past decade, I worked regularly on building what we call Metadata Registry for Carbon Units, mostly for emerging countries. These registries were financed by the World Bank and European Union.
In 2018, while we were preparing to develop one of these registries for the country of Congo, I was asked by the World Bank about the possibility of including Blockchain document certification into the registry.
At that time I didnβt know much about it but started to research it and thatβs how I ended up building our first product https://www.sign-web.app that came out around a year later.
What problem is your company/project trying to solve?
Document and creation forgery in short. We offer the option to certify any file or document on the blockchain as well as a possibility to sign multi-party agreements in sign-web.app. In our second project, sign-art.app, we include this same option and offer a very fast and gas-free Digital Art and NFT marketplace solving the current unsustainable gas cost that can be encountered in some other platforms.
What makes your company/project unique?
SIGN Art leverages on top of our first product and uses its file certification smart contract to certify on the blockchain the sources of every creation an artist adds on SIGN Art. This is a security for the artist as he can prove at any time that he had the source of his creation at the certification date, through file hashes comparison.
Aside from this, SIGN Art is built on the lightning-fast Waves Blockchain with a fixed low transaction fee, NO GAS, and the very efficient and Non-Turing Complete RIDE smart contract language. SIGN Art is mobile-friendly by default, thanks to the Waves Signer, a MetaMask-like product that doesnβt require any browser extension.
Coming from an artist background, as I went to art school and worked as a Web

There were two instances recently where I downloaded fairly well known programs from the official site, checked the digital signature in Win10 under 'Properties' and found they were not valid. Is that a straight up red flag, or something that can happen easily and not necessarily a problem?
Iβve been following SBNY for some time and recently bought shares + thinking about adding. Wondering if anyone else has been watching them and can provide insight on future prospects. Iβm no digital assets expert, so hoping someone out there is and has potentially looked at the possible upside for SBNY.
Signature Bank (Nasdaq:SBNY), member FDIC, is a full-service commercial bank with 31 private client offices located throughout the New York metropolitan area as well as in San Francisco, California. The Bank primarily serves privately owned businesses, their owners, and their senior managers. Signature Bank offers a broad range of business and personal banking products and services, as well as investment, brokerage, asset management, and insurance products and services through its subsidiary, Signature Securities Group Corporation, a licensed broker-dealer, investment adviser, and member FINRA/SIPC. In addition, Signature Bankβs wholly owned specialty finance subsidiary, Signature Financial LLC, provides equipment financing and leasing.
During the current digital asset price surge, this bank has mostly flown under the radar, so I wanted to give it a closer look. Itβs outer facade looks no different than any other regional bank but itβs stock price has started outperforming the industry index and only Silvergate (155% YTD) has outpaced SBNY (63% YTD). SBNY may not be as sexy as SI, but they already custody over $10bn in digital assets along with the size to more efficiently scale this business line. Is it being overlooked because it doesnβt market itself?
Bull Case -
Interest income has stayed consistent at about $480ish million despite declining interest rates this year. This supports they are relatively protected against a prolonged low interest rate environment.
Non-interest income has grown from $15mm to $24mm YoY!!
Asset growth $50.6b to $73.9b = +46% YoY growth
Not only do they have a digital assets group; which was an early adopter of supporting ETH, they also have a digital payments system built on blockchain (Signet). Now that "private banking clients" are getting into digital assets, they are likely to be funneled into SBNY
Raised over $1bn in capital as it pursues its goal of becoming a $100bn asset bank.
Acquired a team that will focus on VC

I am sorry for asking so many questions. After checking out multiple papers online on this subject I am still confused so I felt it's best to ask.
