I'm studying in the UK but I'm originally from Portugal, and because I change from Euro to GBP I lose a bit of money. I wanted to know if it existed an app so I could see the best time to change from euro to GBP
These insults are leveraged towards men by women and men that are trying to defend women. So if we shouldn’t be looking at women as sexual objects and conquests, why are the insults directed at men, when they say something that you disagree with, sexual in nature? If a man’s value is reliant upon his sexual conquests, then women are objects. At that point, it would suggest that everything a man does in life is with the sole intention of sleeping with and otherwise obtaining women.
Wasn’t clear: using sexual insults towards men about their ability to sleep with women, their ability to get women, The size of their lap rocket, and their ability to not be virgins only further presents women as sexual objects meant to be conquered.
Edit: Yes, there are men that do this too. I mentioned in my first little paragraph. The point still stands that these insults objectify women and present them as being conquests not people.
Any website resources? be they paid or free. Or any suggestion on how to scan them yourself? I was thinking of changing at the money exchange, scan, then change for another set of currencies. But i'm thinking i'm gonna be losing some money at every exchange, and it's gonna be a long process since there are over 180 currencies. Any suggestions?
I see this narrative thrown around so much and its so annoying. Yes, making currency is a vital part of this game but believe it or not, you can make a lot of currency doing any kind of maps, as long as you play fast/efficient and SPEND TIME DOING MAPS.
I've been playing SSF for 4 leagues now and I desperately want target farming back because I simply enjoy running my favorite maps and hate bad layouts with all the backtracking and phased bosses.
I dont give a flying fuck about currency per hour, for me its simply infinitely more fun to play enjoyable layouts.
I see a lot of people mentioning that the current global pandemic, which results in the government printing money to pump into the economy, is what bitcoin was intended for. It’s not false that you can use bitcoin as a hedge against the resulting fiat inflation the government’s actions cause, but the current situation also makes it very clear why a decentralised currency would fail to serve the people during something like a global pandemic.
If we would not interfere with the economy right now, businesses would go bankrupt very fast. People would not get paid anymore and would be unable to buy food and basic necessities. The whole system would come crashing down resulting in absolute mayhem which would mean even more deaths. But because fiat is centralised, we can prevent this from happening. The side effect is inflation which sucks a bit for people with savings, but since a global pandemic affects everyone, we all lose a bit here.
If we would have transitioned from fiat to a decentr... keep reading on reddit ➡
Ex husband and I invested $20,000 of our shared money in crypto a few years ago. He has the log in details and the digital wallet. We divorced and agreed to split everything 50/50. He refuses now to hand over my half of the crypto. He refuses to tell me how much is in the accounts. He, a few months ago over text, admitted there was $7,000 left (from a compulsive liar, I doubt this). I demanded he then give me my 3,500 and please just end this. He just tells me “good luck, no one can trace it.” I’m in a really bad place financially, I really need the money for medical treatment. I think there’s far more than $7,000 and feel so helpless. I worked my ass off through chemo and full time work and full time study to save for that money and he took it all :( please help me.
Just as an FYI - In Aus, a divorce is finalised seperate to the finalisation of property and assets.
With about 30(!)* new types of currency coming next league it's just like we are going back to the time without Currency Tab when we had to make use of one whole regular Tab to contain them.
GGG, please! It's just about time!
*it's actually 24 but the point stays relevant
Let's see everyone's US Currency Note Collections:
I love to see what everyone has. I will post my notes as well
It's been the thing that's annoyed me the most... The essence tab shouldn't be my go-to "store random catalysts or oils that don't fit in my currency tab".
I also feel compelled to fit everything in, so I merge oils to save some room!
Traditional investors are moving their money into assets outside the USA. Into gold and now even into the EURO currency. To invest in the EURO means you willing accept negative interest rates, so I only do that if I really think the US Dollar is going down not because I like Europe.
If I am worried about the US Dollar, i'm a buyer of crypto, not a seller. Unfortunately that's not been the case recently as the correlation between bitcoin and the stock market has been positive.
At some point it will matter. Just not sure when
EDIT: if you are interested in hourly correlation between bitcoin and S&P500 (the stock market) its basically none over the past year. It moves up and down all the time. https://imgur.com/a/W8l6Gal
I am so hyped to play on my alts again. I actually cannot wait for Wednesday to come. However, I am really afraid that Blizzard exaggerates with the prices and require weeks of grinding. I know it sounds illogical and contradicting myself here, but hey, it's Blizzard.
Don't get me wrong... I am all for helping victims who are (or have) genuinely suffering/ed. That's what a good and moral society does. We in the West have done a relatively good job when compared with all societies that have existed since the beginning of mankind. Over time, that help has gone far beyond what is reasonable. As a result, we've created an incentive for people to remain "broken" and unfairly use it to their advantage.
Don't get me wrong. I love caps. They're one of Fallout's biggest icons. I do think though, that it would be awesome to have a setting in our vending machines that gives the option to accept a specific ammo type of our choosing as well as, or instead of caps. It would be better to have that option per machine because I doubt we'll want ammo for every single item we want to sell.
For example: each machine can have the option to accept caps or the ammo of our choice. The machines that we set to accept ammo will only contain the items we are willing to trade for ammo. Obviously that would be our responsibility. The benefit to that could be that there would be no tax on ammo.
OR.... We can make the choice per item. In this case, lets say I have just one vending machine and I have a clean space suit I want to trade for 5000 Fusion cells and in the same machine I can sell a furious explosive fork with the ability to drown above water (just an example) for 20k caps.
I believe you'd... keep reading on reddit ➡
Aside from Fallout 1 and 2 (although if I remember right 2 used poker chips) it's never explained to your character when starting out that caps are used as currency and bartering is a thing. This is especially weird in 4 because you're from a time when paper money was still used. It makes sense in New Vegas since you were already acclimated to that environment but even in 3 you're never told. You're just expected to have a handful of caps.
Just thinking that even if the spy puts go tits up, the us dollars I make will probably be worth a shit ton less as the USD will move accordingly. Does anybody offset for currency risk? I don’t dabble in the intricacies of Forex as its either a) for super big brain autists b) mostly: people getting scammed into some get rich quick pyramid system Any fellow big brain autists that can offer some insight?
You'd think Moss Eisley being a major port in the Outer Rim would have at least one right? Would've made more sense than gambling everything on a small child.
I don't know exactly how to phrase that but the world is over, and starting again, this isn't the Mad Max world where brutal raiders fight each other over the rights to pick at the scraps of the old world; in a world where people are organizing back into villages, people are farming and living semi-normal lives again, what might people use to trade with each other? What might a farm owner offer to people coming and going offering to pick corn and help ranch cattle? I'd look at a world like Fallout 1 as a good example but I don't know how likely bottle caps would work as a currency without some water merchants trying to make it happen.
Turns out, it was rigged to the wall beside the toilet from the start.
Every league GGG adds systems to the game that require new splinters or orbs, or both. Yet there is never a dedicated place for them in the fragment or currency stash tabs.
It is the same situation as with divination cards, but that tab is designed to hold an nondescript amount of similar looking sets of items. What if the divination stash tab looked similar to currency and fragment tabs, if it needed to wait a couple years for a certain old but new-ish card to be accepted as arguably common enough to deserve a spot in the tab that was seemingly designed to hold most if not all divination cards?
Suggestion: a blank expanding scrollable list slot is added to currency and fragment tabs, similar to a map stash window but for stackable items.
edit: Here is a list of currency items that are core and do not have a spot in the currency tab.
In case you've been out of the loop, which frankly I do not blame you for, the banner units now give bonus currency for the raid. Works similar to MK events except the percentages are much lower:
Sounds good right? Nope, not at all. While we do seem to get more currency than before, raid pulls also cost more. If you visited the raid banner you might have noticed that box pulls cost 400 coins as opposed to 200 like before. That's pretty lame but fair enough, we can bring bonus units now to make up for the lost coins. What about regular pulls after we finished all the boxes you may ask. Well they now cost a whopping 400 coins! That's right, 4 times higher than before.
In other words (not counting box pulls) you'd need a team of five 7* S... keep reading on reddit ➡
I hope this all finds you well! I have a couple of hundred dollars face value of Canadian currency. Which is predominantly one , two or even five dollar notes, If my memory serves me right, I might have a ten or twenty dollar bill in the mix. Would anyone be willing to speak with me and let us get to know one another a bit to see if we would be interested in trading some coins or currency? I collect a lot of foreign currency but please alet me know if you are interested in learning about currency and numismatics as I have read a great deal about it and can help some improve their knowledge. I am equally open to learning anything new as well. You never know who will teach who in these circumstances. Trading needs to be done over time and caution till we can formulate a trust. The things that I am looking forward to Please let me know what you guys thanks!

Hey guys, this patch integrates the newly integrated filter functionality (AreaLevel, Mirrored, CorruptedMods, HasInfluence commands)
This means, there's now: Gem/Leveling leveling sections (you can also see them on strict while leveling!), elder/shaper maps highlight, sections for stacked splinters, double corrupted items highlight and a bunch of other small additions. On top of that all tierlists have been adjusted as usual to make the filter feel fresh and crisp, if you're still playing the game.
All of these are also configurable on https://www.FilterBlade.xyz
The others (larger) changes are coming for 3.10 , but I wanted this patch to be delivered ASAP.

It would be a bit reassuring knowing that your 10th Neverending Hope can be used with other not needed duplicate 5* base units to obtain an Omniprism. Off-banner units would not sting as much. 5* EX Tickets would definitely be more valuable.
I believe Dissadia Opera Omnia does something similar to this?
I know this will never happen and Omniprisms will probably always be in the Bundle Shop, purchasable with Lapis now, but most likely only real money later on. Still, I have enough Neverending Hope to continue dreaming of a better FFBE.
If anything, perhaps place the Omniprism in the Trust Coin shop, limit the trading to one or two a month, and refresh it every month. This still does not quite help totally reduce the sorrow over seeing that not needed 5* unit bursting from a rainbow prism as you would still need to somehow get that unit to 100% trust. Yes, I am looking for something that is a lot easier and faster... I just want to crush those unwanted 5* units into rainbow... keep reading on reddit ➡
