LPT: Never accept the exchange rate offered by an ATM when withdrawing in a foreign currency
This option is often offered with a warning, such as "The exchange rate might change...guarantee this rate and avoid possibly paying more later."
This is a tactic ATM providers use to confuse you so that you'll accept their unreasonable rate, causing you to lose more money than if you just decline and accept your bank's rate (the real exchange rate).
We always double check the real exchange rate before withdrawing and one time, this saved us over 80 Pounds.
Edit: Wow! The response and discussion has been great! However, it seems there is still some confusion regarding the original post. We did elaborate in an article we wrote, but didn't want to self-promote here.
To clarify: The original example is from the first time we ran into this. We were in Stanstead Airport and the only ATMs belonged to an independent company (don’t remember the name). At the time, we had a card that limited our number of yearly foreign withdrawals, so we were forced to use cash and, obviously, didn’t have

[Rant] RI students disrespecting currency
There has been a video circulating online across various social media platforms. In the video, some RI students have been caught disrespecting the Singapore currency by throwing $50 note on the rooftop and flushing the $50 note into the toilet bowl.
a little bit about myself, i came from a low-income, disadvantaged background, I understood and appreciated the importance and value of money since young. In fact, my parents have been extremely frugal with our life expenses and we only spend on stuff that is absolutely necessary. To me, $20 is not a small amount, let alone $50.
It is really infuriating how much you trivialized the value of $50 bill in your hand. And I feel that if you didn't want the money for reason, instead of wasting the $50 bill for a ludicrously myopic and pointless purpose (to attract attention and gather clout from your own peers), maybe you could have instead donated the $50 to someone else who needs it more than you. However no, you instead chose to engage in suc

How exactly do you make currency on maps?
This question is probably asked very often there, so I'm sorry in advance.
How do you make currency? I honestly don't know. After playing for a week on Legion league and getting to the maps, running with Tabula and goldrim as my endgame gear while playing arc witch (i was a complete noob back then, now's not that much different) when i asked people how do i make money in this game the response i often received was:
"just do maps 4head"
So i grinded and grinded, doing white maps, then yellow ones and once i completed around 60 maps i thought to myself "this isn't that profitable, isn't it? i must be doing something wrong", and I quit playing the game until one and a half month passed in Delirium league. I relied on exalted orb drops as my main source of bigger income, which, as you can tell, isn't a smart thing to do.
Delirium league comes, and when I started i got 2 exalted drops by the time i finished levelling, so i did a simple ed/contagion trickster with pretty shit gear. I k

How do you exchange foreign currency on vacation?
I'd like to hear about the cheapest and reliable method to exchange currency while you are on a trip abroad where the EURO is not the default currency.
I have used currency exchange banks in Europe before traveling to the destination (this was expensive because of the low conversion rate and service fee taken). I also tried to go to the destination carrying paper EURO currency and visiting a local currency Bank. This was relatively cheaper but still not reliable.
What options do you recommend to someone traveling outside Europe (Asia, America, Africa)? Travel within Europe but not using the EURO as currency? Thanks.
Meanwhile, with trade being down, I realize I prefer trading with currency bots over actual players these days
Background on me - I’m essentially a whale. Last major expansion I bought the crucible support pack (btw Bex if you’re reading this I never received the signed art pack; numerous support tickets led nowhere), and I’ve bought every previous support pack for temp leagues since prophecy.
However, and this is important, things are changing. Please show currency limits in game
Sorry if this has been posted before, but there's no pleasant way of finding out there's a gold bullion cap in game. You end up losing out on a potentially significant amount of bullion, not to mention the treasury notes or caps that you lose in the transaction.

- Gold Bullion: 5000
- Legendary Scrip: 1000
No idea if the Overseer Tickets, Tadpole Badges, or Possum Badges have limits.
Displaying the limits on the vendor screens would be the most obvious and convenient way to convey a limit. Additionally, showing limits on the Pipboy's Stats/Collection screen would also be helpful. Lastly, any measures to prevent people from accidentally purchasing beyond the cap would be fantastic.
