Did medieval people who didn’t leave their home areas have geographical awareness of areas further than where they lived?
Do I eat ocean fish regularly?
Am I aware of ships, and sailing?
Did anyone catch in Jen's stories that she is decorating the nursery for Kimmy? She is already gravitating towards the same colors she uses in her own house. I feel sorry for that baby. That nursery is going to be hideous and probably jammed full of decorative nonsense. It will be a crowded, candy colored mess!
Season 6 is an emotional rollercoaster. Especially the last 3 episodes. Particularly, when David and Stevie were on the hood of the car, Stevie hanging on by a thread at the wedding and the scene with Alexis and Moira at the motel the morning of the wedding.
The scene where Alexis is telling Moira how much she loved being able to walk in anytime and see her absolutely wrecked me. And how much pain was in her eyes when she said there was a entire year that they didn’t see each other. Just goes to show you how powerful and important the parent-child relationship is.
Maybe it’s just because I’m a new parent for the first time, but that scene made me heave sob.
It also made me kind of mad at Moira bc she just deflected the convo and didn’t want to hear it. Which is understandable, bc she’s the (one of lol) super ridiculous, comedic aspect of the show. But still, I kind of wanted her to have a heartfelt mother-daughter moment to fully round out such an emotional scene.
I can’t imagine a show that has such deep lessons about the importance of family, acceptance and positivity ever being able to top Schitt’s Creek. It’s truly a masterpiece.
Happy New Year, snarkers! this week Jen is starting her valentine’s day festivities now that they’re all home from Utah. wonder what else this week brings us 🤔
Who will buy a house first: Kimmie and Steven or Tiffany and Adam? Which one will have the Jen stamp of approval?
Where will the TLC gang go next? What other unnecessary vacations will they go to this week?
..do you ever hear lions or tigers roar? Or other animal noises? Because that would be really cool.
I'm 26, grew up and live in the Bay, and have heard Shane's voice during commutes for years. This past week I'm recording a mock ad read (about Shane Co) for my comedy podcast and my cohost informed me that Shane Co is, in fact, NATIONAL. Does anyone else feel betrayed or am I just the one idiot who didn't put it all together? It feels like a lover telling you they only have eyes for you, but it turns out they say that to everyone.
Why Shane, why.
