LPT: If you're a server or bartender that's working on Valentine's day, make sure to compliment the jewelry worn by any couples you serve. They most likely got it as a gift that day, and it'll give the SO that bought it some brownie points which might translate to better tips for you.
Does anyone recognize this couple? I'm a photographer, was shooting Stanley Park Saturday and I caught these love birds in such a cool moment. Both slender, tall build, white, darkish hair, 25-30, and really nice/slightly shy. I was there just before 9AM. Want to be able to gift them this photo!
Had a horrible couple of weeks and with Mercury being in retrograde, there was only one suitable gift to give myself!
I had no intentions of getting into VR until my company passed them out as holiday gifts. After a couple days of playing a few games, all I can say is I couldn't care less about any other gaming systems now.
I only have a couple friends and I'm constantly running out of balls. Pleases add me and I'll do my best to stay on top of sending you guys gifts, Thanks
I was told this was a good place to post this. I made this over the last couple of months as a gift for my wife v.redd.it/kdtbwub665j61
Advice for married couples - help me build a gift please!
TL;DR : Please comment advice for (newly?) married couples ♥️
One of my [23F] closest family members [40F] is getting married for the first time. I want to give her a diary full of advice from people for married couples. Positive, funny, anecdotal - anything!
With some pages blank for the couple themselves to fill along as they go.
So if you have any advice for married couples, it would be great if you could comment with your age! I will include all of it in the diary!
I'll be super grateful and also post an update!
P. S. : It would also be super kind if you can ask kids and people around you (like your grand/parents) I feel like kids really sometimes have the most succinct advice haha.
My boyfriend and I are nevermets, so we don't have any photos together. As a surprise little gift, I tried my best to follow a couples paint tutorial on YouTube to give to him. Until we meet these poorly painted people can be us! Lol.
Listed a couple of easy-to-obtain gifts that each character loves, or at least likes. Figured someone else may find this helpful!

[HIRING] Couple w/ Pet Portrait Valentine's Day Gift, $100+ Budget
Hello hungry artists! I would like to hire one of you to create a painting of my girlfriend, me, and our cat. Time is short though, so if it ends up just being a painting of our cat, that's cool too. I'm looking for something fun and vibrant with a psychedelic edge to it. Vibrant colors are a must, and I would love some sort of play off of our cat's bad eye being a thing of beauty. My budget is pretty flexible, but I would expect something like what I'm looking for to be $100+. I've included a few pictures of our cat below for initial inspiration. Please leave a comment if you're interested.
[Contest] New Cat (Dog guy though) in the Town, Wanna throw a couple gifts out there
The challenge, find someone in your phone that you haven't talked to in a while, and compliment them, or find a random person on the internet that you don't know and tell them someone wonderful about them that you've read on their profile. Share some love, redditors.
Links are kind, please include them.
Pulling winners Wednesday night.
Update your post if it inspires a good throwback conversation.
With Covid & Lockdowns we've all lost touch with a lot of people, this could definitely bring life back to some friends/family
Edit: if any of your end up married from this, reconnecting with an old fling, I better see an invite to the wedding, just saying.
My husband got me a couple of gift cards for Christmas, so this is my first haul that includes only things I wanted and nothing that I needed. So excited to try all the new things!
PSA: Gift dice no longer rewards gift fragments. But you do have a couple days to spend your remaining gift fragments in the exchange. So please stop asking for it in EN Global, thank you.
I saw these posted in here a couple days ago and decided to have them printed and framed for my buddy as a housewarming gift.
[FOR HIRE] Stylized couple portraits starting at $70! A lovely gift for Valentine's Day
After using a cheap-o HP core i3 laptop (pictured to the left) for a couple of years i got a Razer Blade 15 base in Mercury White as a gift!
This is my wedding gift to my wife. We get married next Sunday. I used a woodburning kit to burn a map of all the states we have visited as a couple. We both love to travel and backpack do I want to to keep adding to it as we get older.
New breed!!! (I had to update the app again - it's a separate update from the new gift system). I think this is the only level 36 frog bc I tried racing it and there weren't any others. I'll try doing a giveaway but it'll be in a couple of days bc I need to clear my habitats so look out for that!!
Posted about this a couple days ago asking if anyone had an update on it and today boyfriend and i went to the mall and randomly asked and it was the last one here in the states . Early vday gift from him😭🥰

I’ve been on Reddit for a long time, and just found this feed... lots of really awesome stuff. I figured I’d share a couple. Here are a couple benches I made as gifts last year reddit.com/gallery/l5mp7e

(USA) My husband’s and my first Valentine’s Day as a married couple and we had conflicts over gifts. How can I find closure?
This was our tenth Valentine’s Day and our first one married. I’m 35 and he’s 30. Our life path overall has been pretty sporadic, and we’ve had times of significant poverty as well as modest windfalls. I mention this because the holidays have overall been kinda sporadic gift-giving-wise, but now that we have a house we’ve become pretty stable.
My husband has never been great at gift-giving. He likes the holidays but dislikes the hassle of dealing with them. He denies this if it’s said out loud, but his behaviors speak otherwise. He always buys late for holidays and tends to get me things he likes as opposed to things I like. I’ve told him this and it is sort of improving, but he’s slid backwards again as of late and it’s really hurting me. I take the holidays super seriously and I try very hard to make/give people things they’ll enjoy. His backslide started when he went out late on December 23 to buy my Christmas gifts, and weird as it sounds all I really wanted was one of those stupid M&M candy canes. He couldn’t find one anywhere, and I wound up not getting one. He got me a few blu-rays from Walmart and some other snacks, and I got him a Switch game plus some other stuff. It just felt imbalanced. His work is a pretty predictable 40-hour/week job, and we don’t have any outside commitments due to COVID. He just works and comes home, so it’s not like there wasn’t time. His time is very organized at work, but he claims he never has time to go shopping—obviously untrue. I’m pretty sure he just thinks it’s a hassle. I do all the shopping for our families, so he literally only has to buy for me. My bullshit meter is unsympathetic to his plight.
Then for Valentine’s Day, I said “hey, why don’t we get each other gifts this year?” He agreed and said that sounded nice. What wound up happening was he bought us crystal wine glasses—which would be nice, right? Except I’m not huge into wine, whereas he brews it. He was super pumped for the swirl and was excitedly telling me all about them like he was selling the idea to me. Oh, and he told me he bought them like ten days before Valentine’s Day. A gift for “us”. He said he would also get me something to “unwrap” on Valentine’s Day itself, and I thought that sounded nice in that case! In the meantime I secretly made him a sourdough starter and bought him an expensive back massager (he gets bad back pains).
Well ultimately, I didn’t receive a gift for myself. He didn’t get me anything else. He felt bad that I had n

My Christmas gift to my wife! I’ve wanted to do this for her for a while, and I’ve been lurking here for the passed couple of months for inspiration. She absolutely flipped when she saw it. Couldn’t have done it without you!
Girlfriend let me open my Christmas gift a couple days early. Just in time for the match today! Best gift ever!
Anyone else in a relationship which has survived the day without spending a penny on unnecessary vday bs gifts and still in happy couple?
An older couple just walked by the store I work at as I was guarding the door and handed me a $25 grocery store gift card. I don’t have enough grocery money for the week so I honestly started crying.
Just wanted to share. I ended up in tears, we’ve been so low on money and after gifts we honestly didn’t really have enough for groceries. It’s been a really really hard year and I feel like nothing positive has happened but this made my week/month/maybe even year
1st Apple Watch and my 1st time wearing a watch in over 8yrs. My hubs gifted me this watch a couple of weeks ago. I originally thought this band was hideous, but how can you complain when it’s a gift, right?? Now that I figured out how to put it on without help, I’m starting to like it! Lol
Anyone else’s Boston love to rip? After wrapping a couple Valentine’s Day gifts I supervised her as she ripped the rest of the gift wrap to shreds! She didn’t eat any of the paper, and she was so tired afterwards! I got a good laugh and a tired pup out of it. v.redd.it/qt3bvbqwych61

What gadget to gift for a video-game loving couple?
So, my brother is getting married in a few weeks. My brother and his would-be wife both love gadgets and video games. I had been trying to snag a PS5 and Xbox Series X (one for them and one for myself) but didn't manage to get either of them.
We already have a Nintendo Switch and a gaming PC, so that options are out.
I could get them something like smartwatches or iPhones, but those are not something they can use together.
Keeping PS4 or Xbox One X with addtional controller as my last option, what other gadgets or gaming consoles would be apt for a couple?
My requirements are simple: I want whatever I get to be used by both of them.
Budget: 50k to 1L. Lower the better but if it's something really interesting and out-of-box I can stretch it further.
4 years ago I was in an auto accident. Told I would likely never walk again. Gave up for about a year. A couple weeks ago I was cleared to start swinging again. My gift to myself.
A little Valentine's day spalted maple earring gift box I made for my girlfriend using a band saw, lots of sandpaper, and a dremel and deep-hook carving knife for the geode holder. I went with a couple brass pins instead of a hinge cuz I had some extra. I'm new to woodworking but I'm proud of it! reddit.com/gallery/lktzz2
Got my wife this fun Grogu bracelet for an early Valentine’s Day gift. She got me the Boba Fett version a couple weeks ago. She loves it! reddit.com/gallery/li463k
What is this thing? I received them in a lot of militaria items I received a couple years ago. When I asked the seller what they were, he simply replied that they were a gift due to being a decent customer of his. They measure approximately 2 inches or 5 centimeters long. reddit.com/gallery/lei24a
