I'm getting near the end of the teaching year, and still, I have so many students who just copy and paste on assignments. I keep explaining that they shouldn't do that (because it doesn't show if they know the material, and they they aren't even citing it correctly so they are stealing). Regardless, they copy and copy and paste and paste. And they are always surprised when I explain to them that they cannot do it.

I have shown them how to paraphrase and summarize. I have modeled what I am expected. Still, they do it shamelessly. The age range of students is 11-15. It doesn't matter if they are older or younger, they copy and paste the same. Even some of my very dedicated and ambitious students do it. Am I fighting against something that is seen as normal?

TLDR: Students copy and paste all the time even when I tell them not to. Is this generally normal in Peru?

Running a 2017 Macbook Pro on High Sierra 10.13.3.

What's the simplest way to copy and paste and paste an entire folder? I'm coming from a PC, so figured CMD-C and CMD-V would do the trick, but only CMD-C seems to copy.

Having just read an article online, it suggested that I go to Finder, click on the folder, then go to file and click on Duplicate. Two things with that, however. 1) Duplicate is not bold and thus not an option I can choose and 2) Even if it did work, it would duplicate it in the same folder. Would be great if I can just paste the folder where I please, without having to duplicate it in one folder, then move it to another. Is this possible? If so, how?

I need the er and the a variants as well its necessary for the plot.

Their options are so tiny compared to a normal Dranei when making one. You can't even customize your tail size to large for maximum wiggling.

This race could really use some additions to their appearance options.

I tried to keep it as simple as possible, in a way that's easy to understand

Steelswarm Roach's effect to negate the special summon of a monster only affects inherent summons, such as Synchro summons, Contact fusions, and monster effects like Blue Eyes Alternative White Dragon (aka special summons that don't start a chain).

Roach's effect doesn't negate effects to special summon that start a chain, such as White Stone of Ancients or Desperado Barrel Dragon.

To identify which special summons Steelswarm Roach can negate, you can check the card text and if you identify a Colon " : " or Semi-Colon " ; " in the summoning condition of the card, then it can't be negated by Roach. Examples:

Blue Eyes Alternative White Dragon

Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by revealing Blue-Eyes White Dragon in your hand.

It CAN be negated by Roach

Desperado Barrel Dragon

If a face-up DARK Machine monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your hand.

It CANNOT be negated by Roach

So this just happened to me about 10 minutes ago. User called in saying he felt dumb calling but that ever since the Mandatory Windows Update had been rolled out to his machine he had been unable to use Copy and Paste.

I was flabbergasted, we have had a lot of issues with this particular Windows Update version, but this was a new one too me! I ask if he can highlight text, right click and select copy from the pop up. He says yes that works in notepad but his particular software he uses does not allow that as an option, only hitting the keys Ctrl+C/V, I then ask whether he has tested this with another keyboard, he says non are available to him at this time. I then remind him that there is a second Ctrl button on the right side of the keyboard, ask him if that button is functional. He then goes dead silent, then comes back on the line and says that it works! His left Ctrl button was broken!! We had a good chuckle, he is half laughing/crying since he had been working without Copy/Paste and had been manually inputting everything into his forms for the last week!!! I said don’t worry about it, sometimes you just need a different perspective on the situation!

Mihoyo is actively looking for things to improve on and the feedback form is a great platform for us to do it on. Below is a list of points I've compiled from various discussions on Reddit (along with some of my own wants) for your ease of copying and pasting on PC. Feel free to add what you want and I'll update the list!

Introduce daily log in rewards like other gacha games.

World bosses shouldn't cost resin because it's already gated by time. And with new world bosses being added as the game grows, then completing them all along with artifact and elite boss grinding becomes unfeasible.

Artifact stats rely on too much RNG. Either give us some sort of control on stats or don't charge us resin to get awards so we can just grind endlessly in domains.

I didn't pull the 5 star on this banner because experience books are so scarce and I don't want to commit to leveling up a new character with low resources. Make the mobs drop better scaling experience so we can grind mobs for a reason.

Drops from elite bosses should be better and scale with WR.

Picking up items on PS4 is a hassle as there is a delay for when the pick up item icon appears, often giving only a split second to react and press the button.

Monas dash is bad as it is detrimental to the player when trying to dodge enemy attacks. This mechanic should be reworked before putting it into new characters.

Electro reactions are weak compared to other elements. The only one that's good is superconduct and even then, that only benefits physical dmg and not electro users.

Give us character skins (that do not have stats attached to them, purely cosmetic only).

Max friendship level character gliders.

Pets and travelling companions.

Make the world more lively by having the cast characters just appear in cities and the wild.

I continue to want two-factor authentication and better security for my account.

Resin should gain a higher cap at higher world levels.

The dragonspine event was so nice, because nothing needed resin. It was wonderful to just... Play the game and grind rewards without being limited by resin.

Please add the ability to "abandon" or pause a quest that is locking co-op participation.

We really need a universal constellation item. Even if it was just 1 per month. I would love to play a max level con 5 star but there is no way I'm whaling that hard or saving primos for 6+ months. Also better compensation for pulling a maxed const
