P.S. I had to flip a coin 195 times to make this, It was very painful
Disclaimer: English's not my native language, so let me apologize in advance for any inconsistencies and typos, I hope you'll get the idea -)) Also, PTS forum anti-spam system wouldn't allow to post this for Todd knows what reason.
First of all, I gotta say I wasn't a fan of current legendary perk system from the start. As a quite an experienced player (~1700h in game, cumulative lvl 750+ account-wide) I found the concept of many of the perks introduced as unimaginative, uninteresting and moreso not really legendary at all. There were lots of posts on the PTS forum with great suggestions about how truly legendary perks might look like and what players would really like to invest their time in acquiring, I won't speak about the perks themselves here. The point of my post is that the entire perk coin system that stands behind perk upgrades as we see it now is redundant and poses an example of bad design.
Here's my 2c on this topic:
Edit: Only your first name counts. You can only use the power on other people around, not yourself.

It's no secret that the gym coin nerf has caused interactions in the community to become much more toxic since the gym coin nerf started... Getting people together for a raid in the suburbs has become much more difficult as a result.
Remote passes being an exclusively paid feature means that all these freshly disenfranchised players (who also may have had an altercation at a gym from some idiot picking a fight over a gym) are faced with the choice of forking over cash to continue raiding daily or just quitting and it's becoming clear which choice they're making.
How are you holding your communities together? Because frankly, I am out of ideas. There's no real indication of when this will end or even whether it really will end. If they were listening to feedback, it would have ended already and people just seem to have given up.
Come on, why does this even happen?
10.8% is incredible! So let’s show our appreciation by leaving exactly 108 comments all saying the same thing. You can add extra to your comment so long as it starts with “Thanks for the fun”
Thank you everyone feel free to continue to comment your thanks and appreciation to our beloved President u/mrslugo, but this challenge is complete and awards have been given out
We have been feeding the crows in our area for weeks now, any scraps or leftover bits of food. They always come back around the same time each day and start making noise outside the window if we forget to feed them.
Last week we found a little pile of coins, mostly pennies, on our back porch near to where we would throw food out. We thought the neighborhood kids are mocking us for doing this.
Today we found another little pile and actually saw a little crow leave a penny on the pile!! This is surreal. I have heard that birds such as crows leave gifts for humans because they’re highly intelligent, but I never thought I’d experience this firsthand! We now have 39 cents, thanks to our lovely crow friends :)
Edit- THANK YOU for all the love on this post everyone! I didn’t think my silly little quarantine story would gain so much attention, it’s thoroughly made me day!
EDIT: Included missing, pertinent information.
The RISE event is here, and with it a whole new shop with a variety of desirable cosmetics and important items that can really boost progress.
There are 3 shops:
The Salon Stamp Shop (which honestly feels really lackluster and most of these items are too expensive for what they're worth)
The RISE Royal Shop (where all the event's cosmetics are sold)
The RISE Coin Shop (the main shop of the event)
The purpose of this post is to show you the amount of coins required to buy all the "best" things in the shop, which is subjective to your needs, but there are high-priority shop items common among all players.
Everyone has different priorities for the event, but I will exclude the Salon Stamp and Royal Shop, because this guide is focused less on cosmetics and cost inefficient stamp items, and more so on the amount of coins required for the RISE Coin Shop and all the goodies within, because this is what I assume most play... keep reading on reddit ➡
Hint: Food industry, Asian, it’s not a major company so it would be easier if you guessed what I make
y’all this is completed, come here for new challenge
The next day, the guy comes into the bar, asks for a beer, throws 20 quarters onto the floor, etc.
The next day, again.
On the fourth day, he asks for a beer, and hands the bartender a 10$ bill. The bartender takes advantage of his chance for revenge, throws 20 quarters onto the floor and yells "here's your change asshole!"
The guy looks down at the coins and says: "I'll have another beer, please."
Please show me your favorite picture(s) of your pets! I would also like to know their name and why you chose it. (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡
I'll be giving out coin gifts until I run out. I'll be selecting the winners randomly through an online randomizer before I go to bed tonight, 11:00pm PST
I'm thinking of something. Try to guess what it is. You can ask yes or no questions, as hints (example: is it on earth). You can ask as many of those questions as you want. If you think you know it, you can guess what it is, but you can only guess what it is 3 times per person. Go!
i will give this post 24 hours
one comment will be randomly picked as winner.[must join subbredit]
to the mods
if this is breaking the rules, which i am not sure, you may delete it.
edit:thank you guys! Edit:dear mods,can I extend this post for 10 more hours?nevermind
I would like to preface by saying this is written from a place of my personal experience and I am by no means trying to say that this is the situation for everyone. I’m simply hoping someone might find some answers here, whether they are HL or LL.
I am an LL woman, and I can safely say that at least 99.9% of my sexual encounters have been duty sex on my part, if not the full 100.
I have seen a lot of talk about duty sex here recently, and it seems that many of the HL partners here will mention things like starfish sex, clarity from their partner that they just want to get it over with, and other obvious signs that their partner is not into the sex at all. Obviously, this is the worst kind, but it’s not the only kind. Any sex in which one partner is solely having sex for the benefit of the other person is duty sex, and even if it’s not obvious, it can still be incredibly harmful to the relationship.
I am of the belief that for many LL people, they lack the drive for sex because se... keep reading on reddit ➡
As the headline says I would like to know more about the history of Chinese currency, especially coins and the reason for the squared holes in some of them. I think later on (maybe about the Ming or Qing Dynasty) they did not all have holes anymore, but I’m not sure about which did and which did not.
I’ve also been told that Chinese used to carry around these kinds of coins on a string like on the picture of this website. Was this actually a common practice?
In this context I've also read the response to an older question on this subreddit. It basically says that the hole served to string them together, but was that actually the case or is it more the other way round? Like that this way of carrying coins was l... keep reading on reddit ➡
I will give a hint to only some of you (please ask for one if you want it). I will also display the hints here. Since there are sujsviqiishsboqpahanpqpillion video games out there, here's a hint that will narrow it down.
PLEASE BE SPECIFIC
3 tries each. I wont respond to most nonspecific responses. Fuck. I just found out that the game is an action game.
HINT 1: The console it is on is not recent.
HINT 2: The game it is from is a platformer and action game. (Among other things.)
HINT 3: This game is not obscure.
HINT 4: The soundtrack's name is in this format: [Character]'s theme
HINT 5: It is a boss/enemy theme
#ANSWER: KING DEDEDE'S THEME
I got 50 coins at 6:30am this morning. My friend was just kicked and got 12 for 6hrs of defending (11am local time). It's live again. SMH. Not happy here down under.
If I have heard the song before it won't count, so commenting Bohemian Rhapsody might not be the smartest move. If I have heard it before you're OUT
I will listen to the whole song with full attention.
Edit: don't waste your time linking it to YouTube, just type it out or send a Spotify link :) if it's not on Spotify I'll YouTube it.

Back then, let's say you needed 15-20K to get that new player to upgrade your squad. All you needed was maybe 2 Season Promotions and boom, 15-20k. You can get that player in an evening of FiFa.
Now, unless it's Sunday nights (If you played SB) or Thursday morning (if you played WL and/or Rivals). There is no way you can get 15k in such short time period strictly from playing the game. You need that 20k, either you wait OR 👀 you can always spend some $$$ on them juicy FP to speed up the process.
Yea, yea, trading ... but not everyone knows how and has the time to analyze the market. Besides, we bought this game to play football not to be a wall street broker.
But of course this falls in line with their player retention BS. Drip feeding coins and rewards to maximize the amount of times we log in.
... throw in 20 extra coins.
1 board (990 coins)
1 guardian (590 coins)
1 card back (490 coins)
Total: 2070 coins.
3rd package: 2050 coins.
I do want to support Riot's business model. However, that package seems genuinely dishonest to me.
Before everyone goes nuts, I'm not blaming Riot for anything, nor am I calling THEM dishonest. I'm offering feedback. I can't imagine I'm the only one feeling this way?
Regardless, this is my offer. I don't really care what happens next :)
But I do promise to purchase a 2070 coins package.
